      Still waiting for my service report it been 15 days. Customer service in Columbia and Costa Rica.
      System not working and dropped calls....passing the responsibility to other departments.
      Office of President to still follow up!

      Back in 2020 my new tenant took over my rental property and at the time Enercare hot water services were billed through ********. When my new tenant took occupancy of the property, I actively contacted Enercare to ensure that the billing information was transferred correctly. Fast forward 4 + years later, my tenant never paid a bill once they separated with ******** and now Enercare is looking to me as the homeowner to pay for the unpaid bills. At no time in the 4 + years did I receive notice from Enercare that the bills were not paid!! The tenant has since left and in good faith I paid for the months that I occupied the property while I prepare for a new tenant. Now I'm receiving *********** emails from them and have spent close to 10 hours over 8 different calls looking to speak to someone in authority to resolve this matter. I've been hung up on and left on hold perpetually! I'm happy to work with them to continue the services however at this point I may just ask that they come remove their equipment and I will purchase an alternate hot water piece of equipment. It doesn't need to be this difficult. I've been waiting for 2 weeks to have someone from the executive team call me, yet I'm still receiving the *********** emails that I now forward to my junk mail. *** ******* * * **** ****** ******* *** **** **** *** ***** * **** **** *******

      Moved out in July, (it is now late October) Enercare, paid the buy out for AC, furnace and water heater. They keep sending me bills for usage. My old house has new people living there and I am still being billed for usage. Called Enercare twice to rectify this issue and each time kept being put on hold and still they keep billing me for a service that I no longer use. Absolutely no accountability from this horrible company.

      I made a very expensive purchase on all three of my heating and cooling products. Spent hours on the phone in many departments achieving nothing for over a year and a half for a winter cover for my a/c unit which should of been supplied at time of install.

      Brand new furnace from February 2024 to October 2024 already have 6 technicians coming to service the furnace Enercare is not good for business….and very poor costumer service *** **** **** * **** **** *** ************** ****** **************** * * *** ********************** ** **** ***** ** ****** ************** * *** * * ************************** ******* ******* **** **

      Gave them moving notice. Then 2 months later still being billed for their water heater. Called and talked to four different agents for hours, constantly having to assure them I have emails from them saying I am confirmed to move - was assured it would resolved. I got another bill for this month. I call back to ask where they are in the process. They make me go through all the information again - not seeming to have any knowledge of the case. Now they are asking for documents to prove that I have moved. On hold now - hopefully resolved today, *** **** ** ** *** ***** ***** **** ********* *** **** * ****. It shouldn't be this hard to stop a service I'm not using.
      ***** **** **** ***** Just go buy your own equipment with a local installer.

      ** **** ****** **** Very **** bad customer service. I have been dealing with this company to solve a problem to my home billing that this company is charging me a large amount of money every month without my consent and knowledge that I been charged that amount every single month for a year and a half the amount that I did not do any agreement with this company so for about 3 month trying to get it solved but this person that I am dealing with his name is LANCELL V. not willing to solve the problem always excuses after excuses. They jumped me from one department to another no one can talk to me normal.

      ************** ** ***** *** * ****** **** **** **** * ***** * **** ** *** ******** ********* **** ******** ** ******* There customer service is so poor, you get transferred from department to department, They tell you a case was created to resolve your issue but after 3 months the case has still not been resolved.
      I was billed 3x for a furnace protection that I was supposed to have been cancelled because it was already included in the furnace and AC rental. Customer service told us that after 2 billing cycle we will get a refund and now this is the 3rd bill a credit was not issued.

      Demanded payment for services...without telling me for what services. Called their support line, was told that no services were provided at my address. Then got notices that bills were past due and things were about to go to collections. Oh, funny thing, now I call customer support and magically they know what they want money for - it's the water heater that died a month ago and dumped 40 gallons on my basement floor. So I'm out an hour of my time just to find out that they're demanding payment for something that no longer exists.
      ***********, forces you to waste your time to get info that they already have, unaccountable. ** *** **** **** **** ***** *******

      Enercare Home Services ** ************** *** **********  Maintenance plan over the years has involved less maintenance and more sales pressure. The maintenance technicians are salesman who receive a commission for selling furnaces, water heaters, air conditioners etc. All of the Service staff are trained to push furnace replacement on clients, including the manager. They use ********* tactics to fool clients (luckily not all of us fall for their tactics). After spending $4,000 over the years on the maintenance plan we have cut ties and will NEVER use Enercare again. Even though we will most likely replace the furnace anyway because it is 17 years old, because of the tactics Enercare employed we will go with another company that doesn't try to fool long-term, loyal clients!
