      My drug store was unable to process the payment online directly with Canada Life. I was also unable to send the info online for processing.
      I am unable to reach Canada Life by phone or by texting on their website. There is no general messages on their web site to alert us of any problems.

      ***** ******** ******* ***** I have been eligible for company group health benefits for 7 months (at the time of writing this review). There was a problem with the activation of the account and still to this day have yet to resolve the problem so I can use my benefits (that I am already paying for)
      - Website down ************* (technical difficulties)
      - App error (that doesn't let me sign in)
      - Customer Service phone quality cuts out and can barely understand them.
      - I was hung up on repeatedly after been on hold for 30+ mins. Very Rude on the phone.
      - Promised 6-10 days to fix my account so I can use my benefits. STILL waiting, *** ***** ******* **** ******

      **** ******* *** ** ****** *** *** ********* In the space of an hour, I was lied to, had an online chat "responder" discontinue a conversation because I asked the question "where on your website can I find the statement "processing requires 6-10 business days", and as part of a phone conversation, when asked if the email address to be used, I responded yes, as it was my own private email. Yet the email was sent to an account which has multiple users who I would not want the information shared with, which is not even on my profile anymore. * ** ************* *** *********** ** ******* ********* **** * ** **** ******* * **** ** ** ** ********

      Very upset with the treatment by Canada Technical support staff. I have been waiting for 2 months. About a month ago Kyle said my issue would be resolved in 24-48 hours. Went to submit a claim today and Taiwo said my issue would be resolved in 24-48 hours. When asked to speak to a supervisor I could hear talking and said tell him I will contact in 24-48 hours. I am starting to realize that 24-48 hours is code for do nothing. I pushed until Taiwo suggested I set up another account. In the end the issue was only resolved because I refused the 24-48 hour solution. I will be advocating for a new provider.

      There should be a recourse for people who are having issues getting legitimate claims processed. I really have no words for the level of service being provided by their customer service agents.

      Very ***** Canada Life Health & Dental claim processing
      It has been over a month, my dental claim is still under processing.
      No communication, no response, just let you wait forever, asking non relevant question, even lost the proof I uploaded on line as well as I specifically sent to Canada Life designated email address.
      Unprofessional *** ************** this is how I can describe Canada Life, very disappointed.

      Absolutely the worst benefits company I have ever had. They cover nothing, it is so exspensive. They constantly leave payments pending for months.
