      I was delivered a broken dishwasher but did not realize this until after their 48 hour window for returns as I was in the hospital. I was not even aware that I only had 48 hours to report an issue. Now I can not return the dishwasher and am awaiting a repair person that is being sent out by CAS in 5-10 days. (I have already been waiting 8 days and heard nothing) I have been unable to speak with a person. All interactions have been email or voice mail and all responses have simply been, “Sorry, company policy.” CAS is not standing behind the products they sell and hide behind the fact they don’t manufacture the products. Zero integrity, zero humanity. Just a warning to others to inspect their purchases with a fine tooth comb ASAP.

      We had a great experience in Victoria although we got off to a bad start. We measured for a new Fridge and the salesman Sean said that it would fit with the measurements we gave him . The delivery people suggested we could lop off some of our counter to make tit fit. We hired a contractor to do just that. It still did not fit! However Sean ensured us that he would fix it which he did. He helped us with a smaller model and also ensured that we would be able to return the wrong size product without a problem.
      We really pleased with the fridge we have and the service given to us by Sean!!!

      Horrible Customer service. I received a text at 3:30 truck was 30 minutes out.
      The app showed they were at our house, but no truck. Tried calling, email, text, no response, showed up at 5:30 then get text & email to rate their service?

      Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered ********* oven and fridge and also ********* microwave. All to be delivered. Oven and fridge arrived September 29 but microwave back ordered. Used oven for first time on October 6 (Thursday before thanksgiving). For some unknown reason door locked with roast inside and unable to unlock. Phoned canadian appliance who told us nothing they can do since it now out of box. Suggested calling ********* and they went thru all possibilities on phone to no avail. Earliest they could send technican was following Tuesday after Thanksgiving. End result one canceled thanksgiving. Tuesday technician arrived and opened with a metal coat hanger retreaving ruined roast. Whirlpool refused to takeback oven saying if it happens again to call them and a technician will come to open it.
      Finally now told by canadian Appliance we have to pick up delayed microwave since they don't deliver micowaves although original agreement was all 3 appliances delivered.
      Next time buying from *********, they stand behind their sales.

      I had purchased a fridge very quickly through a sales representative in Etobicoke location. He was helpful in choosing the right product that i needed immediately, but monthly financing wasn't an option. I had to pay full amount with a credit card.
      He also helped with arranging the same day delivery as the fridge was needed urgently. I really appreciate that.
      I would suggest that assembly of the shelves of the fridge and leveling the wheels need to be done with delivery, because I had to call a neighbor to help me with that.

      I did my research on which washer dryer to buy and ordered it . It was swigging done on phone and paid upfront for installation . The installation was so unprofessional and bad that my laundry door won’t close . It was truly substandard job and when i complained they were just trying to justify the act of their guys. Even I sent the video of installation and I had to re install
      It myself although I paid for it. Never going to buy from CAS *** ***** ********* * ** *** ******** *

      Approximately six months ago my husband and i started negotiating with this compnay for new appliances for the home we are building. We went back and forth for months and the delivery of most of our new appliances was to happen next week.
      Yesterday out of the blue we received a call from Canadian Appliance Source saying "our card was fradulent" and they were cancelling all of our orders. Meanwhile thye have had almost 4000.00 of ours for months.
      We asked about getting our money back and apparently threy are going to credit this "fradulent card". We have had the same credit card for over 20 years and always pay it off every month!!
      My husband and I are so upset and we have no idea why this sompany did this. We do know thye enjoyed the benefit of our money for five months. We intend to follow this up and are not letting the matter drop **** **** **** **** ************
