I ordered a product (new battery with a quick-release case for a ride-on car) from KidsOnWheelz.ca on October 10, 2023. I received an order confirmation advising that I would be notified when the order was shipped. (Order #********)
Receiving no notification, I sent an e-mail to *******@************.ca on November 17, 2023 requesting an update.
Receiving no response, I sent a second e-mail on December 30, 2023, again requesting an update.
Receiving no response, I mailed a letter on January 23, 2024 to Kids On Wheelz at 2450 Finch Ave. W Unit 12 North York, Ontario requesting both an estimated delivery date and a response. I included copies of my two e-mails.
I've been very clear in my communications: I do not want a refund, I want the product, and I'm prepared to wait for it.
I am not, however, prepared to wait any longer for a response. I am now seeking third-party assistance to pressure the company to respond. The BBB seems to me to be a reasonable place to start. By month-end, I'd be inclined to engage social media.
I'm feeling like I've been scammed and that the company's glowing on-line reviews are something less than authentic. I feel that consumers who are considering a purchase would be well-informed by my experience.

I’m following up on the message that I received from you on March 12 regarding my request for assistance in extracting a response from Kids on Wheelz about the on-line order I had placed on October 10, 2023. Two points:
First, your letter to me ends with a note that you are waiting for Kids on Wheelz to respond to you and that you will contact me when you require input. I assume that, because you have not contacted me, Kids on Wheelz has not contacted you. That I am simply seeking a response from them - the most fundamental element of customer service for any business - and that they seem incapable or unwilling to respond to you after three weeks is, I think, indicative of a level of contempt they must hold for their customers. Moments ago I discovered the reviews of Kids on Wheelz on your website. I suspect now that if the company were to refund every complainant’s money today, they’d be bankrupt tomorrow. Increasingly this so-called business appears to me to be a scam.
Second, previously I should have confirmed for you that my payment was received by Kids on Wheelz. * **** ******** * ******** **** ** ** ******** ******* ********* ******* *** ******** I paid via ******* which is linked to my ******** ******* card. The company gets five stars for it’s prompt handling of my money.

Hi there,
I ordered a ***** ***** children's wagon from the Kids on Wheelz website on January 17th, 2024. The item was showing as 'in stock'. I then was charged for the item ($230.53 CAD) and received a confirmation email from the company. Now, almost 2 months later, I have not received the item or even a shipping notice for the item. I have reached out to their customer service team through email (multiple times), phone call (and text message as was suggested on their voicemail), and even messaged them via their Instagram account. However, I have yet to receive any reply to date. My inquiries have all been to simply check in on the status of the item, and to let them know that if it is in fact out of stock, they could simply notify me and arrange for the item to be refunded. Their collecting of my money followed by zero follow-through in any reasonable timeframe, plus complete lack of communication or response is completely unacceptable and seems to be bordering on **********.
My wish in this relatively small but still important manner is some assistance in holding the company accountable and either receiving my item in a timely fashion or being immediately refunded.

I ordered a "****** ******* GoKart Pro Electric" GOKart on December 24. I have contacted the business Kids on Wheelz multiple times asking for updated information about the order. They told me that the order was fulfilled and was given a delivery date of between Dec. 27-Jan-1. It is now February 21 and I haven't received it yet. I have tried phoning, online chat & email but have gotten no response at all and growing increasingly frustrated when the delivery date will be, or even if I will get my order.Customer Answer

I did not receive the product (wagon) I ordered.

I purchased a spooner board on Nov 23. The website says allow 3 to 7 days to ship. It is now Dec 12 and the item hasn't even shipped, I have been emailing the company for the past week for updates, no response. it will now not arrive before we leave for Christmas, unless it comes this week, however the tracking indicates that the item is waiting to ship!

***** *********, on May 30th for $372.89, purchased a ***** ***** Convertible Stroller Wagon. On June 11 I received notification that it was on the way with tracking number. Reached out to company when the package did not ship (expected to arrive between June 2 and 13). I received a reply via chat but when I asked for an update they told me they would send a notification, I received an email with the same information - that the label was created and tracking number. Nothing has shipped. I have reached out to two emails, chat, tried calling and texted multiple times but no one responds on any platform. Voice recording on phone number claims all their reps are busy - all the time. I am rejecting this response because: I was sent an email notification of cancellation and refund on June 22. They told me it would take 2-5 days for refund to be applied to my payment method. No refund has been issued to my card.
