This Walmart location now has a return limit of three items. If you buy six light bulbs and decide they aren't the right ones, they will return only three of them with a receipt within 30 days. This return policy is not posted anywhere other than on the counter of customer service.

I placed an on line order for a lap top computer on November 20th, with a delivery date for November 23rd. Order # *************. When I didn’t receive the computer I contacted Walmart's Customer Care on November 25th. The Customer Care person wasn’t able to provide me with a reason for the delay nor give me a date the computer would arrive.. She stated that we should receive it by the end of the day, and asked me to call again the following day if it was not delivered. I did not receive it. I called again on November 26th. Once again the reason for the delay was unknown and I was not given a delivery date. I purchased this item as a gift. To date it is delayed by 5 days. Although I understand that there can be delivery delays, 5 days is unacceptable, as is not giving a customer a date of delivery.
I have been inconvenienced spending alot of time,on the phone with Customer Care, trying to resolve the problem. - I have recently moved to Canada and on friend’s suggestions I have ordered basic stuff from Walmart on Nov 22 with the order number ************* and the order value was $128.83.
- While I was ordering I got the estimate date of delivery as Nov 25 but they kept delaying an order.
- I am wondering if the product was not there in their inventory how did they commit to deliver on a particular date. I badly needs the products I order (Pillows and Bedding) for my kids.
- The same goes with the part of my order (**************) ordered on Nov 6 but hasn’t arrived until now.

I am rejecting this response because: That is not my door and the postal code is not the one I provided when I placed the order, that postal code is for another home. in the proof they sent, the package was delayed because of a "bad address" at least twice according to their shipping manifest and was expected on Monday and the date they are showing is on Thursday. I cancelled the order after the nightmare I had to go through with the ****** call center with them blaming me for giving them a "fake" address and got my toaster oven from ******** **** instead.

On November 5th 2022, I purchased a cat tree from Walmart.ca for a total of 28.13$. On November 17th I received an email saying my order was delivered, but nothing was in my buildings lockbox or by my apartment door. So I called ****** **** and they explained the tracking number that Walmart gave me was for a package that was delivered in Vancouver. I proceeded to call Walmart 5 times on different days to explain and try to get a refund for my purchase. They tell me a different story everytime and have yet to refund my purchase after over a week. I just want my 28.13$ backBusiness Response

Ordered groceries for express delivery Nov 24th at 2pm..groceries supposed to arrive at 4:17pm or earlier. I receive a call from a agent at Walmart saying my order was canceled and if I authorized that. I said absolutely no! the app shows the order is being prepared.. the agent then said he’d call me back and never did. It’s past 4:17..no update on the app no tracking info received email saying my order was out for delivery but no tracking, and then on the app says my order will come on the 25th of November which I don’t want. And that’s not express 2hour or less delivery clearly..,Then it shows my order isn’t even prepared yet even though I received the out for delivery email at around 3pm..Spent almost a hour or more on hold with agent and trying to get through to Walmarts very poor ******** customer service line through both phone and chat. Finally talked to a agent who assured me the order is canceled, I’ll receive a email of cancellation and I’ll be credited for my order total it’ll show up in 3-8 business days. I went out in a rush to buy my needed groceries at such a inconvenience since I don’t have a car..I needed those items for that evening. 9pm comes along and I get groceries at my door. I shouldn’t have to pay for these I said cancel my order and now that they’ve been delivered anyways it would just be a waste since it all gets disposed of. This is such poor service and communication from Walmart..a company you’d assume would have more of there shit together…I already went and purchased my groceries when the agent told me she canceled my order and I’d receive a full refund. I can’t afford to be charged double for the groceries I had to go out and get myself and for this grocery order which was supposed to be canceled. I purchased a ***** Air fryer online at the Wal-Mart (Scarborough **** ****** ****) for pick-up. I purchased it for $118.98 (Order No. *************). Walmart cancelled the order stating that it was no longer in inventory however when I go back online it is there for a HIGHER price now ($189.98). I called the manager whom said he would not honour it because they were out of stock - this is an unfair practice. I ordered a tent on November 19 2022. With an original date of delivery to be November 21,2022. This date has now changed 2 times to December 5 then now states December 12,2022. It went from a 3 day delivery window to 23 days.
I can get exact same product delivered within 48 hours through another retailer and not have my date of delivery to continue being delayed if I would have known this was the case never would have ordered from them.
Can understand a few days delayed but 23 unacceptable I cannot wait that long
I have contacted Walmart and they said nothing we can do and refused to cancel or refund the order. Even though they advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

I ordered an Item from Walmart; they used ****** ******* as their courier. I was supposed to receive my item on November 17th, it was out for delivery. I live in an apartment with a buzzer and get deliveries daily from all different couriers they typically buzz my suite 404 and I let them up and they leave it by the door. ****** did not do this at all and marked me as not being home. I thought maybe it was a simple mistake because they did not have my buzzer number, so I contacted their support and just let them know of my buzzer number. Friday rolls around and I'm actually home and they say they have attempted delivery when they have not and there was no call to my buzzer. I'm now not getting my item until after the weekend. I call and complain to their support that they didn't even attempt to deliver, and I shouldn't have to pick my item up when they didn't even try to deliver. She said I would get a call back about it. Monday rolls around, NO call. It's now the 4th day without my item and ****** has not even tried to contact me to make this right and Walmart has also been useless. The first time I contacted Walmart about this order I talked to a lady over the phone that assured me my item would be delivered on the Monday which I don't know how she could make that claim as she's not the courier, she gave me no other resolution then just assuring me that it would be there. Monday rolls around nothing comes, apparently Walmart has escalated my claim but there's no update on how they would be contacting me or how long it would take originally it said 48 hours which it was past, and I made that claim on Friday and still have yet to hear anything about how this is going to be resolved. Even an email update would be nice to give me details of what they are trying to "work" on. SO even if this gets anywhere my request would be for Walmart to not use ****** as a courier as they deliver NOTHING.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: The package was marked as delivered yesterday, the package is nowhere in sight, I reached out to ******, and they sent me a photo of where the package was left and not my building nor is it my door. My item is now lost and I'm asking nicely for a refund because it has now been a week since I was supposed to receive this and I'm tired of going back and forth with Walmart and ****** and getting nowhere. I would like a refund so I can purchase my item somewhere else. I'm very frustrated and after this experience I will not trust to buy from them online.
