      They came and claimed they did a diagnostic and then said a part needed to be changed **** just to charge me over $800 dollars and then apparently they needed to replace a different part again **** *** * *** ***** still didnt fix the
      original problem they where hired for
      This company is the worst they will charge you for labour and parts that their own technicians dont even know what they are doing or even why replace the parts just to make money off you

      This company **** ** ** *** say one thing and mean another. They said $80 to show up and waived if you accept their labour costs. They did a "service" but didn't. They made my wife pay them $300 for nothing. When I called to complain - it's a women in her kitchen with no escalation.
      The company fully understood that we needed a repair on the our ******* Washer. Stating on their site they do ******* appliances implies they know the manufacturer requirements. They force my wife to pay - 2 men showed up not 1 - extremely intimidating - and looked at pressed some buttons and charged us. The report stated we needed a new motor and drum for our washer. I call ******* and they say this businesses report is not recognized and we can't accept it *** *** **** ****** *** ********* ***********. We can't get it fixed under warranty without a report.
      Money gone - techs gone - call the company only for her to ****** interrupt me and read the back of an invoice to me.
      Ridiculous

      **** ******* ** * **** ***** They've grossly over charged me over $1100 for two parts ) which cost $200 after further research). They then came to replace those two dishwasher parts a week later, to then tell me that its still not working and they need to charge me another $533 for another part. **** **** ** *** *** **** ******** **** *** ********** ***** *** *** ********* ** ********* *****

      ******** ***** I paid $360 for my oven repair. I was told it would work for the next 1-2 months so I had time to buy a new oven. The first time I use it after the technision left, it didn't work. I called customer support and **** **** ********* ***** they got very angry and practically hung up when I simply asked if the technician can tell me if I'm doing anything wrong.

      The initial quote was for $80 to do a service call. Upon arrival, the technician (VK) informed me that to properly diagnose the problem, he would have to open the machine at a cost of $275. I agreed and signed his form, not realizing at the time that this is not a standard charge for repair companies. After the diagnosis, VK informed me that two parts (pressure switch and heater relay) would need to be ordered for $1,209.21 plus more labour charges. He then told me I had to pay $993.95 to order parts which would then come within 1-5 days. He would then return to complete the repair. He insisted I send an E-Transfer for parts and then left my home with my dishwasher not fixed. I contacted customer care and was told the part would arrive in a week. I then contacted customer care the following week and was told the part was on back order. I then asked for a tracking number for my order or a copy of the order invoice. I was told the company works with only one supplier and that I had to wait.
      I then contacted the manufacturer to learn that both these parts are readily available and combined cost a total of only $343.09 - not $1,209.21! ***** ***** **** ******** ******* * ******* *** ******** ** ******** ******* *** **** ******* *********** *** ******** **** ******* ** ********* * ******** ***** ** ********* ********** They ended up reimbursing me for part of the advance made, less about $300 for the service call. I have filed complaints with ******** ********** ******* and the *********** ****** ** ****** as well as local police.

      They charge $80+tax just for the visit. If you have them diagnose, it rises to $322 all in.
      I paid $322 for a tech to spend 30 mins total in my home to me that I have a faulty convection element. He advised me that the part would cost $254 plus tax, he said that it was on back order and wouldn't be available for several weeks. When I asked him for an image / specs of the product, so that I could order it myself, he refused to provide it, and told me to take it up with the parts department.
      I called the parts department on Monday, and they told me that the part won't be available for several weeks, and that it would cost over $500. They still refused to provide any more info than the generic "Convection element" and said that if I order it myself, they won't come back to fix it.
      I have tried calling 12 different times. ****** ** ******** ******* *** *** **** ** ** **** ******** THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

      **** *** * *** ******* I should have read all these reviews along with the **** reviews on this business. **** *** ******** *** ******  Same issue as others have listed. They **** about the $80 service fee. They charged me $316 for a “service call” and assured me my washing machine was fixed (no parts were changed). First load, and all other loads thereafter, problem NOT fixed. Getting them on the phone is impossible. They literally hung up on me ***** ****** ******** ********** ** *** ***** **** ******** * ***** **** *** *** ***** ****** ** ***** ***** ******* ****** *** **** ***** *********

      *** ***** **** asked 4,300 CAD for repairing our freezer which did not work, and they refused to take responsibility for the incident. Moreover, they have only 1 ****** lady as the representative who repeats herself **** * *****, she always offers a "link" to chat with her supervisor.

      I had a leake from freezer. I called appliance repair team. They visited and said it costs me 250 to change the compressor and I accepted that. Then he said oh the control board has also some issue which cost me 500. Anyway, I paid 860 in total and the fridge is still have the same issue.
