They brought my washer dyer to the wrong house and still charged me a delivery fee.
I’ve gone back and forth with them for over a week trying to get my delivery back because this was not a fault of mine and they refuse to give me back my money.
I’ve cancelled my order but they will not refund the delivery fee so I’m out $100 and I’m mentally exhausted from dealing with them.

Extremely bad return and follow up policy! READ everything before buying from CAS, ** ******* ***** *** ** **** I bought three appliances from them, and unfortunately I didn't have much time researching their reviews. Quick browsing though ****** reviews seemed ok. After very bed experience and navigating though their maintenance, follow up and return policies, I found out at the BBB average reviews are horrible. I wish I knew that 3 months ago. The issue with one of the appliances remains still unresolved and I am wondering what awaits me ahead, in the few years time.
Initially I wanted only to exchange one of the appliances, but now I wish I can return all three and get the full refund. Impossible task!

From our records, the order was picked up on Oct 24th,2023 and you followed up with us on January 9th, 2024 to report the dishwasher is not cleaning properly.We have contacted the manufacturer to initiate the service call under warranty for you and an update was provided on Jan 11th and 15th.
We regret to hear about the issues you are experiencing with your appliance. Please understand that CAS does not manufacture any of the appliances we sell and that all functional issues would be the responsibility of the manufacturer as they hold the warranty.
Please understand that functional issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer as they hold the first-year manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer's first port of call would be to service your appliance. However, after many attempts at service with the underlying issue persisting, the manufacturer may decide to replace the unit.

Please note that our policies are completely in line with the major appliance industry. There may be a 25% restocking fee for the return of "unwanted" items and as such an additional delivery fee would be applied. If there is damage to the unit or a Manufacturer's Return Authorization has been provided for the appliance, then there would not be any restocking fee or delivery fee.
Please understand that the specifications for this unit were provided to you at the time of purchase and, unfortunately, as the appliance has been unpackaged, we are no longer able to sell this as a brand new item. As such, the restocking fee is applied.
The request for the exchange have been cancel as per your request.

Purchased a ****** dryer and it was delivered. The delivery men took most of packaging off I plugged it in and took off rest of packaging and found damage. I have asked for an exchange but they wont take it back. They offered my $100.00 and some paint. Now they wont talk to me on the phone just email. They keep saying No. In the meantime I have no dryer. So I just created a dispute with ****.
So I will have the dryer but they wont get paid until they can justify their *********** policy.

Company leaves you stranded to work out your issues with the manufacturer if your appliance is defective on arrival. They don't participate in warrantee exchange programs with Whirlpool and tell you to call them because they wash their hands of any problems. There's no way to speak directly with CAS after sales support managers, they make you email your complaints and get back to you in two days. Ask to speak to a a specific person or manager about your concerns and they'll tell you they can't do that. Company wouldn't refund the $89.00 delivery charge because they said they fulfilled their obligation. We regret to hear about the issues you are experiencing with your ********* refrigerator.
Please understand that CAS does not manufacture any of the appliances we sell and that all functional issues would be the responsibility of the manufacturer as they hold the warranty.
Kindly note that ********* processes their own exchanges under warranty as such CAS does not have any control over this.
Our After-Sales department have a turnaround time of 48 hours however as per our records, we can see that our team members made sure to respond to your emails within less than 24 hours.
Customers can also request for a phone call via email depending on their preferred form of communication.
Our delivery carriers charge a standard delivery fee of $89.95 + tax. As the delivery was completed on December 23rd of 2023, this fee would be non-refundable.
As per our records an After Sales Agent has contacted you on January 18th of 2024 and offered to reimburse half of the shipping fee as a goodwill gesture.

The poor customer service from CAS is evidenced from the reply to my original complaint in that they believed I bought a refrigerator when in fact I bought a washing machine for my elderly parents. As per our records, we can see that your request to exchange the ********* refrigerator was approved with a 25% restocking fee.
This policy is comparable to most major appliance retailers and is posted on our website as well as on the invoice you received.
The restocking fee was eventually reduced to 15% as a goodwill gesture on December 27th of 2023.

When the fridge was delivered, the drivers asked if I wanted it unpackaged and I clearly said no , they opened it anyways …. I am sure that is your company trick , because now as told later that because it was out of the package , it was due for a restocking fee ….. so everyone be prepared for the tricks and antics for this company to screw you over !!! They do not support any of the products. Stay away as far as possible from this place. The fridge came out and after a day of running the fan in it was loud, to the point you can hear it in any room in the house. They sent a tech out after a week, he replaced the fan and same thing loud after a day or so. Fan was out of balance to the point that the blades were cracking. Fast forward a month of dealing with this with trying to deal with ********* cause they wont and techs not showing up and then finally ***** **** said they would replace the fridge and no show twice. Worst experience I have ever had with purchasing anything. What ever you do don't even walk into there show room. its a waste of your time.Canadian Appliance Source

Same thing here they are basically holding costumer money hostage. Waiting over 1 month for damage cause by CAS, bought 3 piece of appliance, the second delivery was my freezer which was damage by CAS team and then wanted to blame the manufacture, waited for them to replace the door, never plug the freezer in until they replace the door and create another damage to the display and warning light and beeping comes one. and they want me to wait on the manufacture. they are holding my money hostage and never deliver what I purchase.
The agent wants to talk about CAS are legally bound by the manufacture return policy, and does not realizes CAS are also legally bound by consumer protect actCanadian Appliance Source
