      I mailed my documents thru Purolator that has a deadline. I requested for an express mail and she gave options. Since it says on their computer, my documents will be delivered December 19, 2022, end of the day, I chose that option because it’s 2 days prior to the expiry date of my application. Purolator gave me a tracking email only to find out the estimated delivery date is December 22, 2022, one day late on the expiry date of my application. I went to the store where I mailed my documents and they directed me to call Purolator. I spoke to several customer service on Purolator and they knew then how many days you will expect a package should be delivered, that I chose ground shipping to which I was not aware. But it doesn’t matter. Why it say on their computer/system a delivery date or they should be advising you “you’re package is delivered 3-5 days after the delivery date on the system”, so customer won’t be expecting an actual date and they have the option to choose. My documents/application is one day late and now I’m paying almost a thousand Can dollars to get it processed. So disappointed with Purolator. ***** made my other documents delivered on time (even mailed 2 days after I mailed my documents thru Purolator) because they gave me options and advised. * ***** ********* ********* ** ***** **********

      Purolator has lost one of my shipment. There were two items worth $82.88 which I was returning to Hudson Bay company for refund. So I want Purolator to reimburse me that money I have lost.

      ** * *** **** ** ** * ****** ***** *** ********** I was told it would be delivered on certain day never received it. The one time of year I get to see family and friends for Christmas party, I missed due to this parcel being expensive (required a signature ) and didn't want it stolen. Found out they will deliver it the next day, so I had cancel the other Christmas plans I had. ** *** **** *** **** *********. Called them, they just kept saying "Sorry, sorry sorry" what Do i receive? Nothing. Their apologies are as empty as their promises. They give you this spew about Missed packages *** ****, and say its their way. Excuse me, but ****** ****, ******, even *** can deliver on time. I get its Christmas season but when I'm told one thing, *** **** *** **** *** ***** ***** ******* ** ***** *****. I get to see no one for Christmas thanks to them.

      2 packages were not delivered. The excuses for not delivering the first package: 1) missing entry code even though it's the same as suite number in address, 2) when the code is given after waiting for customer service to pick up the phone for 25 minutes, next day they ring the bell 3 times and run away leaving a sticker on the door to pick up package at shipping agent. 3) Phone call to customer service: the agent says: the package is for sure at shipping agent's store right now. We cannot deliver to you till next week if you insist on delivery. Which day next week? Maybe Tuesday. But I need it now. 4) Call the shipping agent: The package is not here yet.
      The second package was never attempted to be delivered. It went directly to shipping agent's store. Purolator does not care about customers at all. They give a lip service about delivery, no real delivery is done. I would never use them. Sadly **** *** uses them while promising next day delivery. Next day turns to no delivery for 3 days and then having to pick the packages myself at shipping agent store on the 4th day.

      When Purolator Breaks They Hit the Brakes. When Things Go Wrong They Remain Wrong! Purolator's Robot Agent runs in circles with a useless amalgam of cut and paste frustrations. I spent hours entering my phone number and email and clarification efforts. No one will contact you. Real life agents are powerless to take any action or resolve simple problems. They will not hear you in spite of oversimplifying and over explaining. Agents are trained to only provide excuses and they do that with ease. My parcel sits in Kamloops this past week waiting for address clarification yet no one has initiated contact to clarify anything with me. ****** has used Purolator to send "Hundreds" of items to me over the years. Now, a parcel from ******** with my exact same address has permanently fallen off the rails. Things can not and will not be fixed! Your parcel silently stagnates.

      Awful service. Very **** *** unhelpful. Told to pick up my package at their depot. Brought everything with me as they requested. Was told "cannot have the package since I did not have the "text" that was supposed to be done. I cannot receive text on my phone. Wish the staff would have a little bit more pleasure working and treat customers the way they want to be treated. Very unhappy bunch of people. **** ***************

      * ***** ***** **** ***** ** ** *** ** ******* Purolator has the absolute worst service & no one at the company appears to care either. I’ve made several complaints and never has a delivery actually been delivered to my door. The truck rolls up to my gate & the driver never fails to only slap a ‘sorry, we missed you ‘ tag in the flyer box that is on the man gate that the driver could’ve easily pushed open to walk my delivery to my door. Their app is equally as useless because your delivery preferences are ignored & alerts are sent AFTER the driver has left your residence claiming a failed delivery attempt. There never is a delivery attempt . It’s not a delivery service when the customer has to pick up the package! There are folks who depend upon door to door delivery due to age, health, mobility etc circumstances & no one at Purolator seems to understand or care about this enough to do their jobs effectively.

      "Apparently" the Purolator Driver "attempted delivery" on November 29th. Imagine my surprise, when I went to check the mail, and found a sticker ON MY WINDOW! (not a good choice , Purolator) Its funny, as I was at home ALL DAY, plus, I have a dog that barks LOUD if someone comes to the door. To make a long story short, I called right away, and was told, no problem, you will get it tomorrow. Then, I called the next day, and was told, Oh, no, they should not have told you that, it will take 1 - 3 days. OK, so for the next 3 days, I stay at home waiting. Day 4, I call and chat, and call and chat. Tomorrow, Tomorrow, Tomorrow. Well, Tomorrow never came. My package has been sitting at their Facility since November 30th. December 6th. I receive a message that my package will arrive at : 00.00Hrs. WTF time is that? It FINALLY arrived, and I spoke with the driver (I'm not sure he understood me) but he looks at me like I'M speaking a foreign language. He drops of the (heavy) parcel at me feet, and proceeds to leave, after I sign for it (stupid on my account, as i completed a SNR form that HE was supposed to take back with him) I had to walk him thru the process, as he sniffled it was his first week. OH WELL. One would think, that after receiving so many bad reviews, they would clean up their act. Note to self: Do not order anything for delivery if the company uses Purolator.

      Say they attempted delivery when they did not. Customer service is appalling! The online chat staff are about the worst I've ever experienced. Their terrible service has put me off ordering goods online so it's a no win situation for all concerned.
