I have for countless times tried to reach out to escalations or your managers but i have been put on hold. is this because you know what you are doing is wrong and you just want me to give up and pay for something i should not be paying for? this is scam, the rich always sucking out money form the poor. I want your highest escalations team to reach out to me and take that bill off my account. You should not be operating because all you are doing is scamming poor students.Telus

My experience with Telus was not very good. Quality of coverage and signal was poor, and billing is very misleading. Contacting support is very challenging as you are directed continually to bots and digital agents. Trying to end my contract was surprised with 5 x $370 charges for each line to close the account. Stay away from this company unless you like frustration and being mislead.Telus

Spend the last 3 hrs trying to Talk to someone about my over charge on Telus Optik Bill, Nightmare of a Maze 0f texting with Robots and never speaking with Anyone. Unbelievable that you will never get a response. You will hear from them if they want your $$$$, DisgustingTelus

BEEN WAITING FOR TELUS TO CONNECT OUR INTERNET FOR 2.5 MONTHS, FINALLY GOT THE INSTALL DATE TODAY. NO ONE SHOWED UP. BEEN CALLING EVERY NUMBER AND NO ONE CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. ASKED FOR A MANGER TO CALL ME, THEY CALL GET DISCONNECTED. NO CALL BACK. CALLED 22 TIMES IN 2 DAYS AND I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON. I WANT A MANAGER TO EXPLAIN WHY OUR CONNECTION HAS BEEN DELAYED SO MANY TIMES, ALSO WHY WONT YOUR CALL CENTRE LET US TALK TO ANYONE. . I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD AND TOLD SOMONES BEEN CALLING BE BACK FOR 9 HOURSTelus

How are these corporations allowed to continue when they are basically scamming their customers. I just received a letter from Actions Collections. (another unethical company) for a $200.00, 2018 account from ********************** that I never received a bill. Also, when I closed my account with ********************** I had a ****** credit that they would not return. They will not send me a copy of the bill and told me to call Telus and Telus told me they do not have the bill either?? Telus has nothing but 1 star horrible reviews, all over the internet, yet they are seem to be unregulated and to be able to do anything they want, like ruin a person credit history. All the power is in their hands. I talked to many employees, at least, 8 and I have recordings of these conversations and they took hours and hours and they did nothing for me but shuffling me from on representative to another. These are sad times as companies used to treat you with respect and now you are just number with $$$$$$$ and they appear to be getting away from it.Telus

Been on hold for 53 minutes (and counting) with Telus customer service (or lack thereof). I am calling to fix a billing problem (their mistake). You would think the phone company cound institute a call back process rather than leaving their customers on hold for extended periods of time. Thanks Telus!Telus

Telus is a horrible company. Telus open an account that I wasnt aware and not notified of it. They charge me $263 while I never ported my number to telus and never agree to any of their conditions. Also telus s**** my credit score. By reporting their created bill out of thin air. Beware people stop dealing with this scam company! When my primary line is ******.Telus

TELUS is a horrific company. There is always errors on the back end of my accounts, and when I ask them to fix these, they don't. They are "sketchy". My internet wasn't working at first and then when I called them it was magically better. They charged me for something I didn't ask for. When I called to ask for help one of the *** responded with "that's your problem that you need to figure out" when it was very much a TELUS problem and they could have helped me. Getting help from them in general is exhausting. Their rates are so high that I have second hand embarrassment from them trying to negotiate with me and keep me as a client. I truly feel depressed every time I call them. It's like working on a 3 hour project just to call them. And when I get a hold of anyone, they are not helpful. Shame on TELUS.Telus

I only put one star because I had to. I have been a loyal customer of ********************** for over 20 years. I have gone through my *** and downs with them throughout. But just recently over the last few months I have moved. The moving process to a new address with telus was insufficient. They mailed my hub to my old address, I was without internet while I work from home, and had to go with another company. I closed my account with ********************** and over a month later they charged me $529.98 which came directly out of my bank account. I do not owe ANY money, my last bill was paid in full, I never received new equipment, my account is closed...no email, no phone call, no notice, how is this legal or even remotely ethical? Since then I have called and spoke to at least four different representatives with no resolve, I was told the refund was done and I would receive a confirmation email, almost 2 weeks later still nothing. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for over an hour and a half, only for another department to pick up and have no idea what I was talking about. It has been a complete and utter disaster of my time and energy to try to resolve this, even though this is 100% their error. I'm currently waiting for a manager to call me back to have the refund placed back into my bank account that was never authorized but so far still no email, call or refund. I am at my end of how to try and resolve this without now having to go through legal action. This is absolutely unacceptable.Telus

**WARNING FOR THISE WITH ELDERLY FAMILY USING LANDLINES**
It’s BEEN 7 DAYS and OVER 20 HOURS on the phone with customer service with NO RESOLUTION!
Telus service to landline stopped working for my 84 year old grandmother last week. She:
- lives alone and now has no way to contact emergency services
- Has no mode of transportation
- Is undergoing cancer treatments and now her doctors have no means to give her lab results or schedule chemo appointments
- She wrote her son’s name and number on a of paper and asked her neighbor to please call her son and tell him she has no phone to which he replied I’m too busy. She had no way to ask for help without her phone.
After not being able to reach her for the second day we checked on her and found her with no phone. After the 4th day we had to get her a cheap cell phone for the meantime so she can call 911 if she falls, has a heart attack or other emergency.
Even with the temporary cell phone;
- she struggles to use it
- She has no way to be in contact with her doctors or to schedule her chemotherapy.
- She’s almost deaf and relies on the specialized landline phone for the hearing impaired so even with the cell she can’t hear well.
- She has no contact with her family I’m Germany, who she normally talks to for hours a day. She’s been lonely, upset, scared and almost totally isolated without her landline.
Customer service
- We have spent over 20 hours dealing with customer service
- They have told us 5 times that the landline service had been fixed but it has not. We’re told to wait a few hours or a day but after waiting it still doesn’t work.
- She’s been a loyal customer for the entire 35 years they have been providing service in Alberta.
- No follow up to make sure this little old lady’s service has actually been fixed. We have to call back and be out on hold every time.
Older generations rely on their landlines. Telus is not taking it seriously at all.Telus
