      My husband and I have been on the phone with TELUS over the past 8 days because our apartment does not have internet. The technician that came in, told us it was a wire issue and that we should call TELUS back and ask them to send a team to fix it (a 4-5 hour job). Several calls later we have been offered no solutions, no timelines for when this issue can be fixed, if there is anything else that can be done on our end - nothing. I work from home and think it's unconscionable that TELUS would put my livelihood at risk due to awful service. Our bill has been paid (always on time) so this literally is them taking money for no service. Finally, we told them that we wanted to cancel due to their lack of service and they proceeded to tell us a $400 penalty would have to be paid for early termination. I am in total disbelief over what else can be done as my work depends on reliable internet access.

      Don't be fooled by Telus' fiber optics. The only way it's at "No Cost" is if you don't value your time. It took their installer 5 visits to my home, and I had to be present, and it still doesn't work right. They also upgraded my equipment at that time, and I lost all my recorded programs with NO advanced notice. After the installation, many of my accessories ******* Home, etc) wouldn't work, which also took me several hours to figure out. In the end, my computer is no faster, my TV is a little clearer, but my bedroom TV won't work. They say I need a new TV (it's 5 years old), and I'm not sure how they consider this to be "No Cost" to me.

      They won't stop billing me. It's destroying my credit. Every month they bill me and I don't even live at the address, neither is there any service being delivered. Desperately seeking help or support dealing with this business.

      Such a disgrace, literally cant believe this is a functioning business. Telus advised they are installing Fibre Optic at my **** *** parents house in the ****** ******* area of *******, they advised this is AT NO COST TO YOU. During the install which was neat and tidy, Telus advised they couldnt complete the install and we would have to hire a electrician! What happened to no cost??? Were not hiring an electrician to fix a Telus install problem, and now my parents home phone doesnt work and hasnt in 2 weeks and we cant even reach Telus for help. Checked website, tried messaging, been on hold for endless hrs, get disconnected and here I am trying again. My parents have had this phone line for 40+ years, and Telus just disconnects them, what is going on, this is absolutely unacceptable. Stick with **** folks, dont get sucked in to this fibre ****!!

      Worst experience ever during the last 4 weeks! I have been trying to get a tech to come install an outdoor camera, with no freaking hope! They have cancelled 6 service call with no notice every single time! **************** ***** and I lost trust in these guys!

      Been on the phone 6 times for a move and Telus cant get it right have two bills on old house then a third one at new place worst service even waiting times day 20 mins closer to an hour and then another 1 1/2 for someone to help you who has to get help from someone else to help you? How unprofessional once I get all these bills sorted Im switching cable to **** dont use Telus or your bills and help will make you pull all your hair out. Also three times I was told I would get a call back in 1 hour and all three time there was no call back even a week later!!!

      We moved back to Telus after multiple outages with ****. The sales guy promised features that dont exist, which I found out from the tech upon installation. I had been very specific, so I believe the sales guy was deliberately dishonest. After installation, I discovered the sales guy also gave me the wrong plan. So I spent weeks, many hours, and many calls trying to get my account features changed to provide what I had initially requested. Every single time Ive gotten someone in ***************. They all use the same script. None of them are able to do what they say they will do, but they insist that the work I requested has been accomplished. A simple test phone call is able to prove that it has not been accomplished. I cant reach anyone higher up, nor can I reach anyone who speaks English well enough to be easily understood and is actually located in ******. We were with Telus for over a decade until we moved somewhere they didnt serve. So we changed phone companies. I knew choosing Telus again would cause headaches with customer service, but had no idea it would be this bad. In the five years we used someone else, they changed their technology to remove a true landline, brought in an AI system that makes it even more challenging to get a human, moved their service mostly off shore, and their customer service degraded even further. Ive been back less than a month and am waiting on hold with yet another tech. Pretty sure we will have to find another company. Telus customer service is wholly incompetent, but whats worse is that the corporate office does not care. They only care about profits, which is very obvious.

      They made my internet super slow and bad they made my internet super bad and crapey nobody likes it i dont understand why they exist and they sould go bankrupt and not be existent they made my family suffer for 5 years strait and my friend is still suffering to this day when ever he looks at his telus optik box or the telus remote he feels like throwing it to the ground. this is of course over exacturated but my point is that TELUS is a bad company and their internet and telecomunications ***** and I hope that my friend switches to **** just like did

      Vivant must understand that they are obligated to be honest, even if we sign their contracts. Revoking access to my purchased equipment should be an unlawful action. I bought their Alarm Monitoring Services and paid $1000s for their equipment (sensors, camera, light, locks, and much more). When I cancelled their monitoring services, they blocked my access to the phone APP that controls all my purchased equipment. I still have access from my panel; however, that is not how they sold me on their home automation. Alarm companies provide a service of Alarm monitoring ONLY and will sell you additional convenience products for home automation. I assumed similar to what I would purchase at ******* Their core service is Alarm Monitoring only. By choosing to block my access to my purchased products, this action destroys their value.This needs to be recognized as not legal and brought to court. They need to be stopped.I do not recommend them.
