      I asked " The A team company" to repair my ***** dishwasher, a technician arrived and diagnosed the problem and asked to be paid for labour and the cost of the part which he will order, so everything was paid in advance, a week later the same technician arrived with the part , but the same problem still existed, so I was told to buy another much more expensive part and the final cost would be about one and a half the price of a new ***** dishwasher.At the end I had to buy a new dishwasher in addition to what I paid the company. I asked the company for some kind of refund but there wasn't any kind of cooperation. So a company using very unqualified technicians it's main aim to drain money from people with out any consideration. On top I found out that there is article in the news about this company. Ontario needs to crack down on such companies.

I was subject to this as well and will ensure to contact ********* ***** to make sure that everyone in Newmarket and surrounding areas are aware so they don't get ****** *** too! I will not stop until my money is refunded!

Visit 1 had an upfront service call, in which they determined the washer drain motor pump needed to be fixed. Replacement ordered at an very hight cost. Established that the control board was good though. This was replaced and on an empty cycle. But then immediately on next wash failed to drain (this was the initial problem). Technician said he forgot to clear the hose, cleared it and it washed again. Then on next wash it failed to drain. When I contacted them a third time to fix the initial problem, they said it needed a new control board - at a cost of close to a thousand, plus installation. I'm already in for 800 on the initial replacement plus labour. Customer service *** **** *** ********** **** ** *put me on hold mid-sentence and constantly interupted me - as if I'd inconvenienced THEM). I think their modus operandi is to send people in and simply replace parts with high markups one at a time. I don't think they are actually fixing anything. Considering small claims court.

      ** *** *** *********************************** **** *** * **** ** * ******** Over Sell what is not needed and overcharge for diagnostics. *** *** * *** ***** *** ****** *******?
      Had a leaking dishwasher after repairing a blocked Water wall. I explained to the tech that it was probably a broken or disconnected hose that I could not see. I had the dishwasher up off the ground with water and a power supply hooked up. He told me I had a Defective Drain Pump total repair was going to be $830 +tax dishwasher goes for $799 so I declined. Was charged $299 for the service call. I turned the dishwasher on its side removed one screw for the lower pan and found the broken hose in less than 10 minutes. Customer Service was not professional and refused to work with me to make this correct. They should have gotten the hose and installed it at no charge. I would have it in my business!

They claim to offer same day resolution. ***** ********* *** ******* ** ****** **** *** ********* ********* ** they are not authorized to service under any appliance manufacturer!!! **** **** **** **** ** they will try to charge you for non service calls and threatened to send you to collections for no reason. ********** ********* *** ********** *********** ****** **** **** ***** ***** **** ***** ** *** ****** **********

      The fact these people are still in business is beyond me.       called them for a service call on my washing machine. Serviceman came the next day to diagnose the problem when he got here told me the lock on the door needed to be replaced and the cost would be $210.15 for the lock and $290 for labor + Tax for a total of $550.00. I said OK if that's the problem go ahead and fix it. paid him in cash and when my wife got home, she tried to wash clothes and machine was still not working. Called appliance repair team and they told me that now they had to get approved by their warranty people and they would call me back. 3day go by no call so I called them back and 2 days later they sent the same serviceman to my house and the new diagnose was that the mother board needed to be replaced and the cost would be $700 plus labor, and I said no had he diagnosed it correctly from the beginning I wouldn't have spent the $550 the first time I would have just paid $80 for the diagnose and would buy a new machine. Called the Appliance Repair team office to try and get my money back and they hanged up the phone on me *** **** **** ****, called again and said I wanted to talk to the manager again 3 day later I get a call and she said that I wouldn't. be getting any money back because they replaced the wrong part. It looks I'm about to lose my money * **** **** ******** **** **** **** ******* **** *** ********.

      We had problems with the led lights flickering on our ******* refrig. The team came four times and hopefully it is finally fixed.
      The calling centre was Polite, prompt, and always called back if they didn't have an immediate answer.
      This is not the first time we used their service. The first was our stove and we were so impressed we called them back for our refrig.

      Another same story. I needed service for my washer. They said visiting and quote is $80. So I booked it and a tech came at the same day. He *** **** **** *** just checked the machine only a few mins and said it's control board problem which sounds a very minor issue.
      So I asked him again, 'is this an electric issue'? and he said 'Yes' and '$280 laboring charge plus parts'. I assumed parts would be inexpensive sensors or things so I told him let's do it. Then he checked inside of washer and said 'Oh, I found a bigger problem. You have to change the inner tub. It's broken.' So I asked 'how much is the part?' He said '$1500'. Then total might be around $2000 so it's better to buy a new washer! So I was just going to give him $80 but the guy said 'No, You have to pay $280 plus TAX' but he did NOT any laboring or service at all. He just checked the machine for 10 mins and gave me wrong quote at first.
      I didn't think it's fair so I refused to pay $280 then he said 'We will take it to collection'. I found out he even left a garbage bag with very dirty smell on my driveway later.

      Charged over $300.00 for a fridge repair
