      Hello I purchased 4 cans of *** ******* soup from Walmart in ******* Ontario.

      On April 10th 2023 I had opened it up and stared to cook chicken noodle soup as I stirred it a bug beetle and a carrot was on the spoon the bug then sank to the bottom. Dead bugs in soup. Is a very big health concern. I have photos and the can still along with the contents. I also noticed a re call you have had out but this can was not in the dates this can expiry is in 2024.

      I've been trying to use the online promo/coupon for $15 off each of first 4 orders online. I'm being told because I made 1 purchase in 2022 I'm not eligible ***** ** ******* !!

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Walmart only mentioned that I tried to use coupon code ********** on my orders but offered no resolution.. No help at all..I'm asking them to honor a $15 for 1st four orders. I've ordered 3 times ($45) since March 2023. I'm confused as to why they won't honor it as it was my 1st order and Walmart app wouldn't allow me to enter it.

      I'm only asking for Walmart to honor their coupon. It's not complicated so I don't know why they offered no resolution

      Ordered 12 Month **** **** **** Membership Digital Download on April 6, 2023. In the description it states the product will be delivered via email within 24 hours. After 24hrs I contacted walmart online chat and they told me to wait till end of of the day. Next day I called walmart spoke to supervisor and told to wait another 2-3 days while they escalate. All of these responses are canned responses experienced by many others as can be seen from other BBB complaints. They will not return the funds and as April 8 the item is still in processing rather than being sent. This behavior by Walmart and expecting customers to wait for a simple digital download code is inexcusable.

      I am rejecting this response because:


      Walmart Canada only responded by telling me they need more time to “investigate further” and to keep waiting for my digital code. A screenshot has been taken today (4 days after taking my order) showing that Walmart has done nothing since taking my order. As can be seen on Walmart Canada website for the item I ordered the digital order code is described as being available to a client  24hrs after ordering and I ordered said product based on that belief. I have asked Walmart twice to cancel and return my funds if they cannot complete my order and both time they refused. Walmart Canada still has my funds and has given me nothing in return.

      I have been an Advocate of Walmart since ypur store opened.For a variety of reasons,Good pricing,variety of products,and sales.I have also been placing online grocery orders for 3 years.I made an online order Jan.06,2023 fir the cost of $118.77 on January 09,2023 I was billed again,I called eventually got this escalated and received my refund.I got an oops not sure what happened however we are sorry.Wgen you have 1 income and are trying to feed yourself,and keep ypur house warm every dollar counts.I thought nothing I can do .On March31,2023 I placed another online order totalling $122.39 not repeating in April 05,2023 I would be charged again for the same order..This is yet another unauthorized ,unexpected charge.This left me in a financial mess.I called again,letting the Agent know this is the second time ypu have dine this,I get we are sorry we are working on ypur concern.These 2 errors warranty more then Oops we ate not sure what happened.I want to be contacted and and i am seek a restitution .

      I had placed a grocery order with Walmart on March 16th, 2023, Order #************* for the amount of $341.74 , and chose the delivery option ** * *** **** **** ******** ** * ****** *** ********* I was told my order would be delivered before 6 pm that evening. I received an email notification that my groceries had been delivered, but when I went to my door there was nothing there. I double-checked the order and saw that it had been delivered to the wrong address, I contacted customer service support right away, were they advised me it was no longer their issue and to contact the third party delivery service "*********".

      I contacted ********* they stated they would issue an immediate refund which should show up in my account within 7-10 business days. 10 business days passed without the refund, I contacted them again and they stated that this would be a Walmart issue but they have contacted Walmart on my behalf and I should see the refund in my account by the following Monday. Monday came with no refund, so I reached out to Walmart again and was told that the escalation Walmart team would get back to me within 24 hours, 2 days passed and I contacted them again as it has now been 3 weeks with no refund. I was very rudely spoken to stating the escalation team will now get back to me in 36-72 hours I stated I wanted this dealt with right away and they told me they could no longer assist me and hung up the phone. I reached out online and was told they could no longer assist with this matter. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in how this has been handled, I would like my refund or at least a store credit for the amount that was essentially ****** from me.

      I was using Walmart rewards ********** for my purchases in Walmart store account number **************** I always paid my balances in full but Walmart charge me instalment for 6 month even my balance is zero. I have contacted Walmart customer service *** ****** talked to me and have promised to help but but they did not. Then I called and close my account .And now I received statement with instalment/tranche charges plus interest ,insurance, fees. I have never ask for tranche or insurance. I want Walmart to stop charging me for tranche, payment plans , instalments and balance insurance.Thank You.

      I bought dog food online it came here with holes in the box it was in and holes in the box a mouse ran out of the bag that took us 2 days to catch we contacted them and they sent a courier company to pick it up and they refuse to give me a refund we keep contacting them and they won’t do anything we have pictures of everything

      Hi there, my dad went to the store yesterday to purchase a bike. On the tag, one side had $198, and the other had $298. Based on the $198, we went to the cashier to purchase the bike.

      After multiple failed tries at scanning, they said that $198 was wrong and that this may not be the tag until we turned it around and found out it was actually $298.

      One side had the $198 price tag crossed out and a sticker with the price tag of $298 stuck on it. On the other side, nothing was crossed out, and there was no sticker on it.

      **** ******** ******** ** **** ***** *** ** ******** The cashier told me they're only able to give up to $50 off. But the price that's advertised should have been given.

      I tried contacting them through Walmart chat, but they couldn't help.

      On Thursday March 30th at 10:56am I went to Walmart to buy a turkey as I saw them advertised as 18$ for 3-5kg, 24$ for 5-7kg. I picked up a turkey that was stamped on the front with a weight of 4.99kg but when I went to pay it scanned up as 24$ for 5-7kg. I spoke to three employees who stated that since it was only 0.01kg off they round up to the next weight category. I eventually left empty handed after trying to explain they were trying to sell was false advertising as the turkey was not 5kg.

      I have cancelled my online order ************* on March 1st, Walmart should issue a new $480 walmart e-gift card to my email, but that never happened. the refund transaction ID - ************************. I contacted walmart online and phone customer support team on March 1, March 9, March 15 - 18, March 20 and March 24, but the issue never been resolved.
      also received an email from ********@customercare.walmart.com on March 20 saying walmart canada gift card team will contact me within 48 hour, but until now nobody contact me as well.

      I need walmart canada gift card team to contact me my cell ***-***-**** and manually issue the refund to be sent to my email on the file.
