      PLACED A GROCERY ORDER ON WALMART APP JULY 31st 2024. EVERYTHING ORDERED STATED IT WAS AVAILABLE FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE FOR MY GROCERY ORDER. WALMART FALSELY ADVERTISED ITEMS TO BE AVAILABLE FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY, HOWEVER THEY FAILED TO NOTE THAT THE ORDER IS SEPARATED AND A PORTION OF THE ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED BY A THIRD PARTY CARRIER.IF THIS WAS STATED ON WALMART APP I WOULD HAVE OPT OUT OF ORDERING THESE ITEMS. WALMART HAS NOT UPDATED MY CONTACT INFORMATION ON THE CORPORATE ADMINISTRATION END, THE CONTACT GIVEN TO ***** INCORRECT. WALMART POLICIES RESTRICTS LIMITATIONS ON THE FIRST TIER CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TO CONTACT 3rd PARTY CARRIER DIRECTLY. I REQUESTED A REFUND WHICH I WAS DENIED TWICE BY CSR AGENTS.THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE HAD DISCREPANCIES WITH THE CARRIER *****. CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT GAVE CONTACT NUMBER FOR ***** CSR DEPARTMENT. *****’S CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS EXCLUSIVELY AVAILABLE FOR AMERICAN CUSTOMERS ONLY. I AM REQUESTING A REFUND.       Ordered an air conditioner and a box of kitty litter came instead. Walmart picked it up and has NOT issued a refund for the item, the air conditioner, we did NOT receive. We have a photo from the delivery service at the front door of the kitty litter. We have attempted to call Walmart several times. Each time you can, barely, hear the employee on the phone. We were told we would receive the refund by today, and still HAVE NOT.       Initiated returns by contacting Customer Service at ###-###-####.
      Walmart Marketplace has a minimum return window of 30 days from the date of delivery.
      Suite to my numerous conversations, including a final which was two days ago with a manager named ********, had promised to send a label with instructions for simple return of the item below by Wednesday 5 pm. I still didn't receive it.
      I am still getting your system generated calls, e-mails that you escalating this issue reference ####-###-####**. This happened already numerous times but the issue was not resolved and this very simple issue. I simply would like to receive a FULL refund, as I am not satisfied with this item. * ****** ***** ********** *** **** ** ****** ** **** ***** Walmart is not sending me instructions on how to return this item and to get a full refund. I am not satisfied with this product and would like to return and get a full refund.

      I ordered this Shed. July 18/2024 and its showed up, as putting it together noticed that multiple holes do not lined up at all, the overhang does not properly sit on there. The one back end of it is bent so bad it does not line up. I attempted to contact Walmart and they told me to contact the seller directly, i did that was offered a $75 credit. which I said No to as this was well over a $500 item. then they advised me to pack it up and ship it back to them.* * * ******* *** took 4 days to put together, send them photos of how bad it was and was told again nothing they will do. went back to Walmart and was advised nothing they can do. I do see that they are now are sale for $366.00 all i was asking was for a $100 refund.. **** ** ********** ********* *** ***** **** *********** ** *** ** ***** ************ ** **** ****

      * ** ******* ** ******* ** *********** **** * ****** ***** **********. On July 17th, I ordered ***** *** *** earbuds, which were supposed to be delivered by July 20th. The delivery company, ********, mishandled the package, sending it back to Ontario after it arrived in Winnipeg on July 21st.

      When I finally received the earbuds, they were defective. I contacted your CSR for an exchange and was assured the product was in stock, despite it being listed as out of stock on your website. Based on this assurance, I sent the product back. Now, I am told the item is indeed out of stock.

      I am extremely upset by the misleading information and poor service. I request an exchange for a different color that is currently in stock and compensation for the inconvenience caused.

      Walmart close my account because ******** delivered my orders to the wrong address. I was told by Walmart to reopen another account With a different Email I did that. Every time I put an order in Walmart it I didn’t do anything to ruin the Walmart account. They delivered my order to the wrong address and there’s pictures to prove it. I rely on my grocery delivery I can’t get a hold of anybody at Walmart, except Customer service who are not in Canada. ******* ** *** *********** *** **** ***** **** ***  I talk to supervisor, but nobody is helping I did not do anything wrong delivered to the wrong address My unit is completely labelled with three different numbers and an arrow showing where my unit is I need to get this sorted they’re not listening or not allow me to talk to anybody besides Customer service who can’t do anything about it

      Not fair there are photos to proof that they delivered it to the wrong unit. I don’t know what else to do, but I rely on this delivery and I pay overtime for my groceries because I’m on a budget and they are gonna not allow me to get groceries because I’ve got ******** driver Resolved didn’t do anything wrong I can’t go into my account to get the photos to prove that it was the wrong address and they won’t give me my photos. They won’t Can’t do anything about it. I need this resolved and I need somebody from corporate to call me

      Issue: Wrong item received and seller won't send me shipment label to return. Had multiple requests to generate a shipment label to return but they just send me a confirmation email stating that I would get a shipping label, but it never comes. Followed up multiple times and still no resolution. Already the item received late, received wrong item, and they won't take it back. Not sure what to do now. ******** **** *********** ***** ******** *** ****** ******* ** ********* Return email says that I will receive email from a carrier but I haven't received anything other than that email they sent.

      My return was received by Walmart warehouse on July 12. I have not received my refund yet and got a message that it is taking longer than expected. They said returns are processed within 5-7 business days. Today I received an email that my online account has been suspended due to a series of return violations.I called their customer service and they said there is nothing they can do now that the account has been suspended. I have not violated any terms and would like my full refund. ******* ** ******** **** *** **********

      Hello! I'm in need of some help... I'll be as brief as I can...
      I've been a victim of fraud...I had a Walmart MasterCard I hadn't used in a couple of years it had a 0 balance... Walmart contacted me about 2 years ago saying I had a balance owing $580.00 dollars...they told me a card was presented over the counter in Toronto...I live on Vancouver Island in BC and have never been to Toronto and my card was in my hand...
      They ****** **** ****** ** * **** *** wouldn't do anything for me...I filed a police report, contacted Canada fraud department, but nothing came of it...6 months later my file was given to a collection agency...I told them the story and was told to contact Walmart fraud department one more time...I did...this time I was told that my email address, my home address and my pin number had been changed and not by me...so they exonerated me and said yes it was a fraud ...they sent me an email telling me I was good to go and cancelled my account with them...that email has since disappeared from my phone...
      Fast forward to now...I received another letter in the mail from another collection agency Called ********* stating that I now owe Walmart MasterCard for $650.67...
      Walmart will not help me to solve this and the collection agency will not leave me alone...
      Can you please help me from here?
