Worst place ever. They have been billing me incorrectly for my business account ,and the supervisor said he would fix it. It's been 2 weeks I have been emailing 3 diff people including supervisor **** ****** Adelado and ******* and **** and no one is taking responsibility, responding to my continous emails, and phone calls. I absolutely despise getting involved with telus and their unprofessionalism. Do not do the mistake of taking your services from them. You will regret it eventuallyTelus

I have no cell service at my ***************** and my Telus landline crashed last week. After 3 hours of phone calls including the waiting I was was graciously awarded a date for someone from Telus to come and repair my connection. That appointment was 5 WEEKS from the date of my calling Telus. We use that house 3 days a week and without that phone we are unable to call friends let alone emergency services. That level of repair service should not be legal.Telus

Telus customer service continues to strive to new lows. While they continually ******* us with phone calls and emails to sell us upgrades, just try to get customer service on the phone when you have an issue!They offer a website which doesnt deal with the real issues that we have and an automated phone system that can only be described as stupid. Doesnt matter how you describe your problem, they completely miss it. When you ask to speak to a person they put you back in the loop of describing a problem they dont understand.Worse they will not transfer you directly to Tech Support, only Customer Support. So once you get to Customer Support (after an excruciating wait), they make you go back on hold for Tech Support. Do not reply to this message telling me again to reach out to customer service, that is disrespectful!Telus

I have been sent to collections by Telus for an alleged unpaid balance of $107.01 on my previous internet account (April 2021 April 2023). However, my payments were set up as pre-authorized, and even after the service was disconnected and my contract ended, Telus continued charging me, eventually resulting in a final bill of $0.00 in August 2023.Despite this, I received no prior notificationno emails, texts, or callsregarding any outstanding balance. It wasnt until a collection agency contacted me that I learned of this supposed debt, which has unfairly damaged my credit score. I have spent several hours on the phone with Telus customer service, only to be told that they cannot help me since the account has been transferred to collections.I provided proof of the $0.00 balance to the collection agency, but after weeks of follow-ups, they informed me that Telus has not responded to their inquiries, leaving me stuck with a negative credit report that I cannot correct without Telus's cooperation.I am still a current Telus customer, As a loyal customer, I don't expect any special treatment, but I also dont expect Telus to ruin my credit score, waste my time, and cause unnecessary stress. I am counting down the days until my family members contracts with Telus end so we can move on to a provider that values its customers. In the meantime, I will continue taking all necessary steps to reclaim my rights.Telus

I was contacted by Telus on August 4th and sold a package that I clarified concisely with the sales agent twice before agreeing to so I could ensure it was better than my provider at the time. I was told I would have four (4) unlimited talk/text phone lines that ALL would share 300GB of data for 90$ per month for the first year and 120$ for the second year, and two (2) ******** iPad data lines (which I stated we did not really need). I was told *** cards would arrive before departing for vacation on August 9th, and we would need to activate them. I was told our first bill would be higher due to the 30$ activation fee that was not covered by credits. The reality is the *** cards did not arrive before leaving for vacation, and we did not activate them on our phones until September 22. We were billed starting on Aug 4th, before we had access to the *** cards; the bill on Sept 9th was $397; our monthly phone total on the bill is $145.70 per month (before taxes and additional charges), and two of the lines can not access data (the help team told us we could share data by hotspoting, that is a big loophole because I don't ride the bus with my child to school so I can't hotspot her to use the transit app, Telus has stated unless we upgrade to a plan that is 90$ per phone my two children can not share independent data). I have been on the phone with Telus for a total of 9 hours to try to find a solution. I feel like the sales agent sold me up the river. We released our plan with another provider, and now, getting what we had will cost MUCH more with Telus.Telus

What an entire joke Telus has become. The new redesigned website is horrible and inefficient. **************** is an even greater joke. Not worth the arm and a leg they charge. RUN! Not worth the grief, they are an entire hot mess now.Telus

Full of promises that they can't deliver on. Stop offering upgrades and better deals by email and phone if you are not going to honor them! I don't know why I have stayed with Telus but perhaps a change is overdue.Telus

Telus sent me to collections when I never had their services installed. We had internet scheduled to be installed at the home but when the installer was onsite he wasn't able to move forward due to the improper lines outside the home. I cancelled the contact the following day. I continued to get billed so followed up with phone calls through customer support. I was told it was an error on their part and ensured that everything was corrected in their system. **** after bill followed, I followed up with phone call after phone call. Each phone call we had to start the conversation over as the service was not showing as ever being cancelled and in Telus's system the internet was installed in the home. Hours of being on hold while the customer **** had to dig through the files to confirm I indeed did not receive internet services. I spoke to one of the managers on Sept 12th and he replied to me, 'it is what it is'. A company of this size, sending a customer to collections for NO mistake of theirs and telling them that they can't do anything collections will have to deal with it now replying to the customer with it is what it is? Really **********************? My credit, my life for Telus's mistake is, 'it is what it is'. I am currently on hold AGAIN with Telus, this is my SIXTH phone call to try and get this resolved. I am completely beyond disappointment and truthfully disgusted with Telus. How did this fall through the cracks over and over again? Why is Telus not trying to make this right?Telus

This company's customer service is sooooo horrible, it makes ********** look great! When we recently moved, they lied to us constantly saying everything had indeed been cancelled but it turns out it had not been! After 18 phone calls (and these are not short calls .... you wait forever) and so much frustration and anger AND over 31/2 months, everything was FINALLY terminated. What a farce!!! Then, although you can sign up at one of the store fronts, you CANNOT terminate any service. I mean, really???? What a ridiculous policy ... specially given how poorly trained their call staff are. Oh, and the noise in the call centre is VERY annoying!!Telus

I have been paying for assurion device protection and was told that I could bring my phone to a convenient location if it has any issues but the closest "convenient location" is 40km away and I don't drive! This is ridiculous!Telus
