      ************** **** *** **** ***** **** ***** ********* **** ***** **** ****** ******** ********* We live in a condo building and it's easy for the delivery driver to find us on the intercom screen. It doesn't seem to be an issue for any other courier service except for Purolator. We have had several "missed" deliveries this month, and the follow up is random as well. Some drivers drop off the package at a pick up facility close by, others say we will attempt to deliver again in the next few days but never do, and a few times I got fed up and called to have it held at the sorting facility for me to pick it up. I asked if my phone number was tagged to the tracking number and it was, however I was told that the drivers do not have access to a phone to contact us if they cannot find the address (keep in mind we live in a building with 100+ units, I find it difficult to believe that our building is difficult to find). I was offered a supervisor to help, but what would the supervisor of the support center do? We need people from upper management to listen to these complaints for meaningful change. The dispatch team directors need to take action.

      without a doubt worst delivery service. **** ***** ******* **** ****** My only questions at this point (having to deal with them for a few years and every single time ****, missed delivery deadlines, lost packages) * *** **** **** *** ***** ** ************? That tells you that the companies that employ them ***** ******** do not care about their customers. Delivery by Purolator is now one of my deciding factors when ordering online. My last experience: promised delivery yesterday, **** about the delivery status today. The delivery is to a condo unit with a lifeguard at the gate, and Purolator said "receiver was not available" when the guard says that there was no Purolator track today at their condo at all! **** **** *** ** **** ******* ***** ******** Helpless ****** ******** customer service: i paged the driver, but we don't know whether and when he might be back. *** ********** ***** ** *** **** *** ** **** good luck to you getting your package...ever.

      ********* ** * ********* ** **** ***** I live in an apartment where the intercom is digital and you need to search the name of the person you want to buzz for building access. There is no buzzer number. Every single time I have a parcel coming from Purolator they mark it as address not complete due to no buzzer number. They don't bother to get out of the truck to discover they do not need a buzzer number or to leave a pick up slip. I am expected to check my tracking number online to see it is not being delivered. Then I struggle to get through to someone to arrange a pick up. I am refused a supervisor. I have been told multiple times my complaint is escalated and I'll get a sup cb but I never do. Once I got so angry about a $300 item being held ******* from them and no one assisting me, I mildly insulted their intelligence and was told I'll be blocked if I do that again. They are willing to **** *** *** *** block you, but not willing to get out of their trucks and discover the address does not require a buzzer code for entry. This happens every time. The building is almost 2 years old and they still do this ** ****** *** ** **********. I **** ********* *** will cancel purchases if I'm made aware that Purolator is the delivery method

      we ordered a fridge part on the 10th and did not receive it until the 27 of October. They first told us it would be there on the 23 then said it would be there on the 26. they told us that they could not deliver because we were not available to receive the package. We stayed home the whole time and were given the run around. They also told us that it was either the weather or road construction in front of our house that they could not drop it off or maybe it was an apartment building. Nothing but EXCUSES ...We will Never order anything that comes by purolator again.
      VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ONE WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY *** ***** ***** *******

      ***** ****** *** ** *********. We have 2 packages that was supposed to be delivered on same day, 1 is *** package and another one is tv from *******. Around 7:41pm on a Friday night I received a notification in the email that my package has been delivered so we opened the door and we see the small package in there and a slip noting we weren’t at home so we have to pick it up. The delivery guy didn’t even make an attempt to doorbell or knock to know. Plus our lights were all turned on and we’re all sitting down in the living room. I get it that it was at night, they are tired and maybe not wanting to bring a 14kg package down from their truck but when I contacted their customer service, he’s like it is your words against them. **** Well, we know to ourselves what really happened *** *** **** **** ****** *** ***** ******** **** ********* It could save us a trip to pick it up because there’s a reason why we chose delivery to the house. Very unreliable service a** ********* *** **** *********

      Poor service loses packages constantly and its quite the process to track. The tracking services are at best a filler to make the client feel something is actually being done. Then you go through the next headache to justify not paying the bill for losing the delivery. This company used to be reliable but 2x in 1 month they have lost deliveries.

      There has not been a single delivery from these folks that wasn't delayed. They should be shut down because they are the most *********** company that exists today. How is it even possible that any business ships through them, they damage the reputation.
