      They do not answer your call and do not pay your claim although they say you are eligible.
      My son had an orthodontic and both my wife and I claimed insurance from two different insurance companies.
      My wife got the money within 3 days from another insurer and I have been still waiting for more than 3 months. I called them so many times and each time they say something different for example, you should provide us proof of completion of treatment, signature, etc., and I submit the document and then another request.

      Canada life .They are the worst ******* *** **** **** *********** The investigation team even said no reason to deny my claim but been waiting over 2 months 2 replies and just run arounds . ***** my claim is only ****$ ** ****** **** **** ********* ** ******** ** ****** ******* they always have excuses that are not valid to not pay **** ******* ****** **** ****** * ****** ******* **** *** ****** ** ********* ********* ** *** *********** **** ********

      Canada Life provides the worst customer service ***** **** ** ******** ******** I’ve ever experienced. I have tried to get through via phone call for two months. After being on hold for nearly two hours, they hung up following an automated message saying “Sorry we can not process your phone call at this time. Please call back later.”

      Might have to find another insurance company

      They **** to me about covering registered clinical counsellor (RCC) when I explicitly asked prior to purchasing if in the plan would they cover it. The agent I initially spoke with said yes. When I went to claim it, I was told no.

      So frustrating! Good luck ever getting through to speak with a person. I have yet to speak to anyone about my account. ****** ********* ******* ***** I fear I will never see my money.

      Been trying to reach customer service line for last three days. Waited 35-45 minutes each time. Only recorded messages and music playing. Unacceptable level of service. **** **** ** *** ***
