      ***** ***** ***** **** *******. The delivery truck pulled up in front of my house and I thought he was going to deliver my package. Turns out he doesn’t even attempt delivery and just drives off. The tracking sure enough says delayed due to disruption. Just another ******** excuse to not deliver! Now it’s the next day and I am still waiting after 3:00 pm for my package.

      Although they have delivered to my address multiple times, Purolator now has decided that they are unable to deliver to me and dropped the package in a different town, 45 minutes away from my house. Expensive, sensitive equipment is now being stored at an unsecure, small town grocery store.

      This happens with literally every single delivery -- first thing in the morning the tracking info states the parcel is "On vehicle for delivery", then 5:00 p.m. comes around and the tracking then updates to "Delayed due to missed delivery" and is rescheduled for the following day. I work from home and can clearly see the driveway where no Purolator truck ever attempts a delivery.

      MISLEAD ON PRICING OF SHIPMENT. Called and upon pickup asked Purolator representative how much to ship as it was a large box aprox 4'x 2' x2' but about 10lbs max. Driver indicated that probably be pricy, I asked what is pricy and he answered around $100-$250. I said I'm ok at that even if on high end. Product was delivered ground regular and statement came a month after requesting $2109.59!!
      Called and service team indicated drivers don't know pricing?? So why did he ballpark low to high number?? how can you justify that price?
      Then claimed I should have got an estimate! I said that's why I asked your Purolator guy. Also he never told me about getting a quote or how to go about getting a quote. Therefore I thought ok if it comes in on high end at least I was aware. They did say they would take $1000.00 off but sorry not enough. I said I would pay the $250.00 and that is it. He would not negotiate any further.

      * ***** ********* ** ********* *** ***** ******** ******* ** *** ****** ******** Dont give a crap about wasting peoples time, I have waited at home for a simple fan delivery 3 separate days, one person on one day tells you wait, dont worry, it will be there, then, it doesnt come, so you call in, and another person says dont worry, stay home tomorrow, it will come then, so you stay home another day, doesnt came then, so you call in again, welll, you get the drift. How are they still in business, at this point, I should get what I ordered and a total refund.

      Customer service reps are great but actual services are horrendous. Driver neglected to ring or knock on delivery day 1 and didn't leave an attempted delivery notice. Watched him walk up to the door, stop, and walk away. Delivery day 2 I watched the driver, without the parcels and in what appeared to be a personal vehicle come up and put the previous days attempted delivery tag on my door. Delivery day 3, tracking notice shows error on the address after I watched the delivery truck pull up, wait a few minutes and then drive away.
      I had to pick up the parcels in another town due to where I live not having a dropoff location.
      This isn't the first time I've had problem like this but it is the last, any company that uses Purolator for shipping will not get my money if they are the only shipping option.

      In the past two days I have spent several hours on the phone and going to a Purolator depot to try to resolve the issue of a missing package. ********* *** ** ** *** *** ** *** **** ***** ********* * **** *** ** **** **** ** ****** *******  Their inability to communicate with recipients in severe. We were not aware when a package would be delivered until about 9 am, at which point everyone has been out of our house for about 2 hours. Had I known to expect them, I could have worked from home. So they failed to deliver, and then sent me on a wild goose chase to try to retrieve my package. I had to speak to 4 separate people by phone and at their depot, wasting hours trying to figure when and where I will be able to retrieve my delivery. ***** **** ***** **** **** ** ********** * **** ********** *** ****** ********  **** *********** ** ****** **** *** **** *** ******* **** * ********** ******* ** ***** ***** ** ** ****** ****** *** * **** ****** 
      I have now had to call the company that shipped me a rather expensive product by Purolator, in order to explain to them that, even though they were very efficient and prompt in getting my order out, that has all been negated by ** *********** courier service.

      I had some packages being delivered to my office and Purolator called to confirm the address. I let the individual know to have the driver call me and I would meet them at the site. The next day I waited all day and finally called the centre at the end of the day to ask about the delivery. They said the delivery was attempted just after lunch, but no one called me. This was a Friday so they told me they would attempt on Monday. I confirmed that they had my phone number and that they were going to let the driver know. They confirmed in the affirmative!! I phoned again on Monday just after lunch to confirm if the driver in fact had my contact info. The lady I spoke to told me that they had delivered the package a half hour earlier, leaving it on the sidewalk in front of the unit. When I went to the office on the package, was my contact info? ********** *************** ************* *** ********* ********* ** ******* ** ******** ** *** ***** **** ** ********** ** *** ** *** I confirmed two times that they had my phone number and yet such a breakdown. Unbelievable.!!!!!

      So it seems if you live in apartment the driver will come in the building... but not to the apartment door. This is the second package that they say noone was here yet both times I was home literally working less than 3 feet from my door. They were able to leave the notice inside, just not come upstair, ********** * ***** ********** *** ****** ******* **** ******* * **** **** ******** ** ********** ****** **** ** ****** *** **********
