      Service was provided on Oct 2nd. Technician came to diagnose and potentially repair my washing machine. He didn't even unplug the unit, took out the detergent box only, didn't even remove the front cover and concluded that I need to replace the main board which would cost $1078.19 which he said was the problem without even looking at this board.

      I declined further service. The next day I unplugged the washine machine just to conlcude that the outlet was burnt and the washine machine was actually still functional. The problem was electrical.

      I called the company to explain I was unsatisfied with the service and the wrong diagnose and was met with rudeness. I asked to speak to a manager and was declined. I was told that "labor" was not refundable.

      We called this company to come in and look at our oven. Over the phone they said it would be $80 to come and diagnose which we agreed to. As soon as technician looked at oven, he said it would be $360 to fix. We paid that and then after looking at it for 5 minutes he told us it would cost an additional $2,700 + tax to order parts for it. We said no and then got a quote from a **** ******** company for $800 for parts and labour. I called the Appliance Repair team to get a refund for the $360 as they did not repair anything, just diagnosed, and they **** **** ***** ** *** told me that they never said anything about $80 diagnostic fee in the first place which they absolutely did.

      The date of the transaction was August 28 /23 .the amount I paid was 1163.90. The invoice number is ******. The labour and quote was rotation system and realignment system .price 350.00 parts needed were bearing .296.00 and four rotators 96.00 each total384.00 . The technician told me it would take 2 weeks to get the parts . I was called on 3 separate occasions with appointments booked to later have them cancelled . The technician finally came on the 24th of September . He installed 4 plastic pieces which I looked up on line as costing 7 dollars a piece total 28.00 the work took 2 hours to complete . And the machine still sounds the same * ********* ***** * ** **** **** ***** *** ********* * Please resolve this problem .. thank you

      I made an appointment with their service to repair the washing machine, because the dryer was also faulty, and the repairman said to check the dryer first. After he opened the dryer and checked it, he told me that $290 (not sure whether it included the phone call service fee of $80) could be repaired. I thought that $290 was acceptable, so he began to repair it. After about 15 minutes, he told me that some parts needed to be replaced, which cost $469.20, probably including the installation fee and tax plus $290 at the beginning. The last quote he gave me was $857, and he would only come to me for repair next time after their phone notification. I think I can buy a new one at this price, but he told me that you can't buy a new dryer for less than this price, and asked me to pay half the price. I told him I didn't want to continue the repair, but he still forced me to pay. At first, he said that I could only pay with cash or a debit card, but later he told me that I could pay with a credit card when he asked me to pay half of the money. But he said I could call back later and cancel the order and get a refund. So I paid$592.9. Then I called to cancel the order on the same day, but the customer service said that they could not return it, and I had to wait for them to call me back.

      My dishwasher needed a repair. The technician had me pay a $507 upfront fee, then let me know that he had to order replacement parts. The replacement parts never came. Eventually I was told that my model was discontinued so I would get reimbursed.       I called this company about a dryer repair.The technician said that the heat sensor needed to be repaired right off the bat. I was charged $290 for labor. Then after further investigation, he determined that there were two parts that were requiring replacement, which was an additional $406. Within minutes of being at my house my total was up to $854.
      He spent some time “fixing “the issue then did not test the machine prior to leaving and told me that he had “sealed “a piece of the dryer and I was not to turn it on for 45-60 minutes.
      At the one hour mark, I went to start my machine, and to my surprise, the dryer was not working! I
      Immediately called customer service, and for hours afterwards kept getting the same excuse that the technician had not uploaded my report, and they were unable to help me!
      I repeatedly called customer service, demanding a response and explanation as to why my dryer had not been repaired and they had collected $854 for me.
      * ****** ******* **** I was then passed along to the warranty team,
      After many days of phone calls, an appointment was arranged for the technician to return to our home.
      This time we were told that the motor required a replacement, which was a completely different issue than the first time he came.
      ***** *** ********** ** *** *** ***** **** we refused to authorize any further repairs quote on our dryer.
      We questioned the technician regarding his missed diagnosis and ******** costs of the parts. ** ********** *** ******** *** ****** ***** ******** Finally, as we were getting nowhere, the technician agreed to state on the invoice that the customer had requested a full refund of the initial charge.
      I am mediately called customer service again as the technician had provided me with the name of his “manager “and again was given excuses as to why I would not be receiving a refund. Again after multiple follow-ups, I spoke to the “manager “who offered me a $175 refund ***** ** ***** ************ *** * ****** ******

      I called “The A Team Appliance Repair”; when speaking with the lady who was scheduling a service tech to come out she advised it would cost me $80 to send him out and diagnose the issue and then the tech would advise me the issue and the cost to repair.
      The tech arrived and advised the mother board of the fridge and two small parts need to be replaced and I needed to pay $361 (taxes included) for the labour and he would most likely have the fridge fixed same day as he has most parts in his van. I confirmed if he was sure that the issue was not the compressor as I was covered with warranty on this he advised no it was not. After I made the payment (he only accepted debit) he advised me that the actual issue was the compressor (which is covered by warranty by **) however he said I would need to pay an additional $1,695.72 (which he added to the invoice after I paid the initial $361.60) for the piece and we can bill ** back (this was not correct.
      He then walked out of my home without doing anything and didn’t say bye or anything he just ignored us and now when I call the company back they are arguing that they told me that the $300 was for me to get a diagnosis and the $80 was merely for him to show up to my front step. * **** *** **** ********* ******** *** *** **** *** ***** *** ***** **** *** ******* **** ****** ****** **** **** **** ******* ** **** ******* *** **** **** **** ****** **********************************************************

      I called this business today to book an appointment for service. I was advised that it would be $80 I agreed and the lady advised that they can send someone out between 12-3 . Immediately after hanging up the phone I realized I had a doctor's appointment so I called back to see if I could change the date. The customer service agent said that there is no same day cancelation and that she could change the time to 3-6 which did not work. I was told i have to pay a cancellation fee of almost $100. I advised her I just called to book this appointment a few mins ago and she said yes it was made 10 mins ago, at this time I had already been speaking with this lady for 5 mins. She said I have to pay a cancellation fee via e transfer or credit card.       We hired the Appliance Repair Team to repair our fridge which was leaking. We explained that we were leaving the country for a month and needed the repairs done immediately. The fridge stopped leaking for one day. Upon returning back to our home after one month we saw that the problem had not been fixed at all. The company refused to fix their faulty repairs and insist on charging us again despite us having paid over 4000 dollars for the repairs.
