      I received a parking violation notice on Dec 27th evening (No. ***********) when I visited ************ in ********. The notice stated that I parked in one of their reserved parking stalls. However, when I checked the stall as well as the surrounding areas, it did not indicate anywhere that it was a reserved parking space like other ones that have "RESERVED" clearly marked on the stall. I have attached a picture I took of the ground where I parked. I have contacted *** via email but have not received any correspondence. The solution I will accept is to cancel the notice of payment.

      On Oct. 20, 2024 at about 9:45 AM I parked on a *** *** store parking lot to look for used instrument. I walked to the store not knowing it opens at 10:00AM. Since it still close I walked back to my vehicle to wait until the store opens. As I walked back I saw the parking attendant. and she told me not to park since the store still close. I pulled out from *** *** to the other parking area. At time I never saw any parking ticket on my vehicle. Until on Jan 3, 2025 I received a parking ticket with a penalty of $102.00 the ticket dated Dec.20, 2024. I called the Royal Parking Services to show me a ticket or photo at the time of my parking violation but they do not answer.

      On 2024-09-01 we received a parking fine for exceeding 1hr time limit at **** in ********. They recorded our vehicle being there at 12:00pm and say they chalked the tire, then left a ticket at 1:12pm. There was no chalk on our vehicle. We were not on the property at 12:00pm, we were there at 12:28pm. We appealed the ticket which they promptly denied. This is fraud and we will be speaking with Richmond RCMP and a lawyer if necessary.

      I am rejecting this response because the issue is not the total amount of the fine.  It is that there should have been no fine to begin with.  You did deny our appeal by continuing to request payment on a false charge.  The lot attendant may have made a mistake rather than issuing a fraudulent fine.  Either way we did not violate the 1hr time limit and there is no proof that we did because we were not there at 12:00pm on September 1st.

      The company is extorting us to pay the fine or it will be sent to collections.  This could negatively impact our credit score....for a fraudulent fine.  The company has not provided any proof that our vehicle was on the property at the time recorded by the lot attendant.  How is this an ethical business practice?

      Please note that our enforcement officer used a digital device to record the vehicles initial parking time. The ticket was issued after the vehicle exceeded the designated time limit, in accordance with the posted parking regulations for the lot.       Royal Parking Limited distributed penalty parking ticket unjustly.We parked at by ****** and we visited this business and purchased products therefore we were entitled to park for 3hr where we parked and yet still was given ticket. We want to dispute this action by Royal Parking *** and have this ticket terminated at once.

      I was fraudulently issued a ticket #************ with stated reason "walked off the ********** parking for customers". I placed a mobile order at ******* and went straight into ********** to eat. I received a ticket at 1:07pm. I did not go anywhere else. Therefore, why would I receive this ticket with this reason? I'm concerned your officers are abusing their authority or lack the training to properly enforce the rules. My suspicion is your officers frivolously write tickets and are incentivized to do this, with the hope folks will not have evidence or the time to complain. This lacks integrity, which is poor business practice and could be illegal. Additionally, the picture of the vehicle displayed on the ticket is a **** and my vehicle is a ****** I also have a dash camera and ********** has surveillance if you wish. On a positive note, your contact center employee was very polite and professional, and gave clear instructions on how to remedy this situation. I would like to speak to a Manager responsible for training and accountability of officers. My instincts are the officers are highly incentivized to write tickets and "play the odds", blanketing every vehicle in an assigned lot with a ticket, and count on some tickets being valid, with the invalid tickets placing the **** on the business patron to appeal. Many folks don't have the time or priority to appeal, and therefore even invalid tickets become a viable source of revenue for Royal Parking and commissions to the officers. Upon supplying the evidence to ******************* ******* stated "The following ticket has been cancelled, as one-time courtesy". I'm not looking for a "courtesy", I didn't expect an acknowledgment of deceptive business practices, however, an apology with a truthful explanation on the invalid ticket is warranted.

      I would like a call from the business, to understand their processes for ticketing. Even though they have credited a fraudulent ticket, I would like to hear from the business to understand their plan to properly train their officers, and ensure proper consumer protection and rights. Very specifically, I intend to frequent this same ********** where I received a ticket originally. As always, I plan to follow the strict 1 hour parking and no walk-offs rules, and I do not want to receive another invalid ticket. These blanket tickets are unacceptable, and require inconvenience for consumers to have them reversed. This is time consuming and when Royal Parking reverses the ticket, it is not a "courtesy", it is correcting their error. These invalid tickets are malicious, and not accurate, as an attempt to bolster Royal Parking revenues fraudulently. Thanks.

      Dear BBB Officer ,As per attached documents and copy of the UNJUST Parking Ticket from ROYAL PARKING SERVICES UNLIMITE whom are Scamming Innocent Canadian to the bone and as much as they can by hiding the tickets and bon the passenger side of the card and by issuing the unjust tickets for parking in front of the retail shop for maximum 8 minutes and being charged with $59 ????I am so so so ANGRY with what is going on by these scammer that they use their permit and law authority to SCAM CANADIAN from their hard work income . I attached the copy of the UNLWAFUL ticket and my appeal email and my payment which I did but I put my worst karma on these scammers . Please do something about these unjust money grab businesses

      Hello, you are requesting further explanation from me as of why I think I have been scammed but I couldn't find a place to put my further explanation for BBB to review. Even though on the original document attached to the complaint I clearly explained on the appeal email that I intended to return an item to the Shop but I realized I forgot the package at home and The second I left my car to step in the **** besides the ****** shop to check my ATM Card balance before I enter the ****** retail store the Royal Parking officer Folded a very thin Ticket four times and had hired the unlawful ticket under the passenger side and I never saw the ticket that night till next day my neighbor saw the ticket. The Royal parking scammer ticketed me for the Maximum five to eight minutes that I parked there to just Grab some Cash from senior citizens in ******. GOD give them the Bad Karma for their scammer authority over innocent people

      the officer witnessed the driver leaving the property without their vehicle, which is a direct
      violation of the parking rules. Additionally, during a phone call with our agent and in an email
      disputing the ticket, the driver acknowledged leaving the lot to visit the bank.

      On Oct 31, 2024, I received a parking ticket in the parking lot of the restaurant for "unauthorized parking walk off the business property" while having dinner at the restaurant. I disputed the ticket right away and provided:- receipt for the restaurant I was dinning at, dated 38 minutes before the ticket was issued (the restaurant is prepaid, so after ordering my family and friends are still eating the restaurant for an hour)- My friends can be witnesses of I was there dinning the whole time - I was talking pictures of my family, timestamps of my picture should proof that I was in the restaurant (there was 1 picture dated 2 minutes after the ticket time)- Security cameras (if provided by the restaurant) should also show that I was there the whole time During this dispute process, I repeatedly asked you how you determine the driver of a car and you never provided details, just "the officer witnessed the driver of the vehicle walk-off the lot" and nothing else. I was in the restaurant the whole time so there shouldn't be anyone driving the car at all. I asked for a description of what happened, and the description of the driver and you have not responded to ******** responded to my email twice and both times only ask me to pay the ticket without showing any evidence of what your officer saw while I provided the above evidence that I was in the restaurant. Please review this case as I have not heard back from you since your last email response at Nov 14, 2024.

      I was given a ticket while parking at Shoppers *********. Their Signage says you are not allowed to walk off the property. I went to a notary office immediately next door to pick up an envelope, then walked to the Shoppers Drug Mart within 5 minutes to go to the post office to mail out the envelope. So how is this not in line with their policy? The signing says parking must be for Shoppers shopping, which is specifically why I parked there. They want $74 and said they would reduce the fee to $48. This cannot be justified to pay, and I feel completely unethical. For someone who always "follows the rules" I feel their signage should be more clear to begin with.

This facility allows a maximum of 1-hour parking exclusively for customers while they are inside the store. Upon entry, our officers carefully record vehicle license plate numbers. If a vehicle remains parked beyond this 1-hour limit, a violation notice is issued.
      Our enforcement officer scanned your vehicle's plate at the recorded time. If you have supporting evidence, such as photos or dashcam footage, please submit them to our appeals department, and we will re-evaluate your case in detail.

      property. A reduced amount was offered to the driver on December 19th, 2023; however, as the
      payment was not made, the case has been escalated. The ****************** has responded to
