    Company has disappeared after selling over priced products: heat pump, water heater et all. They did install it and charged for the 10 year service program as well. Now no one picks up the phone, no one replies to the emails and the app does not work.     This company doesn't answer the phone,l have been waiting for 17 months to get my rebate,l have asked for pictures of the work they have done and nothing was sent to my email,

    We have been dealing with this company since 2022, We had a door to door salesmen come to our house with a very positive plan to help us with the cost of our heating/cooling. He offered what seemed to be an outstanding opportunity with Provincial Smart Home Services. We signed the paperwork at 8pm that night. They were trying to push their people on us right there and then to start the work. We had many contractors over the next few weeks coming into our home destroying and tearing apart our home. Once this was all completed and we were not happy! We had an auditor to come through and rate our home after the upgrades. Once this was all completed we were told this would be sent to ******** and that we would receive our rebate (around 6K) as time was lapsing i called this company many times for updates but * *** ***** ********** *** ******* ******* ** *** ******* They would tell me management was calling me back and i got no response from anyone this has been going on for over a year. They keep telling us we have to wait because they are backlogged to pay us. They also took our ******** heater out of our home and said they would take care of the the bill with ******** to pay off the balance. We get calls twice a day from a company hired by ******** saying we are deliquent payors ($700 cost) which again i called this provinicial place to get answers *** ***** **********. I even called ******** and they told me that the auditor never uploaded our final report that is why we are not getting paid but no one seems to know who Ruta(auditor) they sent to my hours is and i cant reach her she refuses to answer our calls. Then lastly this company hires a new ******** loan company to take care of our file we went from $76 biweekly to 176 every 2 weeks plus our regular bill has not decreased so where is this deal that we are getting. * ** ********** ***** *** ********** *** * **** **** ** ****** **** ***** ****** **** *** **** ***** ********

    I entered into a contract with Provincial Home Services in 2022 to replace my water heater and maintain my HVAC, AC, Water Heater, and Furnace. I have been paying them through ********* for 20 years, with a lower interest rate for the first two years and then an 11% interest rate for the remaining years. The first couple of years, the service was good. They would come and inspect and fix any issues or maintain the furnace and HVAC.
    For the last three weeks, I have been having a nightmare. My AC has issues, and a technician came in and checked it and saw it was working, but the next day, it failed to work with the same problem: the fan is not working. Since Sep 05, I have been calling almost every day and all I hear is they will send a technician to check and fix. I haven't received any help. We can hardly stay in the house without AC; if we open the windows, we hear the loud noise of the flight.
    I have sent few emails, even the emails have no response. ****** * ******** **** ** ******** ** **** *** ********* Teh payments were basically for Maintenance of Furnace, AC, HVAC, water heater... Now that They are not supporting me, ****** * ******** **** ** *********

    This company is not honourable. They do not respond to questions. They do not stand by their word. Their installation did not meet the provincial standards and caused us to incur thousands of dollars of repairs. They wouldn't respond to queries and requests for service. ** *** ** ******** **** **** ******** **** ****** ** *** ** *********

    We got ******** in to the contract and this company has not finished the work
    Being ******** from ******** and ******** because provincial has not paid them for the products they took out of our house
    Has ruined our credit rating because of this

    ******* ** *** *** **** ******** ********** ** ****** * ******** This company had people come in to start work within 24 hours, not giving you a chance even to research what they're going to do or to give you a change your mind. You sign a paper, which is not the sales bill, and bang you now owe them 33,500.00. Never even received a break down of individual products or pricing. I thought nothing could be possibly legal, without my signature on a itemized list and price. I was waiting for the real bill to sign.
    And.., this is just the beginning.

    This company replaced my AC unit with heat pump and replaced my gas power water heater to electric heater in September 2023. They promised rebate $8650.00 and assured me that Provincial Samrt Home service will be responsible for the whole amount if Enbridge not pay. I received rebate only $7100.00 but balance amount not paid by Provincial smart home service. I sent several email and called several time but no response. To replace these two items, they charged $25,169.00 and arranged the loan through *********. The market value for these items with installation cost is less than 9,000.00. They overcharge and trapped me with a loan of $25,169.00. The ********* offered the loan with 0% interest and Province smart Home or ********* never told me that there will interest for this loan after one year.
    I received a renewal letter from ********* today with annual interest rate of 14.99%.. Further, Provincial Samrt Home service offered 10 year free maintenance in the agreement for the installed equipment but they break that promise and informed that they going to charge monthly $9.99 exactly after one year. ** ****** ******* *** ******* ****** ** ** **** **** **** **** ******* *** ** *** ***** **** ***** *** *****
