      I was expecting my package today and it is marked as delivered but I have not received the package.I received the text from delivery person and 10 minutes later I was on the street looking for him and he wasnt anywhere near and no package around. He didnt introduce himself so Im just assuming it was him because another 10 minutes later after I already was on the street looking for him I received a notification saying that my package was delivered. I checked every door around the building immediately and I checked the cameras inside the main office of my apartment complex but the package wasnt found. I assume that the delivery man decided not to leave the parcel at the door as he should have, but took it with him.

      I ordered a seal kit for my pellet gun and received a small metal Santa. Guessing my seal kit went elsewhere. You would be well advised not to use this company

      I would give zero stars if I could. Multiple failed deliveries and then they delivered to the completely wrong apartment complex and just left this outside and someone stole it. I have updated my delivery instructions to make sure a toddler could follow it but to no avail I emailed them on Monday when my failed delivery text came through and I have not gotten a response. This company clearly hired incompetent people and I wish the shipper wouldnt even use them. I have already gotten a lost delivery letter from them and had to fight to not repay for shipping. This company is a joke and needs to be shut down immediately.

      Just awful. Supposedly driver tried "twice" to deliver to my phone. I called daily for 3 days asking about my package, asked for them to call me if any issues, and now my package is going back to a warehouse and maybe will be delivered at some point. Have never experienced such poor service and if you call, they put you on hold for 45 minutes and then really can't help you.

      The above statement is not true, I have a screen shot from ******* showing they received parcel from customs in *********** at 18:44:17 2024-11-22, I also spoke with them on Friday Nov 29th at 11:00 am at which time they stated my parcel was currently in a warehouse in my home town just waiting for a delivery person. This was also an outright lie as my home town is less than 1000 people with no warehouse. In my opinion the company is a scam operation and I will never purchase from a vendor that uses them.

      Unfortunately there are some lies in your response, I have screen shots from your tracker update showing that you received the package from customs on Nov 22, along with screen shots stating that the package is at UniUni warehouse being prepared for shipment. I also talked with one of your agents on Nov 30 who told me the parcel is in my home town and waiting for a driver to deliver. I asked him what warehouse as I live in a very small town with no warehouse facilities, he ensured me it would be delivered that day. You seem to be a very shady company and have lied to me in regards to the package. I will not deal with any vendors that use you for a delivery service and hope others do the same. Its unfortunate I can not attach the evidence.

      I had a package being delivery by ******* on November 3rd 2024. The driver took photos of it being put into my mailbox but when I went to retrieve it on the same day the package was not there. I very much think that the driver took it right back out of the mailbox after taking the photo. The company does nothing to investigate further if a package looks like it was delivered in a secure location and because it was put into my mailbox rather than in front of my door where I have a ring camera, I have no camera footage of the incident. I had other mail in the box that was not stolen and Ive never had a package stolen from my home before or after this. Even when I called to talk to customer service about it they got rude and accusive towards me on the phone, this is a terrible company. I question any company using them as a carrier as well this such horrible ratings and reputation.

      They do not update there system, my package was supposed to be delivered a week ago, they still have with no updates. They should be shut down for package theft, this is a crime. Please shut them down.

      Placed on order on ****. Waited for my order, tracking showed last leg delivery by uniuni. Tracking showed delivered to mail room. Showed a photo of an office building door and someone holding my package with my address clearly visible. Heres the problem. I dont have a mail room. My residence is a house. Contacted customer service and was told they would look into it and respond back 24/48 hours. I never heard from the back. Called again and agent said she couldnt find info on the tracking number on thier system when it was still visible on thier site. Was told they would open a case and would respond back in 24/48 hours. ***? I now have serious concerns I have another inbound package which used this same courier service. All the reviews Ive read were all negative and im worried that my next package is going to be lost or stolen by this company. If youre ordering anywhere overseas you need to confirm that your sender isnt using this service. Like I said i have a bad feeling Ill be posting another negative review real soon

      Said packages delivered picture of totally different address picture in hand talked to people who own house was told driver returned packages to van and left been over a week now and I'm getting run around I would never recommend

      I would like to bring to your attention an ongoing issue I am experiencing with package theft related to your company. It seems that I am not the only one facing this problem. Recently, I learned that another customer had their package stolen at the same address, by your delivery driver. The photo used for their delivery shows a dog in the background, similar to the photo taken for my package. I find it concerning that after the driver took a picture of my package inside of there vehicle, the follow up photo where he left was not my package. Upon closer inspection, the labels on the packages are different, indicating that the picture does not belong to my delivery. Moreover, the ** code on my package is located at the top, while the one in the photo is at the bottom right. the same as the other person who package was stolen. We received the same pictures with the dog in the background and we ordered packages at different times. My package was stolen on October 28th by your delivery driver, and I have been in contact with your representative since then. This situation is unacceptable, and I hope to hear back from you regarding a resolution soon and will inform corporate. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
