      I ordered $4000 worth of appliances through a sales rep (Mag) via their website. Then realized that they won’t fit so tried to call to cancel. They refuse to do it stating that only the sale rep I dealt with can do it, but he refused to call or email me back.
      Customer service says there is nothing they can do and that I just have to wait for a call from mag.
      What poor service *** ** ******** **** that no one else can cancel an order.

      It was a terrible process to get my refund.
      I had to make numerous calls. The sales rep blatantly ignored all my calls and messages and emails and even now has not replied to a single one. I called the main office many times and was told that they could not help me without the reps processing my refund. There was no manager to talk to and no one helped me.
      In the end I had to go online and keep refreshing the chat until I got someone from the same store as my rep to actually go and tell him to process my refund. Even then he did not actually contact me and only processed it without any acknowledgement of any of the attempts at communication on my end.
      All this and the issue came from the fact your rep provided me with a model that did not fit my space properly which is why I needed a refund to begin with.
      It was disrespectful, ************** and completely unacceptable.
      But given that experience this is the only response you give me shows how your company lacks care and respect for its customers.

      Buyer Beware!!! You could lose 45% of whatever you paid and end up without an appliance!!! They will gladly take your money *** ***** **** ** ****** *** **** *** ****** ** *******  I was looking online for a replacement microwave unit and found one on the CAS site. I contacted the store to confirm whether it was in stock and they said yes. They later called me back to see whether I can come in earlier the next day, a Saturday, because someone else is coming to look at the unit. I was under the impression I should "buy now" or it would be gone because there are other interested buyers. I purchased a 20 amp built-in microwave from the store but once I spoke with a technician for installation I discovered that I should have gotten a 15 amp unit based on the current circuit in my existing microwave station. I notified the store as soon as possible and they slapped me with a 45% restocking fee! - this is for an item that was never removed from the package it came in!
      The saga began as soon as I notified them of my intent to exchange - - the store has multiple sales associates seeking to give you a deal "better than online pricing" as soon as you navigate to their site. However, if you ever need to return an item, you have to do it via email. There is no phone number to call, only email, and they may not respond to you for 48 hours.
      When they eventually got back to to me they told me to file a return online via their website. Two days later I was initially told that I could return the microwave but the return is subject to a 25% restocking fee. I appealed and told them I was interested in buying a unit that is more expensive from them. I was hoping they would waive the restocking fee since I still intended on patronizing them. Instead they responded that.. oh we made a mistake in the earlier response and the restocking fee is actually 45%!
      They seem very comfortable taking 45% of the transaction whether or not I got any value from the product.

      Please know that the unit purchases a floor model unit. Upon purchase, customers are notified that floor model units are final sale and there is no return policy for floor model units.



      Despite this, the bill of sale was signed for an agreement was made to you as a one-time exception to return the unit that was a final sale with a 45% restocking fee with our After-sale team.

      I purchased a fridge from Canadian Appliance. When it was delivered two days later, the delivery people said they did not do installation. I ** * ****** **** ************ *** have no way of installing the fridge. imagine my shock. I would have never bought this fridge if I had known it was not coming installed. This store needs to have signs, information on their website as well as knowledgeable, sales people telling you that installation is not included. * ** *** **** * ******* ***** ** *** ***** * ***** ** ******* ******* ******* **** ************* no customer service either!

      I purchased a brand new washing machine and dryer from Canadian appliance source, it was delivered, installed didn’t work. I asked if they could please exchange it as I didn’t want a brand new appliance that didn’t work they said no.a technician came out and concluded that it needed a new motor. I contacted Canadian appliance source again and ask them to please replace it as a new motor seems ridiculous for a brand new appliance they again said no, the service technician came out put in the new motor told me it still didn’t work. Had to order another one. Three weeks went by and my tenants called me irate saying that the washing machine still wasn’t working. I called Canadian appliance source yet again to complain and they said that I would have to put it in an email and they would answer it in a couple days. I also complained about having to purchase an extended warranty on an appliance that never worked and would like my money back and that they should compensate me with a extended warranty because it is a washing machine that will never work properly. I was told the following (I also asked if the conversation was being recorded and was assured it was)that hopefully the washing machine would break down enough times in the first year that they would replace it if I didn’t want to pay the $359 for the extra warranty. I am absolutely appalled with this company * ****** ********* *** ****** ** ******** ***** *** ******** ********* ****** *** **** **********. I was also told that they could not replace the appliance because it did not have the original packaging which was removed by Canadian appliance source not myself.The sales person also told me once he sold the appliance his job was done and couldn’t help further. So they just wash their hands of you. This Company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. We as consumers work hard for our money and appliances are very expensive and we all don’t have money to just throw away!!!!!!!!!!!

      I ordered a washer/dryer tower for my Mother. it was delivered on schedule. We put a load of laundry in and the drain hose started leaking. It was cracked. It has been 3 days now and we still have no resolution. It was recommended that they would supply the new hose but we would have to pay a plumber to install it. I don't think so! we are still trying to rectify this. Not impressed with their follow-up service at all.

      In summer/fall of 2022, I bought a washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hood and range from the Coquitlam location for my kitchen reno. My range was a floor model ****** ****** ***. When my contractor unwrapped the unit in December, he could not hook it up to the gas line because an adaptor was missing. It was supposed to be in the box. It's March and I still haven't gotten the part. Sales is washing their hands and says it must have gotten lost in the warehouse, and the latest (today) was that warehouse was supposed to have called me to tell me that the part was never in the box. ** *** **** ****** ******** ******** * ***** **** ***** ******* ** *** I'm tired of reaching out to them, and I just want my full package that I paid for. That's it, no support and no solution to my problem from sales or warehouse. It's very stressful and infuriating.

      I ordered five home appliances from CAS. It was delivered yesterday. However, as soon as the delivery guy left I found at least seven spots of chipped paint and numerous scratches and two dents on my new stove. Some scratches have peeled off paint, even covered under clear tape. Obviously it was returned or used by someone else. My brand new doorknob got paint off too. I immediately contacted customer service. They contacted me a day later. They said to provide 10% compensation or send it back to kitchenaid for repair. This is unacceptable! I ordered a brand new one, but you gave me a second-hand one and forced me to keep it? I wish I had read your reviews before ordering! Of course the sales team is great, but the after sales service is really bad, including delivery!

      We receive all appliances factory-sealed from the manufacturer and those are only unboxed after delivery/ pick up.


      As such, it is impossible for us to know if an appliance is damaged.


      This is why, when reported, we will always ensure that this is addressed under the manufacturer's warranty.


      If deemed unrepairable, the manufacturer then authorizes an exchange.

      I have been dealing with a rep from the Cambridge/Kitchener location. My order was placed last June for delivery for new home build for March 1st and I have had nothing but issues.
      They took my deposits and money fine but no matter how much time you give them, they are not able to order appliances in time to deliver what you need when you need it.
      I called to secure a delivery date for March back in January 2023. My rep said she would put a note. Then the customer service team called me directly and told me they put it in their system and it was confirmed. I had paid them about 11k on a 17K order at this point. I was then told I had to pay the rest in full (even the items they did not have) or nothing would be delivered. I did this three weeks before delivery and found out later that *** * *** ******* they cannot “book” anything out more than one calendar month. One of my appliances was then sold to another customer order. Their web site showed it was in stock but for my order, it was back ordered. I sourced another supplier and cancelled the item from the order but they have still not credited the cancellation!! They told me it would be processed within 7-10 business days but they haven’t even processed anything in their end yet. They are now withholding funds for an appliance cancelled from the order.
      Now the remaining appliance not yet delivered, a ****** beverage fridge is showing delayed again from the manufacturer for another two weeks and I have doubts I will ever even see it so I have had to contact the manufacturer directly to see if it was even ordered.
      This company is horrible to deal with. * **** **** **** **** ****** ***** *** **** **** *** * *** ******* **** ****** *** ***** **** ***** *** ******* *** **** ** * ****** **** ** * ****** ** ********** I had no idea when I selected them I would be treated in such a way. **** ******** ******* *** ** *** **** * ******* *** ****** ** **********

      Stock is allocated on a first come first serve basis. In other words, the stock is allocated according to your tentative delivery date.


      This is to ensure a nice flow of receiving stock from our manufacturer and then delivering to our customers.


      This also ensures that your items are not lying in our warehouse for months where potential damage may take place.


      We apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you at the time of purchase.


      We can also see that your refund was processed on March 17th and that the beverage centre was delivered on March 28th, 2023.
