      My business TELUS service experience was very bad. 1.I had 2 different account numbers, one for the telephone and the other for the internet, instead of one account for *********************************** needed a technician to come and fix it 3 times during one year of service.3.The communication with TELUS is terrible. First, they have a robot that will insist on helping you with her option only and not with a different one.4.Second, TELUS employed people who answered the call and claimed that they didnt deal with my question and transferred my call to someone else.5.Third, when the robot transferred my call to a different person, this guy kept transferring me to someone else and so on. One day I was transferred to 6 different people, spent 3 hours, and then the call cut off with the last guy.6.I was given an additional number they called connect that I wasnt aware of, nor did I use it at all and kept paying for it.7.Last, after all the above, I gave up and called **** to replace my internet and the landline telephone with their service, which they did yesterday. 8.This means that I am not using TELUS internet and phone service anymore in my office.9.I called TELUS today, and after 3 transfers from one person to person, I reached out to the cancellation department which informed me that I will need to pay the full amount left for 24 months out of 3 years of my contract.10.This is crazy!! I tried their service, it was bad, I suffered losses when it was out of service, and now they want me to pay the full-service balance. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PORTION PAYMENT AS THE PENALTIES AS IT WAS BEFORE?11.This option will make me consider cancellation of my internet, phone, and TV service package at home unless they consider the 20% penalties that used to be before.****************

      There was recently that TELUS offer that had since been removed from their site. I upgraded my phone through the offer page to get a 120$ off discount towards the upgraded phone. To be eligible, i had to have TLEUS Easy-Payment and have a TELUS Unlimited BUSINESS plan. I had both.I later found out that the offer discount of 120$ was not applied to the upgraded phone.I called multiple time and even wrote an email regarding this and they kept telling me that they cannot apply it without giving me a reason why. This offer was not for new customer, this was for existing ********************** Business customers. I am an client for more than 5 years with TELUS business and they treated me like i was lying and never tried to explain why it was not applied to my upgraded phone. TELUS takes your money by presenting offers, then not offering them to eligible customers, and then later removing the offers, just to make money off you. I DO NOT RECOMNET TELUS OR TELUS BUSINESS to anyone wanting to stay or new customers. I feel i was mistreated by customer service, and i was respectful during all the conversations with all the agents. they can review that themselves.Horrible phone service company. And since then the offer was discreetly removed from the site. Still i don't have the 120$ offer discount applied to this day and probably never will. HORRIBLE COMPANY.Sorry to say this, but Its the truth.

      Every few months my bill goes up without warning. Everyime, I have to spend a fair bit of time on the phone to get to an agent, who after some discussion, tells me that I can get a better rate since I am a loyal customer (over 12 years with them). Now my bill is suddenly higher by over $50 from the previous month. After using the chat feature, I was told I had to speak with a retention team member. The phone number given was generic. After waiting again, an agent said I had to speak to someone else. I was on hold for over 15 minutes when a recording comes on to say that they are now closed.

      I have been with Telus for 47 years if you include AGT. Unfortunately, Customer loyalty means 0 at **********************. Their customer service wait times are disgusting, agent knowledge is non existant, and now, when they can't help you and give you the service you requested, at the price THEY quoted, then they lie and blame you and tell you too bad your stuck with it now!!!SHAME ON YOU TELUS Should be avoided at all costs

      Telus is an awful company to do business with. They keep upping charges on my bill without any warning or reason for the changes. When you tried to contact them they refer you to get answer via their Website which very difficult to navigate and does not resolve the issue. If you try to talk to an agent you get a long wait and more often than not I either get disconnected or the agent is not able to resolve your issue.

      So our business and home have been with Telus, generally the service is up and of quality. The problem is staffing. The staff seems to have no ability to resolve problems. You put with some international call centers that are not able to resolve problems. Many years ago we had many complaints about our WIFI at the business. So a rec should up saying he had it ************. Little did we know he opened a second account for a service we never received but the bills started coming in for again a service we did not receive. Our business has automated bill payments on our account but the second account has no automatic bill payments due to us not asking for this service or account. So regarding our other account that is paid in full every month Telus turned the service off even though it's paid in full! This has happened many times before. I'm not even sure what to say anymore currently on the phone again since yesterday and hung up on us again.

      Horrible website - trying to find help - went through article and article - tried the bot and just stuck in a loop - no answers - all I want to do is merge accounts - followed help - followed reset - look for number - ask not for number - 4 hours waisted time - sooo frustrated that yep posting a complaint - can you at least tell the bot to give me a number or email -

      Constantly increasing bills with no notice. Impossible to get a hold of someone and the automated help is the worse thing I have ever had to deal with. Terrible company and the fact they are allowed to exist speaks volumes to how corrupt this country is.

      my father lives out of the country, but my brother is on the account as having authorization to complete any changes/cancellations.they refused to accept his canceling and told them my father would need to contact a lawyer and have my father give him power of attorney. after being told by TWO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS my brother would be able to cancel. When they were told this is acceptable and they need to find a solution they said they would transfer me back to customer service and hung up. this was after 49 minutes of being on the phone with them . I had to call and wait on hold again, then conference call my father in the DR to compete the cancellation which cost me money because its long distance. This company should not be allowed to operate and i hope no one signs up with them . save yourself the head ache and bills and go with a different provider.
