Telus are thieves! I accidently overpaid on my home ************ called in to ask if the remaining balance of my home services can be put over to my Personal Mobility, I was told yes, Then now 4 business days later my over payment is still not on my Mobility Personal. Telus are thieves & when I call in to rectify this I get passed around to other departments. 14 years I've been with Telus & for me to talk to a Manager from ****** is virtually impossible! GET ********* WORKING FOR A ******** COMPANY! Not ********** people who loves to talk loudly & I can hear everybody in the background! Get ********* working for a ******** company. Is Telus now a over seas owner?Telus

If there was a negative star rating option it would be negative 10. Offshoring the customer service has made this company impossible to deal with. I have been going back and forth for 5 months and my accounts are still not resolved. The fact that business, residential, and mobility can't work together sends the client going in a circle. I'm on a hamster wheel going nowhere. - 8 technicians to my house - 13 phone calls between 2-4 each hours with customer service - billed for home and business internet on the exact same service address - a business landline that can't receive phone calls - the list goes on and on there should be some regulation for larger companies like this to keep jobs in ******. Clearly the current systems that they have in place do not work based on the 1/5 review rating.Telus

As of 02/15/2024 Telus has now blocked the use of a VPN service to access ******** while I am out of ******.The reason I subscribed with ****************************** was for that very reason as I am frequently out of ****** and wanted to view my subscription on line.I have been doing this for years with out any issues at all. In fact I renewed by ************* on 01/31/2023 for another 2 years and now approximately 2 weeks latter Telus is preventing anyone from accessing their TV online via VPN.When discussing this with a Telus loyalty representative they said their solution was to lower my subscription fee for the months I am out of country. Seriously, you want me to pay for something I can't use 6 months of the year!!!Telus

Every time we deal with telus its always transferring us to 3-4 different people and non can help solve any problems. Weve had our home service booked for a moving to a new address, which had been scheduled and confirmed by telus with an email sent to us. On the day of the scheduled service no one showed up. We called to inquire about the situation, they gave us a run around and never gave an answer or clear explanation to why no technician showed up as scheduled. They said there was NOTHING they could do and the earliest they can reschedule for us is another 2 weeks from that day. Which means we would have been three weeks without internet by that time and still getting charged for the service. We then wanted to cancel our service with telus and go with another provider that could provide us the service that were paying for. But telus said that would cost us $800 for cancelation fee because we have a 2 yr contract with them. What kind of a joke is this? Are these people money hungry? We are already paying for the service which we are not getting and when we want to cancel the service they want to charge us again? Disgusting business. Telus is not take ANY responsibility for their mistakes or in any way or form try to make it up to us and they cant even guarantee that a technician will show up on the next scheduled date. Honestly the WORSE service weve ever dealt with.Telus

@TELUS Please read all my messages ,i have sent you and check up with my Case file manager, what I have been going through for last 3 weeks and the call I got this evening that being charged for 2 accounts when telus couldn't fix it! And all the ***** issues I had to go through!! Why more!! Is this how Telslus treat the customers and ********** ***** ** ** ******* * ** ***** ****Telus

This is a complaint about Telus. They call me approximately 6 times a week, sometimes twice a day. I have asked them to stop calling me, I have put them on the do not call list. I never buy anything from telemarketers. Yet they still call. I am considering finding another internet and TV provider because of the constant ********** from them.Telus

We were billed for purchasing a movie. We have never purchased a movie on streaming services. There is no method to contact Telus regarding this charge that I can find on their website.Telus

totally ****, I have tried server different providers and this time I gave a chance to Telus but it was the worst. i have been paying for my device protection since day one and when i need device protection to use Telus, they ask me to go to ******* cuz they are talking care all Telus device warranties and care.The funny thing is that Telus was charging me $15+tax and they registered my account with ******* so easily they are just taking my money and government tax into their pocket.Now I can't claim the service request because ****** doesn't do service care and I was paying Telus not *******.they **** me very easily.i try to talk and chat with Telus customer care either they hang up the phone or keep it on hold for hr and say they don't know and will forward it to the supervisor.and no one gets back to me.so Telus is a **** telecom.i was worried when ****** talked about everything but I realized when I was with them they never ******* me i guess they deserve my money for their service not for the Telus ****.Telus

I have tolerated Telus aggressive push to move customers from copper wiring to pure fibre long enough.As a long time customer, I have now moved to another company and will never go back.I tried the switched to their new connectivity system in 2023 and it wreaked havoc in my home so I demanded they returned my connection and router system to what I had previously.I also told them NOT to hassle me about the switch over again until they could satisfactorily commit to better emergency coverage i.e. only 4 hours on a generator if ever there was an emergency.I stated * *** * ******* ******* *** that simply was not good enough.Recently I received two letters telling me that my copper wiring was being retired and ironically enough it was ON MY 65th BIRTHDAY. And sure enough, because I would not acknowledge their ********* letters, they cut off both my landline and internet right on my birthday.Well good on you Telus for being so UNfriendly....cause you are losing customers left right and centre and I am one of them.Your lack of customer service is deplorable.Good riddance to you.Telus

The cell reception service is randomly drops calls or doesn't go through sometimes. It seems that the company intentionally "controls" the service quality as well in addition to having bad service. I have noticed over the last year, that as soon as my bill passes the due date, the service quality is affected. I usually pay the bill as soon as I get a notification and then the quality goes back to the "regular" service level. I find this practice very underhanded!Telus
