      Honestly I have nothing nice to say about this company. The delivery driver is on my door bell camera not knocking or ringing the doorbell did not buz me to let me know he was here. When he came up to my apt he scanned my package filled the slip out and left. Again did not knock did not ring the bell. I tried speaking to him through my door bell and he ignored me and walked away. I called customer service because I cant get out to niagara on the lake nor should I have to since he didn't knock didn't ring or buz me and left with my phone. They said he would bring it back and never did. I now need to find a way out to niagara on the lake to pick my phone up becausw the driver didn't do his job.

      Came today to the Purolator location at 329 March Rd, Kanata, ON K2K 2E1 to drop off prepaid package. Staff ** **** **** **** refused to accept the package and provide receipt. *** ** ***** **** ************* *** ** *** ***** **** **** ** **** ****.

      Lack of communication is the cause of most issues in business. When Purolator takes on an agreement to deliver a package, they are to give a delivery date. If something happens where they cannot deliver on that date, they have a responsibility to notify the client that there has been an issue, and give them a new date. *** *** ***** ** *** **** ***** *** **** **** **** ******* ** **** ***** *** ****** ** **** **** *** ** **** ** **** *** * ******** **** ***** ****** The fact that you do not have a system in place that notifies clients proactivley in 2023 is unacceptable. ** ***** ******** ***** ******* **** **** ******** ******** *******. I cannot count how many times I have had to call in and speak with many different people to find out why an item is sitting in a warehouse for days and sometimes weeks for no reason. I am finding myself taking another day off for a shipment that is not coming, and was told by an agent that as a shipment is 100 pounds they do not notify you when it is coming, that whenever they have 2 people available they will just deliver it.       * ***** ***** **** **** ******* * ***** I had a parcel sent from Ottawa to Hamilton and they promised next day delivery. I already had ticket bought for an overseas trip. Now they are saying they can only deliver my parcel after 4days. I have had to cancel my trip and the airline is charging me an additional $1,500 for a new date. * ***** ***** ********* ****** **** *** ********* They are no courier service but a sham of a service company. This is my first time using them and yes I have had a very torrid an unforgettable awful experience.

      A package was sent to me from *******. It remained in limbo for a long time in Halifax after I called Purolator and asked for a re-delivery since A. I could not pick it up and B. The initial delivery attempt was not made. The driver made no attempt whatsoever to use the intercom system to buzz my apt so that I could let him in.
      From that point on it remained at a location in Halifax from Feb 23rd to Mar 9th, drifting back and forth from on vehicle for delivery to back to arrived at sort facility. They made many claims of bad weather but those claims are completely false except for the first one. I have had several packages delivered to me from other delivery companies with no issues whatsoever.
      Even the sender reached out to Purolator with no resolution. **** ******** *** *********** ****** *** ********** ***************

      Everytime I order something that is being delivered by Purolator or ****** **** there's a problem. My pkg is in a town further away now and I won't get it for 2 more days because its the weekend. It's already a day late.       Terrible! First, stickers were left on my door saying they 'missed me' when I was home waiting for them, taking time off work for no reason. Second, for 2 days in a row they assured me they were coming and failed to show up at all. Third, when they did show up, they left my package with a random criminal in the lobby who stole it, and it's a cell phone, which he activated, leaving me culpable for the 50 dollar bill to ****** ******!!! Just a total blatant disregard for customers.

      Laziness from delivery driver to customer service. Driver left a notice when someone is at home, buzzed them in the appartment. It happened twice.
      customer service is not helpful, gave me the wrong pick up location, and made me go to another location 48km away. It’s unacceptable. Considering they have confirmed it on the notice.

      I still don't understand why you guys are in the delivery business. Honestly can't wait to see the day when you guys close shop but we have to deal with you cause for some magical reason.

      I was expecting an important item to arrive 01/02/2023 as the tracker was indicating it arrival at your facility. I waited for a call, did not get one so I decided to call and make sure you have my number. The lady on the call mentioned something about heavy item only get delivered Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (an information that most customer are not aware of by the way).

      Thursday arrived, I was excited but then again it's Purolator we talking about here. Waited all day for a phone call and was monitoring the tracker but no update from Purolator. Later on I learned from the vendor (shoutout to Wayfair) that Purolator "tried to deliver the package but the area was inaccessible, we will attempt to delivery next business day". I tho I was supposed to get a phone call and the apartment is super accessible, I actually received package from other delivery partners without any issue (then again we talking about Purolator here, 65 years in the industry and still can't use a phone).

      I called them Thursday night, got in touch with someone that had no context of what happened cuz Purolator did not leave a note at my door, but vendor stated they tried to delivery but apartment was inaccessible. Then told me about heavy item only being deliver to specific days and the earliest day for delivery would be Tuesday 7th February.

      Could someone explain this to me? Why is it that when you purchase an item with a guarantee delivery date (01/02/2023) to be delayed by a whole week?

      PS: I don't need a social media coordinator replying to my question with link to your twitter or website.
