      Each time we are expecting a package delivered by Purolator, because we are a bar the driver won’t stop and will report that the customer is not available. Consequently the package will arrive many days later when not returned to sender. There is a big sign on the door indicating that there is staff inside all the time for receiving merchandise. Still , they won’t stop. ** *** ** *** *** ******** *** ** **** ********** **** **** ***** **** ** ** ********** ***** **** **** ******* ********* **** *** ********* **** ********** ** **** ** ******* *******

      Horrible experience.
      I don't drive recently so I used Purolator for an important document sent from a location 10kms away. I expected I could receive it in two days, as even ****** **** regular mail usually arrives in 2 days from the same city. Purolator came three days later, I were at home that day. From the camera replay, they didn't press the doorbell, just knock the door one time quietly and leave the pickup notice immediately. I tried to call Purolator and was put on the line for 1 hour and got cut off. So I used the virtual chat bot to arrange a redelivery and they confirmed it would be redelivered the next day. I didn't receive it. So I waited on the line another hour and finally talked to one customer service. They arranged another redelivery. It still didn't come. A couple of days later I called again and then I was told I need to pick it up at the office 20 kms away in another city. I told them I don't drive and they just hang up on me with a cold hearted sorry.

      Absolutely the worst delivery company ever and has ******* representatives that can assure the package will be delivered. The delivery guy does not even knock or ring the doorbell BUT just leaves a note saying they missed me. I have the CCTV footage that captures how effortlessly the driver just leaves the note and drives away. The driver didn't even leave their contact number to call back or neither call the recipients when they arrive at the premise. I live in the basement and no effort is made to ensure the package is delivered. My house owner was also in the house when the delivery guys came and heard nothing. I had to call customer service and wait 1 hour before I can be attended to. When I ask for re-delivery, the answer I got was subject to availability. MY FOOT! ****** ** *** ** **** **** ******** don't waste your time. Purolator - If you cannot commit to customer satisfaction and end-user experience, do not run a servicing company. ******

      I have had nothing but problems and wish ****** would stop using Purolator. My most recent problem... My package left the facility in Vancouver Jan 2. Returned to facility in Vancouver Jan 5. Not sure what it was doing for 4 days. They then made up a "weather delay" despite it being +6 and sunny with cloudy periods. Tried to contact then via chat but there were no agents available. Now they can't find it.

      * ***** *** **** **** ********* *** ***** *** ** ******** ** ***** **** ******* * ****** **** *** *** ******** ******* ***** ********** They always have an excuse as to why packages are not delivered on a timely basis, and resolution is always at your expense. Escalating to supervisor's is also a useless exercise as well.

      Worst. Paid over $100 to ensure pkg delivered in 2 days (Dec 30), not delivered until Jan 4th and will not refund. On the site they said it was due to weather delay....weather was checked over and over, checked with ppl at the receiving end, weather was fine and clear. Pkg was held at Edmonton facility for 6 days after arriving there. Will not refund my money.

Then **** **** about “receiver unavailable” when I was at home the entire time yesterday when they attempted to deliver my order. We share our phone number for a bloody reason and they didn’t even try to call my phone number for directions or for a buzzer to let them into my Apt building. Now they want me to go to their specified location to get the order myself. Meanwhile they didn’t bother to leave a notice at my building. I had to call **** *** to find that out and get the directions. It is a shame the shipping company exists and they keep getting business from good companies like **** ***.

      I have used Purolator to deliver my Christmas gifts to my 5 year old son. When I reach out to Scarborough/ON location to send the package to Vancouver/BC on December 20, 2022, I have given two options to deliver the package. option one is use their deliver by ground which will take up to 4 days, which means the package will be delivered by December 24th for around $50, and the second option is express delivery, which will be deliver in one day, meaning it will be deliver next day December 21, 2022 and that will cost for $100.82. I didn't want to take any chances, so I used express delivery to deliver the package and paid $100.82 to deliver in one day, so it will be arrived by December 21, 2022. However, due to weather issue, Purolator unable to deliver the package and kept delaying the delivery, and delivered the package on December 29, 2022. My son was very frustrated as he didn't get any gifts from his dad for Christmas and I am very unhappy and frustrated for the delay in delivering this package.
      When I reach out to their Purolator customer service, they mentioned that they are aware of this weather delay and the backlog due to that and they can not do anything for this delay, but if they are aware of this weather delay and backlog why would they promise to deliver the package in one day and charge the customer for express delivery??
      I understand that weather issues are uncontrollable, but if there is a delay in express delivery due controllable or uncontrollable issues, they should be responsible to refund the difference between the express delivery and regular delivery as those delivery were not express (one day) as they promised.
      I find that Purolator is providing false promises to attract customer but since they failed to do so, they are responsible to refund the cost between the regular delivery and express delivery.

      Their driver don’t buzz or call and just take parcel back to their stores. When I talked to customer service they say their drivers don’t call customers. Very bad customer service. I don’t drive Nd there are asking me to pick up my parcel from a location 10 min drive. Why they can’t make a phone call when they are on way?? It’s not something that waste their time.
