I placed the above order on Oct 10, 2022 for $14.77 with a guaranteed delivery date of Nov 8, 2022. I received a valid tracking number of this order on Oct 17, 2022. The tracking number was voided few days after, and the selling price of the item has gone up to $42.31. I called Walmart Canada to confirm the status of the order. I was promised the order was shipped. The agent suggested to call back on Nov 8, 2022 if the order is not delivered by that date.
Today on Nov 8, 2022, the order has yet to be delivered by 7 pm. I called Walmart Canada again. The first agent told me the seller would me in 1 business day regarding the issue. Half an hour later, my order was canceled and refunded. I called Walmart Canada again. I was told that the seller was not able to ship the item due to a price error. I told the agent the answer was not acceptable and requested to transfer to a supervisor. Supervisor Siddharth answered the call. I was very disappointed with his service. He definitely shows no caring about the customer's concerns. I told him that 1) The order was not canceled and refunded the moment the seller found there was a price error. The seller didn't directly contact me regarding the issue but waited until the customer to find out. ******** **** * **** **** *** ****** *** ****** ** ****** ********* ******* ******* *** *** ***** 2) though I was refunded, my personal information including name, address and phone number was leaked to this seller who could have used this technique to acquire sensitive information from multiple victims by selling items on Walmart.ca using unusual low price. My concern is that personal information has been leaked and why Walmart Canada acquiesces to this seller's malpractice.
My request is simple: option 1: have the order shipped asap for the original price I was charged, or 2) monetary compensation for selling my personal information to seller for free.Business Response

To whom it may concern,
I would like to file a complaint against Walmart as I purchased an oven from them however the oven broke down before the one year was up, and as such, Walmart then replaced the oven.
However, the “REPLACEMENT OVEN” has now also broken down, and as such, I've only had the “REPLACEMENT OVEN” since approximately April of this year, therefore it only lasted about 7 months.
******** ** **** ***** I have supplied the various email correspondences that I have had with them, however, they are refusing to assist me any further given that they don't seem to care that my “REPLACEMENT OVEN” has also broken down (in less than one year).
So, I then asked for them to reimburse (my money) however they now refuse to answer my emails.
Can someone from the BBB please help me with this situation, as I (my son and I) have paid over $200, and as such, we are now left with a replacement oven that also does NOT work.

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because Walmart seems to think that they can sell people "junk" that breaks down, wherein even their REPLACEMENT OVEN's then breakdown!!!
Said simply, I purchased an oven from Walmart however the oven
broke down before the one year was up, and as such, Walmart then
replaced the oven. However, the “REPLACEMENT OVEN” has
now also broken down, and as such, I've only had the “REPLACEMENT

I am rejecting this response because:The reason that I am rejecting this response is due to the fact that I attemtped to follow Walmart's instructions, that is, in regards to contacting the "third party seller" however *** *** *** ******** ************ please note that I was unable to actually submit my "complaint" to the third party seller given that the button (to hit "submit") was "unbolded", and as such, it would not permit me to send in my complaint.
Said simply, there's nothing further that I can to as the "walmart page" would NOT allow / permit me to submit my complaint.

On January 6/2022i received a *** *** 24volt-SS13 snow shovel, from walmart online
I charged battery when i received it, i never used till today, November 5/2022,i attempted to use it, the battery is completely dead and will not take a charge,or the charger is no good
I phoned walmart customer service, they did nothing but tell me to phone **** *** customer service, after over 90 minutes on the phone between walmart and ****** customer service,**** *** wants me to go and print an ups shipping label, send the battery back to them, then theyclaim they might ship me a battery
So, i wont have a working snowshovel for 3 weeks probably
It is snowing out right now, i need one now

We were given a $500 Walmart Grift Card as a Christmas Bonus when COVID lockdown happened. I find out now that the card has a zero balance. I called the toll-free number on the card ###-###-#### several times in hopes I could speak with someone who could first understand my problem and then help me. There is an automated system to 'check' you balance at that number so i scratched off the black strip of the card and entered the account number and the pin number as directed. The system said my balance is zero! I then went to the system to find out the transactions and the system said there are NONE. Of course there aren't any as the card hasn't been used. After 6 attempts to get some help from Walmart I was given another number ###-###-#### and spoke with Mary who went thought the same procedure finding the balance is now zero and they have no record of any transactions. She directed me back to walmart saying they are 3rd party. i explained that I had gotten her number from Walmart that didn't matter apparently. When I asked her how she knew the balance was zero but not how it got there she said I had to contact Walmart. I think that Walmart is first irresponsible if they can't tell me when I spent $500 gift card but the card doesn't have a balance? Perhaps they think because of covid we would just forget about the card but I think $500 is not an insignificant sum - it certainly isn't for us. I asked if they expired and no one would answer me. One person said if it was over $200 it had to be activated. I asked if it could be activated then and she said no because there isn't a balance? I called directly to the store that I believe the card was bought at (I'm not entirely sure as it was a gift) but the company is located in Estevan and there is a Walmart there. They don't want to deal with it and just gave me the same toll-free number on the card even thou I said I've called there 6 times! I live over an hour and half from a walmartBusiness Response

I bought a gazebo at Walmart and bought the installation package also in June 2022 and they installed it and the rain came and came through the canopy. I been getting the run around about getting the proper payment back. They sent me an email saying they will refund me everything but did not get back the installation payment. They told to called the installation place I called it was not the right one I called Walmart. back explain to them they gave different number they gave another number I talked with them explained the situation and was told I can't get anything from them its between me and walmart. I purchased an *** tablet thru walmart (via 3RD party delivery service "*****")..I received it on August 4 2022 it was having a hard time charging so I thought it was the charger... it was NOT.. the battery is shot.. when I plug it into the charger the blue light comes on but will not charge or even TURN ON AT ALL!! Hello , hope you are well . I bought a mattress online it started falling apart very shortly. I tried many many times to contact them . It’s ok going issue for about 2 months . The mattress literally feel apart . It’s really really not good quality like it says in the add .
Also it says it’s made in Canada. It’s false advertisement in India .
Very very disappointed in the third party seller. This is not the service that I’m used to with Walmart.

On November 1st, 2022 I logged into my Walmart account to order a *********** Electric Single Burner for a tenant who needed it right away. I chose this product because when I entered my postal code it clearly stated it would be available for pick up in store in North Vancouver that day.
After purchase, the availability changed to November 26th - which is obviously unacceptable and the date displayed online was clear false advertising. I phoned customer care and spoke to a women who continued to tell me when the product was available in Toronto (which makes no sense) and was quite *****dismissive of this serious issue.
I had to wait 30 minutes to speak to someone who was speaking to me 'on behalf of' the manager ******* * **** who *** **** ***** *** tried to tell me I was 'not eligible' for the pickup time shown online and continued to refer to the postal code as if I had not explained several times that I had entered the code before purchase and was shown today as the pick up date. Ultimately I was ****** told there was nothing they could do, that I could not go pick up my product today despite there being some in stock without paying again. So, I said fine, cancel my order and was told no! They told me there was a 30 minute window to cancel, the same 30 minutes I sat on hold waiting for **** staff to pretend this wasn't completely illegal. I placed an order on September 28th, 2022. My order was to arrive by October 28th, 2022. It did not arrive. I called and they noted the date changed to November 1st, 2022. Futhermore, on the Walmart tracking site, it says it was delivered, and when I called, they noted that information was incorrect. They noted, if it did not arrive by October 31, 2022, to call them about a refund. Called today, November 1, 2022 and they are telling me they cannot refund me anything because it is a third party person, after I was told to call back yesterday (Oct 31/22) about my item, In addition, Mayjet, whom I spoke with today, indicated that I now have to wait 10 days and if it has not arrived, to call back. I am just getting the run around. The 10 days should start from October 28th, NOT, November 1st. I am annoyed and frustrated because of the lack of care they have for me, as a customer. Which, after this, I will no longer place orders through them due to the lack of care.
