The company cites specific rebate programs that do not exist and hang up when you seek clarification. A lot of double speak without any facts.

We switch with this company in Jan 2023 promising us that they will pay out any outstanding balances to ********. Unaware that we were put on collections as this company did not pay the final notice even when we forwarded them the final bill one month after we signed up with them and have proofs to back up our claim. It’s been over a year and
I have called them several times and have to start over with my complains every time. I told them that we were put on collections and all they can say is that they will follow up with their accounting department.
I requested to speak to the accounting department directly and they will just say someone will call me.
    This company ** *** **** ******* * **** *** * very poor business dealings with customers. ** *** **** ** **** **** ****** ******

Provincial home service is my worst experience i had in my life.
Their representative was not honest with me. I was promised big savings on my energy bill when I had their tankless water heater installed and an amount of 1750 rebates that i will get.
The huge overprized bill was transferred to another company as a loan. 12800$ I'm supposed to pay for using the heater 6000$, for roof insulation 3800$, and water filter/ softener 3000$!!!
i asked the rep. Ameel J. if the bill was transferable to another house owner if i decide to move out. Yes he answered. Thats a ***. He has put the lean on the house not letting me know.
if i want to move I have to pay the full amount in order to be able to move.
As for rebates i never received any money, but i was asked to pay another 735$ for an audit/ application for rebates. I'm a retired teacher. Where I'm supposed to get this much money from?
Also monthly payments are not so high for a year but after a year become horrible 12.99%
    I talked to them and sent an email. * ******** ***** *** * ****. They provide a ********** and not true information.
They lie to get you to sign a contract that you would not have signed at all if they inform you honestly about what you are getting in. **** **** ** ******* ****** **** *******

Provincial Smart Home: Never allow anyone from this organization into your Home. It was the worst experience ever in my life to sign a contract with them. They ******** me with promotion interest rate, telling me they were family oriented and wanted to save me money. They promised no interest rate increase for the duration of the contract, ***. They promised me two times rebate of good amount and prompt services, never delivered. They said they were buying out my previous contract with another company, took my water tank away and never contacted the company to pay them. Now the old company is calling me and saying my contract is still active. ***** *** ********** ***** ****** **** ** *** ******* ** ***** ********** ***** **** ** *** ********* ******* ** **** ***** ***

I had Raja I. in my home from Provincial Smart Home. He tried to sell me the Heat Pump and that my hot water tank would be replaced. When I tried asking questions and to google information in front of him he became *************. When I asked if my electricity bill would increase by having a heat pump etc, and stated so I pay your company the money then pay increased electricity- I’m really not saving any money-became *******. I then asked him to leave my home and he became argumentative. I video taped him, his vehicle and license plate as I’m going to the police. **** ******* ** * *****

************** **** **** **** **** ******** It was my biggest mistake to sign a contract with them. I was charged 10 times the actual price of any equipment that was installed. They paid the furnace buyout 5 months after it was supposed to be.
The sales person lied about the payments, he said this is the old contract and I will be paying the same amount monthly not biweekly which was a ***.
The water softener was mistakenly installed causing leaking in my basement and big damage.
Customer service doesn’t ever respond to calls or emails.
I talked with Zuri from billing department and reached a good agreement and he disappeared. After several months I knew he quit. I submitted a complaint. Shea R. reached out to me claiming she is customer service manager. We kept negotiating for several months and again she disappeared.
I m calling them for a few months now and the only response I get is that the manager will call you tomorrow.
It’s a nightmare .. giving misleading information.. not keeping their promises..overcharging with a high interest rate.. no customer service available no response for months.
Terrible experience ***** **** **** **** **** ********. don’t ever listen to their sales people, *****, misleading, overpriced, very late response with no solutions offered… a real nightmare.

On Dec 30th, their sales came and promised this package:
    - Government rebate of $8600, with energy audits and pressured me saying it's the last day to get it
    - Buyout our old hvac rental
    - 0% interest (later I realized 13.99% interest after the first year)
    - FREE attic services
The same afternoon, they forced the equipment to my property and then rushed to install it the next day without the required pre-audit, a huge red flag. They assured us we'd get the rebate, making the whole thing feel like a trap.
During the installation on the 31st, they scratched our hardwood floors DEEPLY. Their attempt to fix it with just a marker was laughable and utterly failed. Later attempts with a marker and wood filler barely made a difference. They then quoted $1800 for a proper fix, which involved replacing the damaged pieces with our spare floor pieces.
******* ******* ** the rushed job, poor floor repair attempts, and the hidden loan interest, I decided to cancel EVERYTHING as it was still within the 10-day cooling-off period. But then they said they wouldn’t fix the floor if I canceled, which is RIDICULOUS since they caused the damage.
But it didn’t stop there. After I requested cancellation, they demanded that I pay for the attic insulation—the one they promised to be free. They gave me a quote for my 969 sqft attic: $4500 for insulation, $500 for labor, $4300 for air sealing, and another $500 for labor, ***** ** ********** ******* I refused and demanded to only pay for the market price. So, I got a quote from **** ***** that quoted for a much more reasonable price and included way more services. But when I tried to negotiate using this quote, I was ignored and my numbers were blocked. I had to use my wife’s number to reach their hotline, only to be stalled with promises of callbacks that never came. The first loan payment is due on February 1st, and they’re avoiding me on purpose, hoping to force me into paying. This whole mess has been incredibly frustrating and unfair.
