      They increased my bill without any notice. I was on the phone with them all day to get it sorted out and clarified the details of the solution they offered me multiple times before hanging up. Three weeks later still nothing was done on my account. I phoned back and spent another couple hours on the phone being told that they couldnt help in the way they initially promised. Finally I just asked to cancel. They wouldnt even let me cancel despite telling them I want to multiple times. They said theyd phone me back the next day to see if they can find a better solution. Four days later, no call back. I pay on time every month. Now I suddenly owe them $425 for an Internet bill thats normally $72.80 and the best they can do for me is give me a $200 credit off of their overcharge.. I wish I never had service from them.

      What is wrong with Telus?! Stop sending people to your door week after week after week! We have asked them to stop coming, called to request them to stop coming and now yell at them weekly! Go away!

      as lied to twice was told a price, and then two times waiting for the agreement to be sent and I got nothing in email. I was on the phone for over 2 hours with Telus within a week and a half. And this was agreed on twice by the manager department. I have audio of the second time talking to retention, so I could send the third ****** I talked to the audio if this happened again, but they didn't even want it. It was fully agreed on twice for $96 for the plan, and s25 ultra. I didn't want waste my time again without getting proof.. And then when I called in the third time because I didn't get an email for the confirmation of the plan and phone, which was needing to be pre-ordered, they said there's nothing about it in the notes for a second time ??? What in the world is going on at ******!! So the two times I called in and talked to people in retention, and wasted 4 hours in total, they didn't actually do anything. So after all this I still didn't get what I was promised and agreed on.

      Back in 2022, I was trying to sell ******** into a new market for Telus via SIM cards. After not understanding several charges my bills I had reached out over half a dozen times through their centre of excellence team only to have no one ever call me backto explain any of the charges that I was questioning or when I asked for further clarification of the contract that I signed it was nothing crickets, and I just received a notice from a collection agency last week saying that the account is now over $147,000. So needless to say not paying any company this amount of money when I never sold any more than $500 worth of their data And my expenses were another 500 on top of that and I think I sold possibly 100 to 150 gigs worth of data total whichwould equate to roughly $700 so something has gone terribly wrong. Im not sure why they decided to bury their head in the sand over this, Ive never ever got the explanation for the charges, and this needs to be brought to ahead sooner than later. **, I also successfully sold over 70 cell phones as part of their partner program for them in 2022/23 not sure why Im being hit with a sledgehammer for trying to infiltrate a new market for ******* account # is ********

      I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the charges on my account related to roaming services. I was under the impression that my roaming charges would be billed based on a "pay per use" fee, as I was specifically told by a Telus representative. However, after reviewing my recent bill, I have noticed daily roaming charges being applied, which seem to contradict the information I was given.This discrepancy has resulted in an unexpected and unjustifiable overcharge on my account, and I am deeply concerned about the lack of clarity and accuracy in billing. As a loyal customer, I trust ********************** to provide transparent and accurate billing, and I feel that this issue has not been resolved in a fair or timely manner.

      Telus customer service is brutal. You have to wait forever to get a human on the phone, then they put you on hold for a long time and often never come back. They don't call back and you have to start from scratch. This happened 3 times in a row. This the 3rd month in a row that I am calling to argue their ridiculous bills and I have only been with them for 3 months! My monthly bill was supposed to be $70 + $42 for my phone but somehow keeps ranging from $250 to $312. ***. Every time there are charges that should not be there. What a waste of my mine Furthermore, their customer service rep ********* *****, they are rude, snarky and enjoy smart-asses.I would leave if I wasn't stuck in a contract.

      We have asked to removed from their call lists weekly (sometime multiple times a week). They are rude, hang up, or will not let us talk to someone to be removed from their call lists. We feel harassed and blocking numbers doesn't do much when they call from a different # each time. How are they legally allowed to operate like this?

      We recently had misfortune of installing a telus alarm. We had several problem. The main cmplaint was when i tested alarm by setting it off and not entering code alarm goes off in house but nothing else happens. We were told it was monitored 24/7. After five minutes of alarm goung off no monitoring company calls to verify. We let it go off twn minutes and no thing happens. We had a home invasion robbery 2 weeks before install. All telus home security does nothing except false sense of security. Other issues were not all equipment was installed as promised and pricw was triple what was explained. Theres 1000s of peiple paying fir false security

      Our Telus experience has been terrible! Signed up for services end of Nov. Tech arrived and explained after installation to expect really slow internet compared to what he had previously, even though we didnt downgrade it. TV boxes didnt arrive on time either even though our billing cycle was set to start (how do you bill someone for services they cant use?) After 24hrs, we simply decided to cancel and look elsewhere. I called, cancelled and was guaranteed I would not be billed. A month later I received a bill (for services I had long ago cancelled). I called and was assured it was their error, it had been corrected and I did not owe them money. I thought that was the end of it. A month later I received another billthis time with late fees! So I called again, explained what was going on and was again reassured they had cleared the balance and all was good and I would receive a confirmation email. Email never came. A short while later a number started calling **** always let it go to voicemail assuming it was a scam. When I looked more into it it turned out to be a collection agency! Telus has sent my personal info and outstanding bill (that had apparently been cleared twice already) to collections. Ive never in my life been called by collections and now I was for a bill I never owed. So I called Telus AGAIN and expressed my frustration and was met with only a quick sorry maam. Once again I was assured the bill had been cleared, I owed $0 and all was good. I asked to be emailed proof of a $0 balance, but apparently they couldnt. I needed to wait for another email confirmation..what a joke! That was recent so Ill see what becomes of it. Please, just stay away from Telus at all costs.
