    I have been dealing with this company since September. Did it for the efficiency and the rebate. Was told 8-12 weeks initially for Rebate. It was not filed ( by there fault ) then was told 8-12mths. Phone calls, emails sent, numerous. At 1st they were responding and giving me the run around not they won't respond at all. Then yesterday I got a renewal letter showing that my payments will double and now my loan is at $49,000.
    This is ubsurb!!!! The equipment is not even worth $10,000 & they've got me on the hook for $50,000.
    This can not be legal.
    I want out of this rediculous contract and I want my Rebate.

    This company has failed to follow through on their promises to pay a final bill on my behalf, messing with my credit.
    I have contacted them several times in regards to this matter, and have been given the run around, being told their accounts payable department is unreachable and they do not have an update on my file

    **** ** * **** ******** a guy ( name Dal ) came to my house and convince me about saving $ with provincial smart home products which saving cost by save energy. they were also have promotion with some cameras and door lock. i was sign up with $38.63/biweekly

    CALLING TO FIX A/C FAN DURING SUMMER TIME,BOOKED MANY OF TIMES APPT ON APP AND NO ONE SHOWS UP. ON AUG 6TH, THEY TELLING ME TO WAIT A PART THAT THEY NEEDED FOR FIX A/C FAN, AUTUMN IS HERE NOW, NO ONE CONTACT ME FIX A/C FAN AND I CALLED ALL DAY TODAY, NO BODY ANSWER.I AM UNDER PROTECT A/C AND HEAT PLAN BY CHARGED WITH PROVINCIAL SMART HOME SERVICES.

    They told us we would qualify for a rebate from *******. We had our equipment installed last August 2023 & at the time of our contract with them they told us they would pay out our old contract with ******** for our hot water heater, $1000. toward our first year electric bill & would have our new equipment heat pump & tankless water heater inspected within the next 2 months so we could get our $7100. rebate from *******. We have contacted them several times with excuses of the inspection program is on hold for a couple of months.
    Also I sent the bills forward to them for our electric bill & payout for our water heater tank & they said they had paid them off in June 2024 & we are still getting bills from ********.
    The promised $1000. they said was to be investigated but unusual for them to payout, but I sent them the photo of our promised in writing about this $1000.
    I have made several calls to them, told them I would seek legal action & they are not responding to us now. ***** ** **** * **** ******* **** ** ** *** ** *** ******* **** **** ******* ** *** *** *** **** ****** *********** **** ***** *********

    *** ** *** ***** ******** We got promised all these rebates and nothing ! I have tried calling emailing and no one has got back to us. We had the work done in December 2023 and was promised rebate by January ! If you look at the loan 0 percent for only one year then14% interest rate. We have been scammed 10,600 in rebates for upgrading furnace water heater installation water softener door sealing etc…..$500.00 in hydro rebate * *** ******* ****** ***

    **** ******* *** ******* ** ***** *** **** **** *** ******* ****** **** signing you up for all these home efficiency upgrades. You can never get ahold of them. Don't get the rebates they promise. What has enraged me now after a year of their service is I've sold my home and they will not transfer over my rentals to the new home owners. My loan has been transferred to a new company who is now 1% a day in interest! They never told me that. My bill is now $14,000. I'm Locked in for 20 years. My options are to pay it off or get all owners for the next 20 years to pay me monthly!!! **** ******* ** * ******** ***** ** *** **** **** **** ******** **** ******** *** *****
