*** ******* ** * ******* ****** **** ********* In January we switched to this company with a promise of savings and provincial rebates. The AC system was installed incorrectly and have been trying to book a repair for 4 weeks now. "The office" books faked 3 appointments that all are no shows. Nobody ever comes, nobody ever follows up! We also cannot get an appointment for an inspection so we still cannot get a rebate!

We purchased tankless water heater from Provincial Smart Home Services in Dec 2022. We were promised an ******** rebate of $2050; a utility bill credit of $450 and a reimbursement cost to return the old water heater to Reliance of $535 within 20 says after the old tank return. All this is documented with hard copies and numerous e mails. I have contacted the company on many occasions by phone and e mail. Each time they would say that payment would be made the next few days. They have not kept any of their promises. Now they’re asking $750 for energy audit to qualify for the ******** rebate. I am requesting that the company reimburse me %535 for the return of he old water heater to Reliance and I’m also asking for the energy audit to be done as soon as possible so I can receive the rebate.

    *** ***** ******** * **** **** ***** ***** ****** ***** ** *** ***** ** *************** * giving wrong information.
My ordeal started when the Salesperson - Alizain Sachwani came to our home on the 11th of April after 5 pm. He confused me with all the so-called "benefits" and rebates that I could get if I make my home smart. He got me to sign for Attic Insulation, Installing Hepa filter, a Tankless water heater, smart thermostat, and security cameras. He **** ** ** ***** that I could transfer the ownership of the loan that I owe to the next buyer of the house if I sell it. But I checked with the Simply (3rd party) loaner that provisional Smart homes arranged. Nothing of that sort could be done.
I used to pay just 56 cad for my water heater, but now I have ended up paying 43 cads biweekly. Also, they assured us that they will handle the buyout for the water heater. They asked me to send the buyout paper to them and they will take care of it and will pay the fee that ****** would ask. But I ended up paying 1000 CAD from my pocket today. ** *** **** **** * *** **** **** I will call them up tomorrow for an explanation. I m sure, I will be stalled like you all.

I hired Provincial Smart Home Services company to upgrade heating system at my home. All installation have been completed by January 15th, 2023. That upgrade means $2350 rebate from ******** Gas. Unfortunately the agent of Provincial Smart Home Service, Christian Burel didn't provide me the relevant info for processing my file for getting rebate. Moreover, he misled me about the timing of receipt of my rebate. I called him many times but he didn't answered to my calls. I contacted Customer Service to help me in resolving my misunderstanding what I should do. My calls were absolutely ineffectively. Only after assistance of COO, Khalid Elmi, the process began some motion. I was forced to contact him on every step of processing my file. Customer Service team was absolutely useless. For getting the rebate, it is neccessary to complete the relevant audit at my home. The audit has been completed by auditor John by April 19th, 2023 and I paid $735 for that. He promised to send me the report in 3-4 weeks. I didn't receive this report till now. I contacted Customer Service many times on this concern. They ingnore my messages. I cannot get the promised rebate without this report. I found myself in a ridiculous situation. I spent money for audit but don't know how and when I can get the promised rebate. I never faced a such Customer Service.

The worse customer service experience ever
On Sunday the tankless water heater which had been installed on April 14th stopped working. I tried to call the customer service, the website says they are available from Mon-Fri from 9am to 9pm however the voice message says Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm and obviously no one answers your call after 5:00pm.
Anyway, I tried to file a service request online and I received an email that someone will contact me.
Monday, May 15th no one contacted me. I called back around noon and the customer service which answered my call said she books a service call for the same day 3:00 to 6:00pm. Nobody called or showed. Next day again, I tried calling Customer service. The representative which answered the call said that the person which can handle my call is not available, she collected my information and said they will contact me later during the day and obviously no one contacted me. On May 16th I left a review on the ****** and to my surprise early morning of May 17th they contacted me and asking to remove my review promising to address all my problem and schedule a service call for the same day 4:00 to 7:00pm, again no one called or showed up.
Reading other reviews now I’m worried about those rebates and credits they promised and all those charges they are going to file as a loan for me.

Someone came to my home from smart home services and talked my head off to ensure I was getting a good deal. I am 73 and got very confused. They offered to give a credit to ******** and agreed to pay out my hot water tank. They did not pay off hot water tank. They sent money on Aug 8/22 to ******** and was suppose to pay ********. Now they won’t correct it. I hired a lawyer who has been dealing with them unsuccessfully. * **** * *** ***** ********* ** ******* ** ** **** Now ******** put me in credit bureau, even though ******** agreed to wait until it was resolved. Smart home contacted ******** and told them to put it in credit bureau. This has been going on with the smart home for a year. Smart home keeps telling my lawyer that I paid ******** every month for 3 years. Yes that’s true I was renting a hot water tank. When I went with smart home is when the contact agreement happened that’s when payment was stopped due to the fact that I didn’t have a hot water tank and they agreed by contract to buy out the hot water tank. I have had an excellent credit rating now it’s being affected because of their refusal to live up to the contract that I signed. They were offering these credit so I would sign the contract. Well I did and now I am totally stressed as the hot water tank buyout is 916.02 dollars and I don’t have it. They promised to pay it. Also they told me I’d be paying 35. Dollars a month, not true because they take 35 dollars out of bank every 2 weeks. When this all started I was calling smart home and did so at least 20 times and I kept getting the run around. They would pass me to someone and then someone else. Again and again. They would not address my issues. * ******* **** *** * **** ******* *** ****** ****** ** ** **** **** *** ** *** ****** ******* **** ***** **********

In January they installed a tankless water heater, heat pump etc along with numerous unfulfilled promises. Did attic installation and had so someone came over to do inspection for the rebate which was promised by them. I also payed a fee of $760 for the inspection. However the person requested me to get the “Heat pump coil number “ from them but was a failure. I’m so disappointed in the service provider. It’s been almost 5 weeks I have been calling “each and every business day” just to get the coil number but cannot provide and twice they provided me with the incorrect number via email. If they installed a heat pump in my unit they should have my coil number at their disposal but subsequently they cannot provide. I need my issue to be resolved…..
