      terrible service, been waiting for 4 weeks for an overnight delivery. Avoid companies that use them at all cost or prepare to wait

      I, like many others, would rate this company ZERO stars if possible, as that is how bad I feel the customer service was. Basically nothing. So bad, that I was unable to get the information I required in order to ship something in the first place. The fact that my simple inquiry seemed to be complicated for them is beyond my comprehension. First, I was on hold for 20 minutes before I was able to speak to someone that did not even seem remotely interested in assisting me. Then, after explaining the circumstances, she says to give her one minute and she would be right back to me with the information required. After almost 30 minutes on hold the call was disconnected of course and I received no information whatsoever. After that it was over 2 days before I received an email, and since then both a customer contact representative and customer contact expert/supervisor have emailed me and neither seem to have a clue or any interest whatsoever. A complete gong show. Oh well, hope this review is helpful for others. Look elsewhere I say.

      Had two deliveries, several weeks apart. The first was delivered to my front porch, when I asked why two, rather rude guys said that's what they were told. I asked if they would it off the porch and down the front steps I got a curt "no" reply , we've delivered it !! The second one was also delivered to the front porch, even though I specifically requested it NOT be delivered there, leaving a note on the front step. I'm an OAP with bad knees, and sincerely hope I never have dealings with this company again !!!

      ***** company ever driver couldn't find street let alone address, couldn't speak English threw package in driveway upside down in front of my truck if I didn't see it I would've drove over it!

      Terrible delivery service, the customer support line doesn't pick up even after a 15+ min wait and the people are very rude.
      It's honestly surprising that they are a delivery service at all considering they don't seem to deliver on time or without issues.
      If I could give a worse review I would.

      Terrible customer service, worst I ever seen. Took multiple days off to recive a delivery.. Never showed up. Not even a call. I never seen anything like this . WOW! HOW DO THEY KEEP IN BISNESS

      Very inconvenient. Just getting calls to postpone delivery and they are telling that was thier choices to be given to clients. Horrible experience. Planned to use item on delivery date and needed to buy other services. And again got call with option to postpone date on their choice. Prefer to give ZERO star. Ordered online on April 5 from Lowe's and item shipped on May 5 then still getting calls to postponing delivery. Felt frustrated with them.

      Worst experience of my life!!!!
      Stay away from this company at ALL cost!!!
      Worst customer experience I have EVER had. Paid for 2 day shipping. Now have been waiting a month.
      My package is at my local depot, but I cannot get it due to “backlog”
      Why on earth am I paying for such a horrific service!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Terrible service!! Absolutely no communication! Late delivery of only 1/2 the things. Phone calls, emails with promises of 'getting back to you asap' proved useless. They say they'll call 1 hr before coming but the driver never does. Added expenses of having to stay in hotels while promised delivery is days late. Very frustrating. Horrible experience!

      Right now ****** is using this company to deliver online orders. Wish I'd known what I know now before I ordered. Tracking says my package arrived. Apr.26. I waited over a week to for a phone call for delivery. No response. So I messaged them and ****** starting an inquiry to the wait. 3 weeks! This company, despite my calls (and them saying someone would contact me) and emails to them made zero attempts to reach out to me. I do find it interesting that right after writing a poor ****** review they finally contacted ******, not me, to say my large 400pound package was "lost". How do you "lose" a 400pound package? When I called may.9 they talked as if it was still there.
