      This company has no regard for it's customers. Clearly the lack of training, knowledge and resources for Telus' offshore staff is appalling! I spend hours every time I deal with my employer's Telus accounts. I have worked in the telecommunication industry for over 20 yrs. Telus you must do far better, this is abhorrent on all levels. We are currently dealing with a landline which was ported to a cell on our mobility account. Both cell and landlines are fully functioning on the same number. Both accounts are still being charged. Meanwhile, 3x I have called, each of the representatives repeatedly inform me everything has been completed. While I am speaking to them on the landline phone which should no longer be active, since the cell is fully functioning with the same number. I have never seen a company fail each and every time I contact them as this one. What an embarrassment to the organization, and ALL of the corporate executive staff. It's shameful that a company is run so despicable!

      Telus is aweful. Can't get a hold of person abs once you do they are aweful. No idea on needed info. **** and would not escalate to manager. Told me there was no reason to escalate.Worst provider service I have ever seen

      Hi, I'm a celebrity artist. I signed up with Telus in 2020 during the pandemic. It was a rushed installation and as such the installation tech didn't set me up with full access to my account. two years later Telus triples my bill. I only found out as I had emergency surgery, lost my credit card and then saw this astronomical bill. I had been overpaying 100+ for internet for two years without realizing it. I had automatic payments and trusted TELUS. My bill went from 70$ to 280$ a month. Unconscionable. I also am out of the country 4-5 months a year and noticed that my bills for those months had the equivalent of 20 hours of streaming. So, TELUS also adds usage when youre not using your internet which is illegal. They are a HORRIBLE company.

      My experience with the way Telus carry out their business is just terrible. My business is now without the service nearly a week while they created duplicate internet accounts by unknown marketing/sales agents in foreign countries who makes repeat phone calls to existing Telus customer like me to make sales pitch, unable to produce valid contract, make corrections even when I point out personally to ask them to put correct/valid my business name, and bears no liabilities or assumes responsibilities with the consequences. I am currently dealing with them, agents in foreign country for a week on their error of double charging me on duplicate ******************************* is still unable to put me to a local agent, an agent in ******). What a waste of my time without getting anything resolved.

      The Telus customer service system is highly unsatisfactory for two 86+ year olds who are not especially technically savvy. Last night we spent two hours on the phone with a very patient and agreeable agent in ********* (we are in Vancouver) who finally decided that a Telus-owned box leading to our tv was the cause of our lack of reception and had to be replaced. Of course he’s paid for his time, we are not as we spend two hours trying to follow his instructions. The net result is that we must wait several days for the new box to arrive and then must install it ourselves. Moreover, we received an email immediately after the phone call ended that we must package and return the defective box or be charged. Gone are the days when a $200/month charge for service also included an on site technician when required. Sadly we do not expect a reduction in charges for the several days we will be without reception based on a comparable problem in the past.

      Incredibly frustrated with your customer service, or lack thereof. An unsolicited sales call from Telus resulted in an email offer to switch to Telus for internet for an elderly family member. After four cancelled appointments for installation we're told that your staff made an error and Telus will not honour the offered price because only pure fibre is offered at the address we gave. Hours on hold resulted in no meaningful concessions, or assistance.Bait and switch sales are prohibited by law in ******!!! We are in the process of making a complaint to the **** and any other agencies that we can find that *** be interested The effected person is a 90 year old senior which you refuse to hour the service that Telus offered. Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced

      Horrible customer service. Talking to the representative on the phone was difficult for him to hear me but I think it was because of the conversations that were happening in the background, in his environment. The man sounded to me like an elephant breathing into the phone. I was going to tell him to mute the call until he had something to say but its not my role to train them. The man had to check everything before I received an answer. If he is new then I understand it takes time to learn but at least acknowledge that at the beginning of the call.When transferred, AGAIN the second representative breathed into his headset and I don't understand that in the training it is emphasized that the customer keeps them in a job so think about the conversation.I know that they don't get paid the highest so the pool of candidates are limited but as the customer, not my job.Come on improve the service. Maybe the high level management are not the most sophisticated but again, not my job, it yours.

      As in the past I can not solve any problem directly with Telus. Hours on the Phone, Email but no results. I have a contract with Telus signed August 26 2023. The contract states that the charge for the Loyalty home phone line is $4.00. This includes all the other charges as the 911 service and more. Starting with the September 2023 bill Telus charged me $4.96. The same for October. November, December. January, February 2024 the charge was $4.95 per month. The March 2024 bill charge is for $5.95. A total overcharge &7.69. The amount is very small and I could say irrelevant but it is very disturbing to have a big corporation behave like a bully. Telus customer service is not existing. Even if it is a very small problem it is the principle that count. Please help.
