I ordered 2 items on walmart.ca on July 6th for 39.99 each. The order is still showing DELAYED as of July 23rd. The customer service rep told me order is back ordered. BUT the item is still listed for sale on walmart.ca (for double the price). Walmart asked me to cancel my order. I still want the item at the price I purchased!!!!!Business Response

I have a **** card that is used for business and someone has taken my info from one of the business I used it for and used it on walmart.ca.
Walmart.ca has refused to give the information to my bank and therefore has closed the case and money was sent returned back.
I have been back and forth n the phone with walmart.ca that has refused to give me the info of the name on the account that used my card.
They are protecting the person who committed the fraud with my card, and am willing to take them to court on this.
I have wasted much time on this and has disrupt my business, due to time it has taken to receive the new card to continue ordering for the business.
I am also asking who do I send the court papers too if not resolved and am going to file a police report of the fraud.

On 06/26/24 at 12:56pm I ordered a refurbished cellphone from Walmart.ca for $429.39 using a Walmart gift card worth $440 as my method of payment and received a order confirmation with the order# *************.

A few hours later at 3:30pm on 06/26/24 I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. In the email it stated that you will not be charged for cancelled items and if you paid with a gift card, you’ll be issued a credit on a new gift card.
After I discovered my order had been cancelled, I attempted to place the same order again. However, the gift card was now saying that it was invalid.
I contacted Walmart.ca online customer
Support on 06/26/24 at 7:07pm. To find out why my order was cancelled, what happened to my money, and when I would receive it back in the for of a refund? They stated that they would look into it. They said it would take 48 to 72 hours for an answer why my order was cancelled and 5 to 7 business days to receive the refund.
Over the next 14 days I call Walmart on 06/29/24, 07/01/24, 07/02/24, 07/04/24, 07/05/24, 07/07/24, 07/09/24, 07/11/24.
Each time I was told that they would re-escalate my case to their escalation team who (they said) would get back to me in 48-72 hours.
On 07/11/24 at 7:55am I received an email from ********************************* stating that they suspended my account because of a series of returns violations.
This is not possible because I the only thing I've ever ordered from Walmart.ca was this order that they cancelled.
Two hours later on 07/11/24 at 10:28am from ************************** stating that because they suspended my account they couldn't process my refund.
I called Walmart to find out what was going on. They said that because my account was suspended, they couldn't access my account to issue me the refund. They refused to help me any further.
I filed a complaint with Walmart Ethics department.

I am rejecting this response because: I don't even know what that response means? I have not been contacted by Walmart.ca since filing this complaint with the BBB. Walmart.ca has not refunded the $429.39 the took for my order that they canceled. Then 2 weeks later they suspended my Walmart.ca account because they claim that I had too many violations on their return policy. Which is impossible because the only thing that I had ordered from walmart.ca on that count or any other account was the order that they canceled. Then 2 hours after notifying me that they had suspended my account, they claimed that because they suspended my account that they no longer had access to that account in order to give me a refund so I was just out of luck and was apparently just supposed to accept not receiving my $429.39 back. This is obviously unacceptable at all to happen but to now get this as a response is just an added slap in the face. On June 30, 2024, we purchased the ***** 4PC Conversation Patio set from the Walmart location in Aurora, Ontario. My daughter helped me to carry the parts in her car. From that time, she started having an allergic reactions I think from the chemicals that the cushions have. We have not used or even assembled the set for that reason. I went to the same Walmart that we purchased the patio set from and told them to refund it, but since the set was on clearance, they didn’t accept the return and they told me to call Wallmart Customer Service to help. I called them and messaged their online chat service but they said they couldn’t help too because it wasn’t an online order. I ordered an ****** ** **** on June 8, 2024
I picked up the order on June 14,2024. I realized I received an ****** ** not an ****** ** ****. I went back to the store they tried to call customer service online but it was closed. They told me to call in the morning.
I called they said they would call in 2-3 days. No call. I called again and they said they escalated my concern and they would call in 2-3 days. No call. I emailed And called. I got a response to again wait 2-3 days. Finally after 10 days I was able to have a courier pick it up and send to the Branford Ontario Walmart logistics. That took 11 days. It showed delivered but Walmart did not show that. I called they said wait 2-3 days and they would call. No call. I called and emailed. I got nothing but the broken record from the Walmart phone call and slightly better on the email but not much better. Now it has been at the warehouse for 7 days and they just emailed me that they are working on it with no time frame. Store pharmacist , *****, refused to provide information about a medication, and then refused to refill medications on the grounds that the complainant asked too many questions about medications.
In December 2023, I asked ***** about ** ********* ***** ******** *******. I wanted to discuss whether my husband should change to a generic brand. I wanted to know the inert ingredients of the generic versus *******. ***** ****** **** ******** *** ********* ****** *** ************* stating that he had other customers to serve. ***** refused to provide the inert ingredients of ******** and ******* so that the medications could be compared in order for my husband to determine if the cheaper ******** was suitable for his use. I asked ***** for the contact information for his supervisor and ***** refused to provide same.
On February 27, 2024, I telephoned the pharmacy to refill my own prescriptions and my husband's prescriptions. ***** refused to refill my prescriptions, stating that I was “not a good fit” for his pharmacy. On February 27, 2024, ***** stated that he no longer wanted my business. ***** also told my husband to find another pharmacy for his prescriptions even though my husband had never spoken to him.
March 5, 2024, I complained about *****'s refusal to provide medication information and to refill prescriptions to the Walmart store management and to Walmart Corporate headquarters in Ontario. Walmart store 1093 management was not responsive. Walmart Corporation headquarter has not answered the complaint after 5 months and after months of e-mails requesting an answer.

I used my multiple Walmart gift card to make a purchase online, the online order number is *************.
And I canceled the order because I ordered the wrong item, then Walmart issued me a new gift card which should include all the balance in my previous multiple gifts. But I checked that there is no balance for the refund Walmart gift card.
I have created a case with the reference number ************* in Walmart customer service portal. The customer service investigated it for several days and said they have issued the refund and asked me to call Walmart gift card service number, but gift card service said they can only check balance of gift card and can not help me with that, asking me to call Walmart service. So both party can not solve my case, **** * *****!

Placed an order with Walmart for pickup, and paid in full. It was for pickup July 8, 2024 at the Sackville NS location between 1-2PM. I arrived at 2:05PM to find that my order was still not ready. The associate informed me that because of a system glitch my order wasn’t received at the store due to their system glitching out* *** **** * ********** ** *** ** ****** ******* ******* *** ** ********. * ****** **** *** *** ***** ** *** **** *** ***** *** *******. And wasted at least 30 minutes on the phone seeking a refund and compensation for my time and gas. The additional compensation was refused.

On Wednesday July 3, 2024, I ordered grocery delivery from Walmart. I order from them on a regular basis. My groceries were delivered and all of the frozen products were missing totally approximately $50. I called the customer service number. I asked if someone from the store could deliver what was missing- I was told no. I expressed I was upset because I was charged for these items through ****** and now I would have to wait for refund. I spoke to the manager. She told me there was nothing they could do- didn’t seem like she cared! She told me they would process my refund. Today is July 6, 2024. I called Walmart customer service again. Found out the the refund has not been processed. Found out it will take another 2-3 business days until I hear if it’s approved and then another 7 days for the refund to show up on my ****** account. I am out $50 because of their mistake and they are doing nothing to fix this! The $50 already came out of my account 2 days ago!!

I ordered a patio dining set from Walmart.ca, which was delivered on June 12th. I requested a return because the table didn't fit my patio, and the package was picked up on June 26th. However, I still haven't received my refund of $810.21, which was charged to my credit card.
When I contacted customer service, they informed me that the package is stuck in transit, which I find hard to believe.
