      In December 2022 we called to book this company for repairs to a gas stovetop. We were told there was a minumim fee of under $100 to make the service call. This fee would go against any invoice.       This company lead me to believe that the $80 service call would tell me what the issue was and that if we proceeded with the repair that would be refunded. That was not the case they charged $290 plus tax to tell us that the parts we would need for our 11 year old fridge would cost us $515. We said that was ridiculous but they still charged us.

      I’m having the same problem, my fridges stop working, I called , told them it the compressor or the relay, then they came, the h says I know what the problem is and I can fix it right now, so I said ok how much $362, I said you sure that’s the problem, “yes” then he starts checking and test the continuity and voltage on the compressor and relay. Tech said “oh “ it the relay! I said how much? $290. I was up set that he did nothing and charge me$362 the service call to tell me the problem was supposed to be $80, I then he left, I said I’ll figure it out about the relay myself, he left, after he left I plug the fridge and then wiggle the relay……. I worked started fine…….

      **** ***** * ** *** *** ***** ******* * ** **** ****** The 'A' Team technician came to fix our fridge, diagnosed the problem and charged us $883 before they would even do anything further. It needed a capacitor and circuit board. Parts took three weeks to get, he came back and "installed" them, however fridge is the same – does not work properly. I don't even know if the parts actually got installed because, stupidly, I didn't watch him. *** ********** *** ****** *** ******** *** ***** ***** ***** ******* ***** ** EXTREMELY poor at communicating the issues. ** * ***** **** **** ** ****** **** * ****** **** ***** ** ***** ******

      I had someone here fixing my dishwasher. Got quoted $700 to fix it.
      Gave a deposit of $500.
      While fixing the issues he broke another piece and said I will have to pay an extra $300. I said no way and asked him to leave the house. Now I paid $500 and still owe them $200 and the dishwasher is still not working!

The problem begins when the technician says it's going to be $290 plus the cost of the issue, he estimated about $100 for a sensor. Then he begins to work and "oh, it's actually not a sensor it's a $990. part. To replace this stove is $1,500. Easy decision. But when you are told the cost is going to be a total of $390. it is worth the repair, not $990 + $290. ** ******* *** ******* ** ***** **** **** ** *** **** ***** **** *** ***** They quote very low then quickly raise the amount and the problem.

      This company is dishonest about how they provide its services. They charge an $80 dispatch fee, and before they diagnose the problem they charge $361.60 and make it seem as if this is the cost to repair the appliance. They were called to service my fridge, and my father told them what was wrong. The way the customer service representative spoke, the understanding was that the technician was going to fix my fridge. When the technician arrived, my elderly aunt agreed to the price and contract in hopes of being helpful because the company arrived earlier than the scheduled service appointment. My aunt was asked to sign a contract before they opened the fridge. Unfortunately, I lost my money because the contract was signed and paid before I got home. Fortunately, I made it home before the money for replacement parts was paid for. They do not provide the customer with the appropriate information to make an informed decision about the repairs. ***** ** ********** ***** ** ********* ** ****** ****** ******* *********** **** **** ******** ****** ***** *** **** ***** **** ******* **** ***** ***** ******* **** *** *** *** ***** **********. When I called customer service, the person kept referring to the contract saying that it was signed and there was nothing that could be done. I honestly do not understand how a company like this is still in service. I was sad to read similar reviews on this website as well.

      **** ***** ** ** * **** ******** I paid close to S2,000 to repair a washing machine, that was in use for 1 year only anyway, and they did not repair it, they kept charging me piece by piece and promising that it would be the last time I pay, *** ** *** *** **** **** and they never kept their word, I eventually managed to get appr. $300 refund for an uninstalled piece, and I ended up buying a new washing machine. **** ******* ** * ***** ***** *** ** ******* ***** I tried to get *** ******** ********** ****** to investigate it, but they said it was not their job because the condo was rented, so it is considered a business to business case *** **** *** *** ***** ******** ********** **** I might file a case at the court, as I was advised by *** ******** ********** *******
