    Treated terribly, was told to call 6 different numbers and one agent hung up on me after a 38 minute wait. Decided to call *******, one phone call a very polite woman who helped me with their web sight. Treated so much better by *******.

    Unbelievable that so much information is incorrect. I've had one address and one bank for the past 10 years and the information from my bank is correct yet wrong on Transunion site. When I called, John at Customer Service told me they only report what the bank has reported. *** They have some accounts reported on there that I've never had. In 2010, I had to do a formal letter to request correction of information, and now there are new errors. ** * ***** **** **** *** ******* * ***** *****

    As **** switched to TU from ******* they froze my credit report. Both **** and TU diverting to each other to resolve my issue. There was nothing wrong with ******* credit report and my score was excellent. I don’t know why they froze my credit report. I came to know when I was buying a cell phone that they can’t check my credit history. * **** ******** **********

    Poor customer service. Have any issue? Spend an hour on hold and maybe it gets fixed? They offer no technical support if you have issues other than a prewritten script they have to read to you.

    Tried to create an account because I needed to report identity fraud, but I had to create an account first. However, by the time i got my activation code for my account, it was suspended by before I could even log in for the first time, *** *** * **** ** **** **** *** ********* **** ********* **** ******* ****** **** ** *********

    ********** ************** * a constant frustration to even try and get issues resolved. I know everyone is having trouble keeping staff but its clear that transunion is banking on it monopoly power to provide horrible customer service (in Canada at least, the US seem to be taking this seriously). The Mytrueidentity site directs you to a phone number that answers saying they cannot take your call and you should call back. One option for clients is to go back to the hacked companies providing the activiation code and let them know they've chosen a very bad provider - which reflects poorly on them.

    TransUnion is affiliated with the Canadian bank I deal with in Alberta. I reviewed my credit score and reviewed my personal profile on my account through the bank mobile. There was an alias name and address that didn’t belong to me on my profile. It has taken me approximately three months to have my profile updated and as of today April 29, 2023, the TransUnion representative said it is corrected. However, they deferred it back to my bank and they cannot speak on behalf of my bank and it could take up to 30 days. During my discovery and contact with TU they sent a letter of the update to the address I was disputing. I requested to have that letter sent to my current address. * ****** **** **** * **** ***** ** ** ******* ******* *** ** ****** Further, during my interactions with TU they have told me that the information I submitted was expired. My documents were far from being expired. I sent my documents twice through their website and once through the postal services.
    I am concerned about the financial safety of my account and cannot find out how these two items ended up in my profile. Also, it shouldn’t have taken this long to rectify. I am sending a copy of my grievance to my bank as well. This has been a terrible experience for me and looking for answers and resolution. Thank you.

    Does anybody there know what they are doing? They report false information and when I try to get it removed nobody can give me correct information. I don’t trust them whatsoever.
