      I got a ticket on July 1, 2023 at **** Chatham Street parkade for unauthorized parking at 9am saying no parking before hours for ***** *******. I emailed to appeal this because nowhere on the rules (sign in the parkade) said that I can't park before hours for ***** ******* (opens at 9:30am) or that I can't park there if ***** ******* is not open which it wasn't open on July 1. I was actually upstairs at the gym above ***** ******* (**** ************), so I am a customer of the lot. It has been 3 weeks and still nothing from their side. Anything aside from rescinding the parking ticket will not be satisfactory to me. They do this all the time to people from my gym and actually require the gym owner to email them in order for them to rescind their parking ticket.

      I received a ticket on 5/3/2023 at 4:18pm despite having a pass displayed. The ticket I'm disputing ************. I was visiting friend in the building in a new vehicle I just started driving. The parking pass I put on the dash slid further down my dashboard but you can see it still in image provided that my pass is on my dash. I received a ticket requesting $59 for failure to display. I appealed that my pass in on my dashboard, but they stated that their officer couldn't see it. i don't believe the fine is fair due how dark the area is (there is one bulb behind a post and that I did have a parking pass. If the officer had just used a flashlight, they would have seen it. I requested image from officer of my dashboard, but wasn't provided any. I was told to still pay $39 despite my evidence. I don't deem the amount fair as there is no signage that speaks on how to display pass.
      When I tried to call to further lower or remove my charges, I could not get through (I called during afternoon). Their email asks for payment method was by phone, online or wiretransfer. I tried to call the Royal Service office but could not get anyone on the phone (I am providing images of my attempts) just a voicemail. I visited their website and I received a warning that this website royalparking services is impersonating another website (providing images of warning). I became very weary of the legitamency of this company and believe this to be a scam due to all the warning signs. Today I received a letter in the mail to my old place from them asking for payment, which is causing me further worry.

      I am requesting help from BBB to stop this company from further contact with me and full exemption of the amount. I have full evidence to my display of pass, as well as attempts made to contact them to discuss about amount and payment, but both created further cause for concern as previously mentioned.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      1) The business did not address the concern of the illegitimacy issues: a) why their website receives a warning message from ****** stating it's "not safe to visit". B) Nor  address the issue that no one picked up the phone during office hours. Both of which raised red flags to the legitimacy of the ticket and the business itself. This wasted a lot of my time trying to figure out if this business is real or not.

      2) In regards to the rules on sign, it does not specify method of display or position. My pass is display, having slid from my top of my dashboard to slightly lower position but it is still visible, at an angle, through side window. Ambiguity should be interpreted against the interests of the party that created, introduced, or requested that a clause be included.

      3) The signage photo they took is hidden behind a post . This is out of sight from the door you use to exit and enter the premise. 

      Due to the amount of time it took from me to try to ensure legitimacy of the business and the ambiguity of the rules posted, kindly requesting the ticket be void/cancelled. Only serving as a friendly reminder to be more careful and a more detailed document of the rules of the parkade.

      2023/06/16 ********** Parking Lt @ *************************************************************** I parked in the designated parking lot for ********** patronage and went inside to dine, and remain there to conduct my business. When I returned back to my car, my vehicle had a parking ticket stating that I walked off the parking lot.       I parked at this location, to utilize the services of the ********** on this day and remained a patron of this ********** during my stay there the entire time. I have provided receipt documentation to backup my claim as evidence, in contrast to the evidence provided by the parking service "Royal Parking Services" which simply 'claims' that I left the parking lot, which I did not. 

      These offers of negotiation make no sense, as Royal Parking Services is unable to provide any evidence aside from verbal claims.

      I am requesting to cancel a wrong parking ticket. Parking Ticket Notice No. ************ I parked my car at a parking spot which is reserved for ********'s customers while in the store. I visited and purchased in ********'s ********** at that time. The time they gave me a parking ticket, I was shopping at ********'s. After I emailed my ********'s payment receipt to Royal Parking Appeals Department, their staff Jessica reached out to me and saying that I need to pay a parking ticket as the SIGN instructions state that “leaving the lot without the vehicle will be considered as a violation and accounts to be ticketed immediately.” As a customer of ********'s, I visited ******** and purchased it there, and then left with my vehicle. At that time when they gave a parking ticket, of course I had to leave my car at the parking lot. If I didn’t leave my car at that time, how could I buy food from ********'s? I kindly request a reasonable explanation from you as to why such a demanding request is being made to a customer at ********'s. The lack of clarity regarding the parking signs has resulted in unreasonable parking tickets being issued, and now there are additional far-fetched demands to pay for these unjustified tickets. These actions have greatly infringed upon consumer rights.

      I went shopping on the ******************************* doing my errand like usual every week. On June 9th I got a ticket on my dashboard and I d**nt realize until today June 10th. I d** my errand to a couple of stores in the plaza and came back home and this plaza is free and no parking meter to even pay! I d**nt even know I am violating thats why I just realized a parking ticket next day on my winshield! My notice number is ************ The ticket said I walked off the site by officer ** 10. I got ticketed for $59!!!! Why would I park there and walk off the site? Since it is beside highway and far from everywhere? Im literally doing my errand like my usual weekend!!!! This is ridiculous.       I am writing to address an issue regarding two parking tickets, which I believe are inaccurate and unjustified. Upon reviewing the information on your webpage, following two tickets associated with my car plate:Ticket Issued on Jun 01, 2023, at 10:06:08 AM, at the location ***************************************** Issued on Jun 01, 2023, at 10:07:00 AM, at the location ****************************************************** must emphasize that these tickets do not accurately reflect my parking behavior:1) Singular Parking Spot: On the specified date and time, I parked my vehicle in one location only. It is incorrect and misleading that I parked at two different places at almost the same time.2) Time Discrepancy: I find it highly implausible that two tickets were issued within a span of just 52 seconds. Such a narrow timeframe raises questions about the accuracy and reliability of the ticketing system. I strongly believe that this indicates an error or potential misconduct on the part of the ticket issuer.3) Incorrect Location: It is important to note that I did not park my vehicle at ******************************. The ticket issued for this location is entirely unfounded and raises concerns about the accuracy of the ticketing process.Given the aforementioned discrepancies, I have substantial reasons to reject the payment requirements associated with these tickets.       My family received a parking violation ticket for "Walking off the property lot". We simply got turned around as we are not local and came back to the correct property and purchased what we wanted from the restaurant. We provided the parking company a receipt and they refuse to waive the penalty, despite clear proof of purchase. We explained that we got lost, and they only offered to reduce the penalty fee. I tried calling them to further explain the situation but the lady only said she'd look into it and then she hung up on me. This seems ridiculous, to be penalized for getting turned around.       I was at ******** **** on No.3 road in Richmond today March 29, 2023 and to my surprise saw a parking ticket on my car with "unauthorized parking violation and comment walked off the property". These are False claims. I was actually inside ******** ****. I tried calling them and was on hold for an hour. I filed an appeal through the email they provided on the same day and no response for 6 weeks now but they keep sending me parking violation notice with incurred costs. I emailed them a few times now. This company is a bad one BE AWARE!!!! ****** ** **** ******. If they just going to ignore our emails & calls, then try to answer email and phone calls!!!

      I am writing to query for a parking violation notice. I received a parking violation notice from Royal Parking Services Company, Notice number: ************. I don't remember I received any ticket from your parking before. I am the owner of that license plate number, but my car is not made by ******* Is it any misunderstanding about this notice? Can the company provide the photo for that issue?

      Hi,

      The following ticket was issued because the officer witnessed the vehicle parked on the Roadway, which is blocking the way for the other vehicles. Registered vehicles are allowed to park in the allotted spot, not on the driveways or roadways. Also, please find the pictures of your vehicle attached. 

      As a courtesy, we are reducing the tickets to $74.00 due on May 9th.  

      For the reduced amount, please call our office at ************ to pay the amount or you may do so via e transfer to ******************************************************** notice and plate number must be included in the memo/note section, no password required.

      I am rejecting this response because: We had parked next to other cars, and also there was a car in front of our car, it's look like a parking space. Your parking lot is too dark and that day is raining day, how can we see the parking line? it's a trap, no one will suspect that is not a parking space, it's not fair to **.

      We attached the photo which is captured from ****** map, the parking line of your parking lot is almost faded away, and there is a contrast with another parking lot.

      I am rejecting this response because: This is not my fault, you should make more indications and light in your parking lot. Did you see the picture you sent to me? There is also no parking line next to the cars in the distance. I have a suggestion for you, you can leave only one parking line there, then you can get more ticket fee.

      I saw other complaint in BBB for your company, the original price of this ticket is around 50, why is around 70 now? not fair.

      Refer to my last complaint for Royal Park Service Ltd, Complaint ID:********. I e-transferred $74 to their account on 18 May already which is a reduced amount provided by their customer service, but I still received "the final collection notice". Can the company check the status?
