      I contacted the A-Team appliance repair due to my freezer, not working properly the technician told me that it was a small problem and that he would need to reboot the motherboard, and the problem would be fixed. I was told to wait three hours to plug the fridge back up once I did. I had the exact same problem. I contacted the A-Team appliance customer service and I was stalled that I needed a compressor all of a sudden he was going to be $1500. * **** **** ** ******* *** * ***** I was not told that I was going to need a compressor ***** *** ********* * **** * ******* **** ** * ******** *** *** ********** **** ***** ** ******* ******** **** ********* **** * I asked him if they would take it at least the money that I paid for the first visit off the price of the compressor they said no.

      I was told a part had been ordered for my stove. The part was supposed to be in Two says later. That was July 28. Ever since I have gotten a major run around. They offered a refund 6 weeks ago and I have gotten nothing. ***** **** * **** **** **** * ********* *******

      i called this company on September 20th for an issue with my fridge. the water dispenser was not working. a technician came on the 21st of september. " Mike " said it needed a new water filter housing unit. cost for part was $475 and labour was $290. he wanted the complete amount and i said no! it was $859 total, i gave him $600. it took 2 weeks to get the part. he was here october 7th and installed the unit. Which, on the ** website is actually $128 not $475! the part did not work. he said it needed another part but it would not cost me anything. i called today only to find out that the new part is an additional $695 and she ****** with me that it was printed out. i have the the second work order and it does not show that cost. she would not provide a refund and hung up on me. **** ******** ***** *** **** **** **** **** **** ****** *** ****** ** ***** ** *******

      August 30th purchase services and oven part. Paid $280 for the service visit
      Disputed $1032.23 of services not rendered.
      Technician mis diagnosed the problem then charged us for another visit ontop of ordering another part breaking the terms of agreement which was set out to have before thanksgiving.
      Company is charging us for the diagnosis and misdiagnosis ontop of restocking fee tax and visits.
      We were told it would be one week.
      They said it would be September 16 when they return with the
      Merchandise. It’s now October past thanksgiving and they still have the entire order on back order and will not agree to the terms we made on the sale.
      ***** ******* **** **** **** ****** *** ** ***** *** ******* ****** **** **** ***** * ***** *** ******** ***** **** **** ** **** ******  I asked for the manager and customer service said there is no manager or service representative. I finally got to a manager and *** ******* ** ** *** said the part was not refundable.
      So she is charging us a restocking fee on a part that is non refundable.
      *** ** ******** *** *********** *** **** ******** ** ** ******* ***  We demand a refund complete with the parts that are non refundable.
      She won’t give us the part if we follow through with a refund which should be around $1000 but they are only offering $400.

      requested an appointment on the ATeam Appliance website on Friday morning Oct. 11.
      Our dryer had stopped heating.
      Someone called me and made an appointment for someone to come between 3 and 6. The man called me and said he would be here at 130. Then I guess he got lost.
      Anyway, he checked the dryer, borrowed my vacuum cleaner to clean it and then said I needed an entire new heating assembly. Plus it would be $280 to fo the work. But he did not have the part he said, so he had to order it and I had to pay some of that.
      I paid $471.00 before anything was done.
      He did not check the dryer after he vacuumed it and left it unplugged.
      I plugged it in when he left and the dryer worked and heated.
      This was later in the afternoon Friday.
      This morning Oct 15, I have asked nicely to cancel everything but I was told I would only get back $70 of the $470 I paid.
      All he did was vacuum the dryer.
      Please I would like my money back, I can't afford to pay $400 for nothing

      On Sept 12/24
      I had Masi their technician come to my house to fix my dryer. They advised the cost would be $761.27 for a squeaking noise my dryer was making. When I agree to the amount above I was advise the part is warranty for a year and that the dryer would last another 5 years. At that point I agreed to go ahead instead of buying a new dryer. The noise came back 3 days later and a week later, they came again to my house and stated they fixed the part at no charge.
      2 days later the dryer is still making the same squeaking noise from the beginning and they advised over the phone it would cost another $850 to fix my machine. That would be $1611.27 and I would never of had the dryer fixed and would buy at new one if that was the total cost.. They never fixed the problem the machine still squeaks the same. They were rude and hung up on me and never let me speak to the manager or the owner. * **** **** * *** ********

      I called them in August to repair my refrigerator. They came charged over 800.00 to fix a circuit board. When he left, I had the same issue. I called another company to come and fix the problem at hand because they did not respond to calls to come back. Called again Oct.6 to have them come and repair my fridge *********** **** *** *** ******* *** ****** ** *** *** ***** ***** told it was an 80.00 service fee. Man came in used his flashlight on the back of the fridge, didn't use anything else. Went to the washroom and told me it would cost 350.00 to fix the fridge. With parts and labor. Assuming he's fix the issue then and there, I signed the contract. He then left and said he needed to refer the part . Just spoke with customer service and was told that was for labor that he did yesterday and the cost of the part with repairs for fridge was ??1647.53. ******** ** *** ****** *** *********

      We called about combo oven/microwave not working. They sent a technician who diagnosed the problem as a faulty panel. He gave a quote of $3,374.88 which we agreed and paid for- $3,000 upfront and the balance on installation. The part was installed on September 27th. When we used the oven it was working but when we tried the microwave it did not work. We called them to report the problem and the same technician came and quoted an additional $1,785 + tax for an additional part not mentioned before. If we were made aware of this extra cost upfront we would not have agreed to the repair. We requested that they remove the panel that they installed and refund our money- they flatly refused.
      My regret is that I didn’t check the BBB before we went ahead with them. ***** ******* *

      I needed fast assessment and repair for my washing machine, it was one of the first ****** offer - The team of Appliance repair , ** ********** ***** ***** ******* * *** *** **** * *** *** ***** website looks reliable with multiple phone numbers. Unfortunately, i didn't check reviews at that time. Technician came very fast, he looked at the machine and offered to fix it on the spot for 290$ plus tax. He "fixed" my washing machine and advised not to use it for 1 day, when i tried to use it was in the condition it was before the service - out of order. . I called back and found out that another 1700$ just for parts coming plus labor charge.
