      **** ****** ** *** *** **** ******** They ******* my family out of $330/labour plus $600/parts. They claimed to have fixed our appliance but offered no explanation as to what was done or what parts were replaced. The work took a total of 30 minutes for which the charge was $330.       $80.00 for an initial visit to diagnose an issue with a dishwasher ended up being $316.40

      ******* ** **** ***** *** ***** ******* Questionable quality and pricing. Repaired oven for $1342, after there was a problem with burner due to tech disassembling unit. Now they want $742.61 plus tax for part to fix issue that didn't exist before initial repair. Tech had to be instructed to return all screws as he was caught leaving some out during reassembly. No help from calling manager. Not a good experience. ***** ****

      How does this company still exist!?!?
      They are not repair technicians, merely parts pushers. Similar to many of the reviews, this company comes in with a false hope of repair. There was no proper diagnosis, didn’t even open any of the internal panels. ***** *** **** ******** Parts took over a month, fridge still doesn’t work and now they want another $400 for another non evaluated part! I want my money back!! **** **** **** ** ** ***** * ************* ***** ******* ***

      ***** ***** ******* **** ******** ** ******* My stove stopped working on March 5th. They sent a technician out, I told him what had occurred, but stove started working again. He took the back off and determined the Main Board needed replacing. I enquired as to the turn around time, he said one week. He quoted $824.67 for the part. I paid $776.68, 50% of the part plus service $310.95. They would call, I called on Wednesday, no part, called Thursday, no part, called Friday and cancelled. Called several parts companies on Saturday, no parts due to the age of my stove. They called this morning, my refund is $316.00, have to pay a restocking fee and shipping and handling for a part that is not available. Just gouging. ***** ** **** * ********* **** ****

      ***** **** **** ******** ***** ** * ****** ** ****** ***** ********* ******* ** *** **** **** ********** * ***** ****** ******* ***** *** ***** My washing machine broke, and they came out on February 18th to tell me what was wrong. They had to order the part. I called them twice to find out whether the parts were in yet and they weren't. Then the parts came in for them to cancel 1 appointment, reschedule and I had to call them at 5:25pm when they were supposed to be here at 5, only to find out the technician had to leave his area, but no one called me.
      Finally they came today with no apology or anything and were in and out in 20 mins.

      I spent 1100.00 that they made you pay upfront as well.
      The first technician cut himself while checking the machine and bled all over my basement and I gave him 1 of my towels. I was told to just leave the mess of blood and someone will come clean it up. Obviously no one did so I had to clean it up by myself which is not good. * ********* ****** *** ** * ****** ***** ** ****** ** ***** **** **** *** **** ** ******** *** *** **** * ****** I spent money at the laundrymat amd lost a towel as well as paid 1100 dollars to have my machine fixed. ********** ******** ********** *** ******* ****** **** ***** ** ********* ** *** *** ********** ** *** ******* ** ** ******

      ***** ************ **** ******** I called this company based on their advertising. I had a problem with my dishwasher. It was leaking water on the floor. They sent a technician within a few hours to check my machine. The service call $90.00 was paid in advance by credit card ** ***** ******* * *** **** *******. He said the problem was with a "valve that was leaking" and he could fix it for $290 but I would not be charged for a second service call. I called him back to fix the problem. He removed some parts and said the leak caused the insulation in the door to become soaked (which it was) and to fix that problem would cost $525. I was charged for this call $327.70 which was for labour and service. A call to the company got me nowhere as they refused to return the $90.00 for the second call.
      I read the reviews too late. They were very bad. Lesson learned.

Ask ppl for a good repair man before making this expensive mistake.
      $340 to tell me it might work. It doesn’t. Not at all. **** **** ******** ******* ** ****** **** ********* ** *****
