      After fixing our oven (***** *** * ***** ** ***** ***** November 1st 2024, the stove started having the same error November 13th. I emailed back to inform them. I was advised they would inform their warranty dept. that department would get back to us 24-48 hours. Then I followed up November 15th, 24th and again today. No response at all and our oven is not working.
      I have a copy of the emails, paid bills, and pictures of the errors.
      *** * **** ***** they did not even fix it. It cost over $1000 to fix. To us that is a lot of money.
      We would like this fixed properly…or refunded so we can get someone who knows how to fix it.

      I contacted this company to repair my dishwasher and was told a technician could come out for a fee of $80 which I agreed to. When the technician came he took apart the appliance and within 15 minutes told me what the problem was. He told me the labour was $290 and that it needed a part that would cost $327 and he would be able to fix the issue within 2 to 4 business days so I agreed. He asked for the entire payment up front which I reluctantly agreed to. After 4 days I called and I was told that the part was being delivered today and someone would be in touch. The following day when I didn’t hear anything back I called again and was told the part wasn’t there and it would Tuesday at the latest and that the technician would be there on Thursday which was more than a week over the promised date. Since they couldn’t solve my problem in a timely manner I would like to cancel the work and get a refund minus the $80 service fee. The woman then told me that they would not do that but would be prepared to refund me $300 of the over $700 I had paid them. After reviewing other reviews and complaints, which I should have done before calling this company, * **** **** ** ******* **** **** ******* ** ********* ** *********** *** **** *** ** **** ********* the repaired appliance didn’t work after using it for a week or two.

      * ** ****** **** ********* ******* * **** ********* ****** due to their failure to provide ******* *** honest repair services as promised, and their refusal to address the subsequent dispute in a satisfactory manner.

      On December 3, 2024, I hired A Team Appliance Repair to fix my dishwasher at my residence. The technician, identified as ***, charged $295 + HST for what was explained as a necessary service call. However, the service performed involved merely removing a few screws, which took less than three minutes. *** then insisted that the electrical board on the dishwasher needed to be replaced for an additional $541.29, claiming it was non-functional. Upon inspection (with witness), it was clear that the electrical board was fully operational. The real issue was minor, involving a broken plastic piece around a corner screw which could have been easily fixed onsite with a simple bracket. The technician refused to do this and insisted on the $541.29 part.

      This misrepresentation led to an unnecessary and inflated charge, ************ ********* ******** ********* *** ***** ***** *** *********** *** ** ******* ***** refusal to provide a reasonable and cost-effective solution, and instead, attempting to sell an unnecessary part, ** ******** ** ********* *******. The business's response to my request for a refund was dismissive, and they have not attempted to resolve the problem in any way. They failed to address the core issues and continued to justify their ********* charges.

      I am seeking a full refund ($295 + HST), as the service was not only unsatisfactory but also ********** *** dishonest. * **** *** *** ** ********* *** ****** ** ********* **** ******* ******** **** * **** ********* ****** ** **** *********** *** ***** ********

      I called "The A Team Appliance Repair" they quoted $80.00 total for them to come and let me know the problem. The representative came to my home on November 12, 2024 and said that the mainboard of the fridge was broken. * *** ******* ** **** ** * ****** ********* *** *** ********** *** ** ******* *** *** ** **** ******* ** **** ********  The representative said it would cost $280.00 + tax total including the part, labour and any other service fees. I signed this paper and left this representive in my home. The representative then added other parts and fees which I had not initially signed for which seems to total $824.95.

      * *** ***** ** **** ****** ** *** **** *** the freezer was working. I looked at my bank account and saw that they had withdrawn $1,141.35. * *** ** *****. I called them back to get a refund of and immediately told them that * *** not interested in proceeding any further. They proceeded to send me an email on November 28, 2024 which indicates I would receive a refund of only $485.54. They added labor and other fees including charges for parts not ever received or installed.

      I then got them to send me the refund details and was even more upset. * **** ****** ***** ********* *** ******** *** *** ** ********** *** ***** **** *** ***** ****** ***** ** ******* *** *** *** ******** *** ** ***** **** ***** ** ******** ** *** ******** ******* ** *** ***** ** **** *** ******* * *** **** **** ** *** **** **** *** **** ****** ** ** ******* ******** ***** * ******** **** **** * **** ********* ******* ** *** ***** ********* * *********** **** * **** ********* ******* *** ******* *** ******** *** * part that was never replaced/ repaired.

      This company has added fees to my invoice which I had already signed and negotiated. They are over-charging me for services that never occurred. I would like a full refund of any money paid to this company.

      The very first time they showed up to look at my dishwasher. They had to take it all apart to see what was wrong he said it was the main board safety system sensor he replaced it was replaced November 4/24 still had same issues called them back he came again checked it again then levels the machine he ran it for a couple of minutes and said it was working fine now, never said we had any other issues a week later I did dishes and the same thing happened. The cycle didn't run through the machine stopped running tried to call them several times They said they would get back to me and they never did. I was assuming that they were waiting for the warranty to run out on safety sensor system he replaced Dec 4/24 the 30 day warranty for the Main board safety sensor. System I Called them today, December 2/24 The girl told me they were waiting for a part to come in which I knew nothing about. She said it was the main board that needed to be replaced. with the cost of 500 and something dollars when the repair man was here he never mentioned anything about that. He said everything was fine. The machine is working good now he said until I used it, hoping that you can help me resolve this issue for me * ** * ****** *** * **** *** ***** ****** ** dishwasher just turned 6 years old and hardly used

      On October 20th, I called a service call centre to have a service man to come out and look at my washer machine. He looked at the machine and told me I needed a new power board which would cost $641.50. I asked if that was all it will need since I figured the machine got a power surge from when the electrician was hooking up the new panel in the house. He said yes and I agreed to the work. He came back on October 30th and replaced the power board. He showed me it was running and left. I didn’t get to double check that it was working properly until the next day ******* * *** ** ***** *** **** ********** ******* When I checked it none of the programs were working properly and the power button would shut the machine down in the middle of a cycle. I call the service centre and they set up an appointment for the service man to come out again on November 10th. When he came out he told me that I needed a sensor that it was included in the cost and would be back in two to three days. He never came back or called, so I called the call centre again. They told me he was coming back and he never ordered the part which was an expensive part around $420. I told them that he said it was included in the original cost and he was going to be back it two to three days. They said they would look into it and call me back. Which they have never done.

      I called for the ATeam to look at my washing machine that is not dispensing the fabric softener. They came right away and told me that it will cost $80 +HST for them to come and assess the problem, and if I decide to move forward with any further repairs they will subtract the $80 from my complete bill. The man came, looked at the washer then told me that there was a problem with the hose that is connected to the dispenser. He said that he can fix it and it will cost $240 +HST to reattach the hose. I agreed for him to fix it. I paid $271.20. He did it in less than 20 mins, and he left. One hour later I used the washer to realize that nothing had changed! He did nothing! I called to let Customer Service know that he did not rectify my problem, she pulled up my invoice and told me that I need a new soap dispense assembly that will cost $587+HST! I asked her to help me understand what I paid for today? She says the labour that was done to assess the problem. I questioned what the $80 was for? She says it was not for assessment, but for him to "KNOCK ON THE DOOR"! This can not be legal! I am absolutely infuriated! This company is run by scammers. I am fed up with the service industry and the lack of protection that is available to consumers. We are sitting ducks and completely at the mercy of these people, it is disgusting and disheartening.

      I book an appointment as my oven was not coming up to full heat. Tech arrived. Sounded like he dropped the stove on the floor. There is a small dent in my kitchen floor. Told it would need parts and labor. Cost quoted was $2595.54. Paid $1689.95 up front on **********. They were to return in 3 days. The oven door was damaged and I was told not to open it or it would fall off. They did not return for two weeks. Then replaced parts. Left old parts and garbage in my kitchen. They also had bent and edge on the oven and I had demand they fix it. They refused at first but I said it had to be fixed. I paid remainder however they would no longer accept credit. Stated he was in error accepting credit before. Two days later I used the oven and the oven still won’t heat. I reached out to the company to ask for a refund and they refused. They wanted to send another tech out.

      Appliance repair team visited me to fix a microwave. I agreed on a visit price. Upon the visit the repairman said it would need 900$ in parts to repair paid by *******. I was unsure but agreed. * **** *** * ******** *** ***** ****** **** *** ******* *** ******** ********** ****** ** ****** ******* ****** **** I asked for a refund on the parts not the service. They agreed and have promised me a refund cheque of 450$ or so (after taking out numerous “fees”) they indicated it would be mailed soon, but two months later no cheque. Have been calling weekly

      Called This company for applience repair & called back in 10min to cancel but they said I have to pay $90 as driver was on their way....in 10min? Now they've sent it to a collections agency for $90 !!!
