      Cogeco Connection does not care at all if you are days without either Internet or cable. You call tech support after already calling them only to be told they have had no service request or call from you. Nothing on the system. It’s terrible having to pay for services you don’t get . **** **** **** ***** *** ****** *** ***** **********

      Epico is an awful system. It freezes, I get loops of playback. I get errors. Jumpy video.
      Also the search is ridiculous! Why does it show everything from the internet. I have a phone and a laptop to search the internet. I want my tv service to search tv shows!!!

      Completely Horrible Customer Service. Had someone come to my door and offer me internet/phone for a certain amount for 120 months. With in the first month they said due to inflation the prices were increasing. Phone Call 1. I asked to keep my old phone number, no mention of a charge. Get bill charged $55 for changing phone number. Phone call 2. To there credit they refunded me the amount. They offered to let me try their cable for 3 months. Since I had so many problems with billing no way I was going to keep it. They told me there was a $75 charge for early termination. Person on the phone was calling me dear. Buyer beware. ***** ***** * ***** *** ** *******

      Cogeco sent me a email informing me for the third time in less than my 2 year contract( which was expiring in a couple of months) that they were once again increasing the price of my services.
      I spoke with Stephanie, in the loyalty department, she signed me up for a 36 month contract without my knowledge after promising me certain rebates for 6 months.
      I flat out told her I was not renewing my contract after it ended in June 2023 because I was completely and utterly put off by the service of Cogeco.
      This is the recent issue, I have had a few issues in my short time dealing with the company ** *** **** **** ******* ******

      Epico is such a bad service. freezes, 90% the time it won't rewind, and if it does, it freezes as you try and fast forward through commercials. the amount of LAG while doing anything is unreal
      feel like im back on dial up internet again. hit Menu wait 5 seconds for it to show up. randomly just reboots its self . would say 50% of the time i turn it on it cannot connect and takes upwards of 5 min to use. * ***** **** **** * * ** * *****

      **** ******* ****** *** **** ** ** ********* I got sucked into using their service based on price but quickly realized I was wrong so I switched to **** a few years ago and everything was perfect. Then, Cogeco started knocking on our doors in Ancaster claiming that they had spent $ 1.0 bill dollars on infrastructure and promising better service at an incredible price, guaranteed for 10 years. You get what you pay for.       One of your solicitors showed up at my door around 6:30pm today and continuously knocked on my front door despite us posting a large NO SOLICITORS sign on our door as we have children who are sleeping throughout the day. When my wife and I asked him if he saw the sign he ********** responded with "yes I see signs like that all the time." ********** ******.
      We asked why he knocked then and he continued on ********** saying he's just trying to save us money on internet and cable.
      Instead of just apologizing and carrying on he remained argumentative and persistent. His name (as shown on his badge) is JAMES. I will be contacting your president and reporting Cogeco to the BBB as well as my local MP.
      If this is how your salespeople are trained this is incredibly disappointing. I have a picture of him as well as his badge and I hope you understand * ** ******* ** ***** ****** ***** ******** ******** ***** * ** ******** **** **** ***** *** **** ********* *** **** ******** ****** *** * ***** ***** *** **** ***********

      I had epico for a total of 4 days. Terrible product, installation rep left my house with one of two tvs working. Reception cut out at least once an hour. I wouldn't get this service if Cogeco paid me to take it.

      The Epico TV service is harbage. The set top box continually freezes and Cogeco has no fix. Their solution is to ask the customer to reboot the set top box. They appear to have launched a defective product. Apps do not work as they should either. It might be fine some day, but at the moment is useless.
