      Worst company now with ***** an very difunctional. Took three attempts to get the account cancelled. No refund and kept saying they had no record on file.. strange how they say they record the calls but have no access to them. Stay away!

      I purchased internet and TV services from Telus with a total monthly cost of $133, and as part of the contract for Account number ......, they offered the first month free. Unfortunately, Telus made an error by sending me 5 digital boxes instead of the 1 I had requested.I've had to call Telus customer service multiple times regarding the 4 extra digital boxes they sent me. They suggested that I return them myself, but as a student, I don't have the time to go to the post office. Furthermore, I believe it's Telus' responsibility to come and retrieve them since they were the ones who made the mistake. I had a one-hour phone conversation with Telus and they informed me that their technician will be arriving on June 28th. I was shocked to discover that I had been charged $277 on my first bill because of Telus's fault, despite being told by the seller that it would be free.

      A Telus Representative rang and knocked on our door 4 separate times last night between the hours of 4:30pm and 7:30pm. We purposely didn't answer the door the first 3 times by by the 4th, I'd had enough. ******* had an attitude when I asked her why she came to our house 4 times and she told me to get a 'No Solicitation ' sign. When I asked her name, she was reluctant to give me any information, she didn't have a business card and backed up when I tried to see her name tag. This person wasn't a Telus employee directly, she's been contracted from an outside party by Telus so they can wipe their hands clean of any wrong doing directly. If Telus has to go about conducting business in this manner, why would anyone want to do business with them? This is nothing short of harrassment.

      We were enticed by Telus with some great deals for business phone, internet, and security. In the 7 months since we have switch we have been massively overcharged on every single bill. On top of that the the bills are extremely confusing to read, its not clear what you are being charged for. I've asked their staff to explain the billing to me, and the girl on the phone could not explain the charges. On top of everything the internet is inconsistent and constantly cuts out. Trying to get our billing fixed has been a nightmare. No one ever calls us back, despite having the issue escalated.

      I switched from **** to Telus July 2022. In the 10 months of service I have had minimum 7 months of improper billing and tv problems. The errors consist of being charged for On Demand movies I did not order - 4 times. I put a pin number and even had the service disabled but still happened again last month. Telus sent me extra tv equipment in error for which I returned (not convenient). I was billed for this equipment for a couple months. I also have a problem with my tv freezing for which the change in TV box did not correct. Each time any problem occurred I contacted Telus. Telus did reverse charges when I called and ensured me the problem was solved each month. I can't express how disgusted I am with the service. Could you imagine if a small business made these errors - they would be out of business. I guess Telus is so big that you are just an insignificant member.

      I live in ****** ******* and have been with telus hub internet for over 15 years, in this fifteen years, I have continuously had the same issues ranging from 0-5mb speeds despite them advertising 25mb speeds (this never happens), the internet is down almost as often as it's up, and when you call them for assistance they put you on hold for up to 8 hours (literally every time I've called them) and when you finally do get through they are little to no help, telling you that there is basically nothing they can do to fix the issue, OR walking me through resetting my modem and getting it working again only for it to fail immediately after ending the call, just to sit on hold for hours again. The fact that they are the only provider out here is insane to me and it's clear that they have no issues ignoring the problems of their customers as they don't have to, since they are the only option. Extremely frustrating paying the incredibly high rates to get a service just for it to not work half of the time. I honestly don't know how their business practices can even be legal.

      Just wanted Internet. Got signed up for TV and security too even though I stated repeatedly that I wanted no promotional services.. I called to adjust the account to what I asked for. Was sent a status showing this was done on a bill I paid. All good except what they also thought would be a good idea was to terminate the whole account. New customer no service.Root cause? Offshoring the front end Telus team who have trouble with language comprehension.You get what you pay for.

      Waiting for a credit from Telus Mobility for 5 months . Spoke to customer service, they agree they will Put a check in the mail. Last time I talked to some one by phone they said they deposited the check for $145.01 and $84..05 into my bank account . I told them it wasnt there and their answer was call the bank. I am 74 years old and cant afford to deal with this.

      Thanks to the BBB I finally received the 2 cheques within a very short time . I was given the run a round for 6 months before the BBB got involved. I must say the lady ( I'm sorry I don't remember her name ) from Telus who finally handled my case was quick to contact me and today I received the 2 cheques. thank you so much.

      We recently moved to ************** in May 2022. Upon arriving we discovered that Telus was the only internet provider that had access to this address - **** was not allowed to install services here. We were forced to cancel that contract and get Telus. Fast forward one year later, we are moving back home to the coast, only to find out that Telus does not have access to our new address as well as the internet service here (the fastest option for this address) regularly cut out and could not keep up with playing music on our ****** speakers or playing ******* episodes. After trying to get our services switched without success, we went with **** for a cheaper rate and better internet, and Telus won't give us any leniency even though they do not currently have access to our new rental. We have to pay $390.00 to cancel. Thanks, Telus. I will be sure to switch to StarLink if **** doesn't work out for us. I am not happy about this coercion into signing a contract with a crappy internet provider.The internet was so bad here that the security camera they "gifted" us jammed the network. Get it together, JFC.

      Just got off a 49 minute call with Telus. They were in my neighbourhood a few days ago and accosted me in my front garden. I was busy gardening and too busy to talk then, so they said they would call me next day about their new high-speed service. They finally called today, two days late, and in spite of telling them at the outset and repeatedly during the call that I had limited time available, they put me off saying just 5 more minutes and looking up codes and conversing with managers etc. in the background and keeping me on the line. In the course of the call, I told them at least three times that I wanted to think about their offer at the end of the call, and they kept reassuring me that they just needed to take all my information first including booking an install time. At the end when I finally told them that I still wanted to think about it they said that it would cost $15 to cancel This does not seem like an honourable business practice to me. These are pressure tactics, the hard sell and disingenuous to say the least. I will probably go ahead with the installation and hope for the best, but it really grinds me to be treated like this. So sleazy
