    I got service from them they promised to buy out all my existing equipment from ******** and home security from ****. They didn't even cancel **** home security i have been paying **** and this company since 7 months then I sent buyout invoices from ******** they didn't pay whenever I call customer service people keep saying manager unavailable for months now. Finally they sent someone for audit and asked me to pay 735 to apply for rebates.no invoice after paying 735$. Again I tried to call but no proper reply from the authorities.

    WORST customer service, I enrolled in this program for a tankless hot water system, a HEPA filter, and was supposed to receive a water leak sensor for my basement.
    HEPA filter forces my furnace to shutdown every two hours because I believe my return duct is not big enough to handle the HEPA.
    My thermostat gives me an error saying the system was shut down unexpectedly please contact your technician, they sent their tech and he said system is fine, change your ******, I changed my thermostat and still the same error.
    My buyout for my other rental happened 4 months later so I had to pay two companies for one service, and I was not compensated for that.
    I had been calling for the error on my system and emailing them but no call back.
    their tech who installed my tankless did not put his gas tag on the pipe so now i'm at the risk of if anything happens

    I started with them almost 3 months ago the job is not done yet they promised to come back two days after to finish and still waiting I tried calling them and there answer is we'll have someone call shortly and that never happened. Even the person that sold me the product told me to call him if I have any questions or problems also doesn't answer any calls or messages. They're so unprofessional * ***** **** *** **** ** ******** **** ****** I'm fed up with them.

    I have signed the contract with PHS in march 2023. On the agreement , I was suppose to get $1600 rebate and $300 credit on my ******** account.. after multiple attempts through phone calls and emails , finally energy audit was done in November 2023( which I was not advised at the time of signing contract.. I was totally unaware of the energy audit). I have made multiple phone called to customer care asking about the rebate and credit, they been saying someone will call back and I never recieved a call from anyone yet.. it’s almost going to be one year of signing contract and no rebates yet even after the energy audit.. no response from PHS, no answer to phone calls or emails..I was promised that I will get the rebate and ******** credit within 3 months of signing contract.. and here I am after 10 months with nothing..

    **** **** *** ***** ********** **** **** *** ** * *****firstly they come to your home and tell you that they will buyout your old company equipment and try to give you something better.In the first they will tell you they will do everything by themselves and you don’t have to call anybody for the buyout and get you rebate in 6 weeks.When they get your signatures for everything after that everything will get change they will always tell you that we don’t know any response from our manager for your buyout and nothing about rebate *** ** ******* **** *** ** * *** ** ********* ** *** *** **** **** ******

    Technical support issues leave a lot to be desired ! Our gas furnace wasn’t working at -15. It was to kick in at -8 to -10 from the heat pump my husband took the front of the furnace off and realized the gas had never been turned on . So obviously it was never tested after installing . Manager not available to talk yesterday or today ! So if we hadn’t figured it out we still wouldn’t have heat at -15 ! Several calls yesterday no results ??

    **** ******* ** ** ******** ***** Their sales man promised that this unit would replace my existing heating system, I would get a rebate and that I would save money. All that information is on my invoice and when I found out none of that was not true, after speaking with the technician after he came to fix the unit for the second time, they said they would get a manager to call me back. After calling them for weeks to get an answer they still haven’t gotten back to me and are ignoring me completely.
    At this moment my unit is completely failing at -10deg C and they promised it would work but just be “less efficient”.
    If they don’t fix this problem I will have to take further steps to make sure this company isn’t doing this to other people and get justice.

    We try to cancel they said it would be easy very hard to get a hold of any one and very hard to cancel.
    They wanted to install the next day?
    Sales representative is hard to get a hold of?

    * ***** **** ****** ** ***** ** how stressful my experience has been *** ********* *** ****** ** *** *** *** *** **** by that company. I found myself in a $15,0000 depth in a contract that the interest will be 12.99% after 12 month. * ** * ****** ****** ********* ****** *** ***** ********* **** ** **** **** ** ***** *** ***** First they were suppose to pay the return of the water tank to ******** . I received a call from ******** 2 month later that my bill wasn't paid and if i didn't pay it my name would be reported to the credit bureau. After numerous call to Smart home they finally paid be back for it. The work was also not done to code and an extension was plug to the next room to power my tank. TSSA came to my house and made them come fixed to code. Provincial smart home couldn't find a licensed tech to install ,the plug in the same room as the tank. They advised me to hire a tech and send them the bill and they would reimbursed the money . That was done in the summer and to this date they still haven't reimbursed me. I called weekly, they kept saying someone would call me back but they never do. Before Christmas someone from their office said i would get my money deposited in my account the first week of January. This is now second week and no money. Also in their contract i was suppose to get a credit of $350.00 on my ******** account which i still haven't got . This company doesn't care about anyone and the stress they give you. Now i am stuck ** * ***** **** * ****** *****

    I was advised they would cancel my service with ******** but I’m still being charged. I have tried calling PHSS but cannot get through. I’ve emailed them twice and no answer. I now have two companies to pay! I want to cancel my service with provincial smart home service. But cannot get through to them.
