1 starThe worst shipping company. Generic response, no updates, poor customer service. If it wasnt for my seller using this subpar shipping company as the free shipping option I wouldve never heard of or use Uni Uni Express. How can a package be out for delivery for three days? Then according to tracking an attempt was made on the first day but couldnt deliver because it was a P.O. Box when its an apartment building. No updates since it was made out for delivery the same day and its 3 days later. I would never recommend this companyuniuni

1 starTHIS COMPANY IS A ***** If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This is the worst delivery company. My package has been out for delivery for over 2 weeks. Every time I call, they never know where my package is and theyre contacting the warehouse. I asked to speak to a supervisor so i could get a refund and they never called me back. I had to call again two days later and they said ill get an email regarding my refund. Still havent received anything yet. Im getting sick and tired of this company. Also trying to call them is super hard. Ill be a certain place in line and then this automated voice says There is no one available to take your call right now. Please try again later. then it hangs up on me.uniuni

1 starSo i ordered a package from Temu and my package has been marked out for deliver 7 days ago. No updates nothing! I called UniUni on multpie occasions and they stated that I will receive my package in due time and nothing. I even opened several tickets and no response from them. I even got my ticket escalated to the supervisor who was to be in contact with me within 24hrs and hasn't. I hate this company! 1 starTerrible ***** service. They sent my package to the wrong place and they didnt note down where they delivered it. Btw! this was not my fault because my information was correct. They didnt just lose my package but also my friends. Why hire drivers that dont properly check where the package is going. Before finding out id its lost, i tried going on call with them and they cut the call on me mid sentence and then wouldnt pick up my calls anymore. Im not hostile with customer service but cutting the call on someone is extremely inappropriate and rude.uniuni

1 starMy order says it was delivered. It WAS NOT!! I called customer service and was told that I was in line to be answered but there got to #1 and a recording saying that there was no one to receive my call. Ive called several times with the same results. I looked for my package (neighbors, mailbox, front office) no one has seen it. It was over $120 worth of stuff from Temu. Im a single parent and dont have extra money to be waiting on things to not get what I ordered. This service is horrible and I cant even get in touch with anyone for my money back. ??????uniuni

2 starsI ordered a package and it was delivered through Uniuni, I have never heard of this company before. I had the delivery driver pull into my driveway, and then instead of walking the 10 feet to my door, he just decided that throwing the package at my door would be fine. It was just a tshirt inside, but still, have some decency and just walk the few feet up to my door. It was fully caught on my ring doorbell, and the weirdest part is that after he threw the package, he walked towards the door to take a photo to prove the package was delivered. Why not just carry the package to the door if you're going to walk over to take a photo anyway?????uniuni

1 starMy expensive cosmetics subscription box switched to uni uni four months ago.... Since then I've received ZERO out of FOUR. Allegedly delivered and missing every month. The first two were left OUTSIDE on the ground when they had my phone number and buzzer, third one Set out for delivery for over 5 days when I called they didn't know where the package was an hour later I got a notification it was delivered, again missing, pictures blurry and NO ADDRESS picture, no notification(stolen again)! Now, my fourth month, they **** and said they tried to deliver yet no one buzzed /called/emailed so what did they attempt? Now I don't know where my package is, emails & tickets ignored, As usual support is useless, all say different stories. These people need to be investigated for ***** as it's quite apparent by reading the hundreds of reviews that there's something ******** going on. I literally had to sign up for a post office address if I was going to ever start getting my subscription again. Now that they've **** about coming by once I know the drill I won't be getting the package they have I would be shocked if I did and will update this if I do.uniuni

1 starI have been waiting for over a month for a package and have yet to receive anything! I got an email saying the package delivery was failed and to check my local post office or they would ship the item back. It wasn't there! I tried to contact them, but they don't respond to anything!! I finally put a help desk ticket it which they finally responded to, but the second delivery they claimed was supposed to come in 7 days has still not come and it's been at least 2 weeks! Worst experience ever!! Now I'm just trying to get my money back from the place I ordered from!
