      TELUS is still taking money out of my account after months of the canselation the services. ... i was 1 houre and 9 minutes waiting on the phone but nobody answered! another time the same , ... as soon as I asked to speak to the manager the person on the phone hang up on me. I was using their services since ever, ... but no more I will , .. They are terrible in customer service! dont go with them if you have another option that you can trust!!!!

      I had a cell phone contract with telus for years. that was okay. then I tried to add an internet and TV plan as well.that turned into a failed attempt and when they wanted to rebook a work order I told them no let's just abort the whole idea.I promptly returned the equipment with their waybill.the first attempt involved weeks with no connection at all, and I had to grovel back to my current provider before they cancelled my account which ********************** arranged for on a certain date.if I did not do that I would have been hooped for any service for who knows how long, and I would have all the reconnection charges to deal with for my current *********** now I am constantly harassed for a bill that telus wants me to pay for a service that not once ever worked. which of course gets bigger with overdue interest.This ****** me off so much I also cancelled my cell phone contract with them.I don't think it's right and it is very ***** for a big company.

      This company is no longer a world classThis company is no longer a world class leader in mobile communications, service, or customer satisfaction. Have been with ********************** for over 25yrs and will now be looking for a different supplier. Since they moved all there customer services to offshore agents who simply dont understand when you try and discuss what should be simple issues with billing, mobility, travel plans etc they clearly no longer care about customer service, only there bottom line! Good Bye Telus!

      Telus has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They try to automate everything and it rarely solves the problem. if you want to speak with another human you have to wait up to an hour or longer with some idiotic music playing the whole time. Today Ive been on hold for 75 minutes so far. Horrible service. Probably should just switch to ****.

      I wasted 3 hrs this morning trying to talk to a Telus agent; complete waste of time. Their automated service is past a joke. Finally gave up in total frustration. Am looking for another provider.****** ****** (Master-Ret)

      The customer agent gave the wrong address to the service technician. The service technician went there and refused to come to my correct address. I was issued a 175 CAD as an apology. But, a month later TELUS charged me 350 CAD for "customer not found at home" and "diagnostic and repairs". I had a talk for 1,5 hours on the phone with a customer service agent and they refused to correct the obvious mistake they were making. I will cancel my account as soon as possible and never again use any TELUS services.

      Atrocious customer service. Total of 3 hours on the phone to cancel service and I'm still waiting to be transferred to' Loyalty' because the *** I got did not have authority to cancel my service. I was forced to give one star but it should be zero.

      Im lord Without Notice by **** went up from 160 monthly to almost 300 ! What kind of company does that I begged to have a paper bill and never received As a senior I will be notifying consumer affairs

      If you're thinking of switching to Telus, don't. Their 2-year buy-back program is a total scam. You either have to pay them almost $300 to keep the phone you have, or you can trade it in and they won't give you your full credit back due to "light wear and tear", which is absolutely ridiculous. Then when you call them to complain, they'll give you a small discount and then try to sell you stuff. It's insane. I will just be paying for my phone and switching companies when my contract is up. Plus, I tried calling them and just got a bot who told me to use their online chat, and then I ended up on the phone with someone anyways because the chat person couldn't address my problem, and the whole thing took longer than it needed to.

      Spent 2 hours and 6 different people with Telus today. 3 of them asked for my number in case the line gets disconnected. Every time they put me on hold a new person would pick up and we would start all over again. The final person (*****) gets my number and tells me she is going to email me the contract that they say I signed. 20 minutes with her and the phone line gets disconnected. So I spend 2 hours on the phone and not one person called back when the line was put on hold another customer service person would hijack the line and we would start all over. The last girl never emailed or called back. Why ask for my contact and email. There is no way of escalating any complaints with Telus. Just start again the next day.
