1 starUniUni should not be a legitimate courier business anywhere in ***. They are absolutely horrible and packages are not being delivered. Makes me wonder where are those *********** package tracking code ending with -622 confirmed delivery to my address on 01/01/2025. BUT the confirmation picture taken was a different house with the same street number.I opened an online ticket online requesting he delivery review, since customer service was closed due to the holiday. To date, no follow up.I called the next day and a *** picked up the phone, asked for tracking number, then hang up the phone. I called again and this time the *** took my phone number and told me a manager will reach out to me, That never happened.I informed the *** to ****** my address and compare my house exterior with the delivery pictures. That also was not heeded.I will reach out to legal help to discuss a possible class action lawsuit against UniUni for deceiving customers out of their purchased goods. I do not think they are actually delivering packages. I used AI assistance to reverse searched the delivery picture. There is not one house in my city with the same street number that matched the delivery picture. Probably a Photoshopped image.This seems to be intentional.uniuni

1 starTheir driver removed my unclaimed parcel from the building's mail room area when I was away for six days during the Christmas season. The driver decided to take the parcel away when it was not picked up. What right and authority does the driver have to make the decision of removing a parcel which was stated as delivered? My resident manager witnessed the driver's behavior. The company blames it on a thief when the driver of their company was seen by the resident manager. They have no responsibility and accountability for this lost, mishandled parcel.uniuni

The vendor does not want to refund me because your driver took away my parcel when I was away on holidays. The parcel is considered stolen. The parcel was not stolen by a thief, it was taken away from your driver. Again this was witnessed by the resident manager. Removing a delivered package which was delivered is not common practice by other courier services such as ***, ***** and **** I plan to report this "stolen" parcel to the police and I will state that your driver took it as witnessed by my building's resident manager. 1 starI am extremely disappointed with the service *** received regarding my package delivery. My parcel has been sitting at the local Uniuni warehouse since December 26, 2024, and the estimated delivery date was January 5, 2025. Yet, as of today, I still have no updates, no package, and no idea when it will arrive.The lack of communication and updates on the tracking system is beyond frustrating. I needed this package for Christmas and New Year, but due to this delay and poor service, I was unable to use the items as ********** feels like this company doesnt care about its customers or their time-sensitive needs. I understand that delays can happen, but failing to update customers or provide accurate information is unacceptable.I expected much better service. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I will think twice before using or recommending this courier service again unless immediate action is taken to improve your operations and communication.uniuni

1 starHow does this company stay in business. My order has been out for delivery since 12/27, it is now 1/3. I have multiple calls inquiring about my package. Each agent has said they were3 generating an escalation ticket and would I would receive an answer within ***** hours. No one has contacted me with a response. I generated a ticket on their website and I got a response which is an automated response (Just like their agents response " creating an escalation ticket" . I replied back to their email and got the same exact auto generated response. There is no such customer service. There is no sincerity on their part to rectify any problems. Look at their reviews on any platform. On all the platforms they have a 90% 1 star review, opposite end of what a company should strive for.Review fromandrew f

1 starI have never had an experience with a shipping company worse than this. You will wait endlessly on the phone. Your support tickets will never be answered. My package was a christmas gift and it has not moved in weeks. I can not believe they have a contract with ****. I am now in the midst of a having **** go after them to get my package to me. 1 starALL of my parcels have been delivered to the wrong address. This was happening last year as well but now I've had it. I can't get through to UniUni. Once again, a delivery for Christmas went to an incorrect address. I sort of figured out where one or two of the missing parcels were delivered to last year by the picture on the tracking but now the person at the incorrect address is fed up as well. 1 starThis is the worst shipping company *** ever felt with. They have had my parcel in ******* for two weeks. They are delivering to a business and cant deliver during business hours or advise an accurate time of when they will deliver. Ive called customer service several times with no help at all. The parcel has been showing out for delivery since yesterday. **************** told me it would be there by 5:30. I waited and no one showed up. When I called back I was told it might come today, maybe tomorrow. They had no idea. Im not sure if I need to pitch a tent outside my work. It may show up one day. Theyve already missed Christmas. I offered to drive the 45 minutes to ******* and pick it up but thats not an option. So disappointed in this company. 1 starNo words can descride how Extremely Disappointed and ANGRY i am with this delivery company, Explain to me who in their right mind would come to someones building and would leave someones package downstairs in the Public LOBBY ( Meaning ANYONE can come and see that package and TAKE it) and have the Audacity to snap a perfect clear picture of my PACKAGE outside of my building and inside of my building next to all of the mailboxes and notify a few 30 something mintutes later that it has been delivered, only to run downstairs and see nothing but my empty lobby floor. I'm more ****** off of the fact that this happened to me not once but wait for it :D TWICE IN A ROW one on Sunday and one on Tuesday. May i just say to those Idiots with no common sense whatsoever of a ***************** that left my package in the lobby for someone to come and steal it, the time that you had to enter my building to take that perfect picture of my package along with your shoe as ******* proof that it reached it's destinantion could had been the time that you what, took the elevator up to my apt door and hey idk :) KNOCK ON MY DOOR LIKE A NORMAL HUMAN BEING who may or may have not chose this job to try to make a living and say package delivery and my kind self would open the door ASAP and we would both leave with a smile on our lovely faces. Funny how they still got paid and didn't even do their job correctly and i know for sure that if it was their package they wouldn't leave in downstairs near a mailbox for someone to take it, if your weren't going to deliver it to me at least drop it at the nearest post office where i can at least pick it up myself if you were that lazy to take the elevator which was working fine those days, Other than that, you had so many options, No excuses and if these one star ratings isn't a wake up call for your delivery company then i don't know what to tell you guys. Truly Ashamed, Never ever going to trust you guys after this. :((
