      The customer service experience after purchase has been horrible. Fridge delivered that leaks water everywhere from somewhere inside....soak multiple bath towels in a few minutes speed leak. Company refuses exchange, does warranty repair ticket, but for another customer in another province and refuses to fix that, says their responsibility ended with sending a technician even though they sent a technician to another province. Customer service line refuses to put call through to manager. Stores in person have no manager. Head office number is kept private so customers cannot call.
      Absolutely horrible experience, *** **********  We have a non-operable fridge and no ongoing contact with the company.

      Please understand that all product defects are subject to the manufacturer's warranty, which is why a service call is needed for a certified technician to assess the appliance and provide feedback on the issue.


      This helps the manufacturer determine the next steps in regards to the unit - if deemed unrepairable, they assist with an exchange.


      Kindly note that, when it comes to the service call which was dispatched, once you brought the error to our attention, this was immediately brought to the manufacturer to be rectified.


      They did not dispatch your technician to a different province, they only provided us with the incorrect service details, which was a human error


      This same information was also provided to you.

      delivery was horrible. ****** I made this purchase with Canadian Appliance because I was promised delivery on March 18th. This was important for two reasons:
      1) My compressor has seized and the frozen food and perishables needed refrigeration immediately.2)I was leaving the country for three weeks from March 20th until April 13th.
      However, the delivery service was the most unprofessional I have ever experienced! The delivery was booked to take place on March 18, 2022.
      On that day, the delivery Lead stepped into my home, measured my staircase opening and stated, “They don’t pay me enough to do this. I’m calling my Supervisor to ask for a third person.”
      He then stepped outside to make the call. I did not realize until 20 minutes passed, that he left with my fridge and he did not explain that I would not receive delivery that day.
      Hence, I was left to throw away more than $500.00 worth of frozen food.
      I was promised 3 men would come to deliver my fridge on the 14th of April.
      The same lead that I had complained about, showed up again. I did not immediately recognize him, until he started shouting at me for not turning the water off. I had, on March 18th, but of course I needed to use my water when the fridge was not delivered and forgot about this request, on the 14th. It’s true that I had forgotten to turn the water off on the 14th. I got a bowl, turned the water off and wiped up the water with three towels. Problem solved.
      He continued to berate me, called his supervisor, would not let me talk to them, while he told them that he felt unsafe. I asked continuously to speak to his supervisor.
      I finally got angry, shouted that the water was off and told him everything would have been done according to instructions, if it had have been delivered when promised. I told him I was not prepared to wait another three weeks for delivery.
      I called customer service department, who heard part of the conversation between the lead, his Supervisor, me and they were of no help

      Purchased a washing machine. It was difficult to look at the products they have online as the sales people keep popping on to chat. I thought I was purchasing from Etobicoke but ended up with a sales person from Kitchener.
      Washing machine delivered. Delivery man in a big hurry, telling his two helpers to hurry up and leave. Refuses to put dryer on top of washing machine (dryer was mine).
      Steps out of laundry room and hands me bill of lading to sign, which I did. He left and I looked inside the tub for instruction manual and discovered the machine is wet. I try to reach CAS but am put on hold and nobody gets back to me. Each time I mention it they say the run a cycle in before delivery. Then I was told the cycle was run in my home.....short cycle with me standing watching. Also, no warranty card, no manual, no box. They will do nothing because........
      "the machine has been delivered".
      ** *** ******** **** **** ********  I BELIEVE MY WASHING MACHINE IS NOT NEW.
      THEY DO NOT GIVE A HOOT ABOUT CUSTOMERS, ONLY SALES.

      Please understand that our delivery team is not responsible for stacking an older appliance on your new unit due to liability reasons.


      In regards to the water in the appliance, kindly note that, since the installation was done by our team, they would have run a test cycle to ensure that the installation was done correctly and ensure that the appliance is functional.


      In regards to the box of the appliance, kindly note that, as part of our white glove service, our delivery team will unbox bigger appliances to facilitate the delivery process and allow our customers to inspect the appliance prior to signing the bill of sale.


      Moreover, you paid for the installation service and, as such, the team would have needed to remove the appliance from the box to complete this service.


      We can also see that our after sales team has requested that a physical copy of the manual be sent to you.

      The worst appliance purchase experience I have ever had. The salesperson sold me a fridge that doesn't fit in my space. I provided the measurements of my old fridge and he failed to consider door swing when determining the correct width for the new fridge. Now I have a $2200 fridge that is useless as it doesn't fit in the space and they are refusing to exchange it for another one. Several customer care agents (if you can event call them that because they definitely don't care) told me that I can't plug the appliance in. What kind of company feels it is reasonable to expect their customers to live without a fridge until they figure out a solution to their own mistake.       While our sales team will assist as much as they can when it comes to the size of your appliance, they cannot know/ measure your home cutouts.


      This is why we ask customers to double check the specifications to ensure that the appliance on your order would meet your requirements - and we can see that your space does not qualify for a french door appliance.


      Our delivery confirmation notice also encourages customers to measure.


      The appliance in your possession was signed for at the time of delivery and plugged in for use - this is considered accepted as is, which is why our team was not able to approve an exchange for this unit.

      I purchased a fridge, stove washer, dryer. We picked up the appliances and installed them the same day. The dryer had parts missing so I informed the salesperson by voice mail and email. I received no response, so next day off to the Hamilton store I went. The salesperson was not in , but another salesperson got ahold of him with no issues. They know what parts are missing, they said it will be resolved, but those are only words that mean nothing. They never return messages, the never resolved the issue with missing parts, *** **** *** **** **** ** ****** **** ****** **** **** **** **** ****** ***** **** *** ***** ****** ******** I ordered the missing parts from a supplier myself and installed them.
      NEVER WILL I EVER BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN** ***** ******

      Horrible experience. Purchased all my kitchen appliances when renovating my kitchen. I paod part of the price with flexiti as I was offered 3 months no interest. I was even charged a fee for the deferral. However, the transaction was not processed right and flexiti ended up charging interest for the 3 months. Over $400. CAS response was that I should have noticed this within 30 days and because I didn’t now I have to pay the interest. Horrible customer service.

      Not happy. Based on my conversation with my sales rep, I thought installation of a new dishwasher was included. I have no problem admitting I was wrong. However, when the delivery drivers arrived, I expressed my confusion, and asked for 1 minute to call customer service. During my 1 minute conversation, the 2 delivery drivers started yelling at me. Even the customer service representative asked who was yelling at me. Also, the delivery drivers left without allowing me to sign the POD. * ***** **** **** ************** *** will not recommend CAS in the future.

      Unfortunately we will never buy anther appliance from this establishment, we were told by our salesman that we would receive our appliance between 12 and three, 3 o’clock we hired a plumber and electrician to come and install. Unfortunately they had to leave because it’s 830 at night, and we are still waiting for our appliance to come. We had to take the day off of work so that we could wait for this appliance to come and now they’re telling us that it might not come by nine so will have to reschedule us the following day, we bought many appliances from different companies and never had an issue like this before. Maybe the company you are using for delivery should not be delivering so many appliances all over the place very poor service I’m truly disappointed

      Purchased a $4000 fridge last year. First one arrived defective. Extended warranty purchased was registered on the defective fridge. After one year, the compressor failed. The extended warranty company has not replied to the claim after a week. Customer service from CAS will not support or assist. ***** ******: defective fridges being sold, extended warranties are not being honoured. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, especially for large appliances.

      *** **** ******** ******** ******** I ordered and paid for items Aug 20 which were supposed to be delivered Sept 6. I had called several times saying I don't know delivery time and was told (also have it in writing) that my order will be delivered 100%. Then on the day of September 6th, no delivery and they are very sorry but there was misunderstanding between store and delivery. It's hard to live without fridge so I say - fine, I will send my own movers to pick it up. I am promised pick up slip in the morning and I ordered movers. Well, after 15 calls to get pick up slip - they can't give it as my order is not in warehouse and they don't know where it is. Apparently, it on someone's truck but they have no idea. So now I paid for Rush movers $400 and I can't get the order! So here I am, without order and store is not picking up. Asked manager to call me - nothing as well. Will be going to the store to get refund and order somewhere else where I can actually get my order. Feel free to check order ********. And I used to order with your company multiple time but delivery services got worse and worse to the point of horrific today.
