      Ordered a product online ($321.xx) Nov 7 said to be delivered Dec 9th. Dec 10th I checked the online order status said it was delayed gave me a ****** **** tracking id which didn't exist. So I tried the online contact support got through and they said I had to wait 72 hours for a response I waited 5 days tried again got the same response wait 72 hours someone will get ahold of you and I was able to send a email to the supplier of the item asking "where is it and when is it gonna get here?" They got back to me on the 24th saying "The item was lost in transit will refund". So the 27th here I am again trying to get ahold of Walmart but this time I have a letter from the supplier saying "refund" but Walmart says "No we have to investigate it'll be a few days......" Walmart didn't have to wait a few days when I paid for it, they have the letter from supplier... its almost 20 days past my expected delivery date and they want me to wait more when they didn't wait to take my money. Now I have change all my monthly shopping to other stores which angers me more then being on a wild goose chase!

      I fell in the ice because their driver left my groceries 250 meters from my house because he got stuck in the snow driving a *** with summer tires. Turns out he packed up and left while I was making a trip back with my shovels (which I brought to help dig hum out) and one bag. So, all that and no groceries for me... No one I called or chatted with has once asked if I am ok. I got a $5 voucher as compensation and it turns out I can't even use it for groceries, I would have to buy $35 of stuff I don't need in order to have it shipped for free. My arm and back hurt for 3 days. Lucky for Walmart it wasn't worse. ****** **** * ** *** ** *******

      Third party returns are not permitted as stated on the policy. It says to return in store to any Walmart within 30 days and this is not the case. Swimwear with hygiene liner intact may be returned but employees tried to reject it. Unfair return policy and not in compliance. Was told by one **** Walmart staff member that I couldn't return and missed the deadline which I did not and another employee at another store would not listen until I insisted on getting the phone number for customer service. The customer service phone number is always busy and then when you get put on hold they make you wait and eventually the call gets hung up because of survey questions. I've called multiple times and am still getting nowhere trying to get them to comply with their return policy.

      I made a purchase online
      The order was marked, as delivered.
      I did not receive the order, sign for it or ever see the item.
      Calling walmart customer service has not given me any solution.
      They have not made any attempt to contact me after being told to wait for someone to call me back. I have stopped shopping at walmart completely, until this is taken care of by someone who actually cares at walmart.

      Yarn to make a Christmas gift was ordered but 6 weeks later and four phone calls later it isn’t delivered and they won’t refund my money. **** ** ********* *****. The people on the phone can’t or won’t do anything and repeat they are investigating further. There is no email address available hence no paper trail. I am beyond angry and disappointed. They treat their staff poorly but now customers. Lesson learned - never order online and tell everyone about this.

      * ** ****** * *** ***** ** ****** *** ****** ********* ** ****. I had placed an order on November 21st 2022 for four space heaters at a total cost of $119.96. This product was to be received at Wallmart store in Brampton by December 7th which never happened.I got a tracking number for the goods which were never shipped. Supplier claims it was lost. Walmart is encouraging these type of suppliers. As for the customer service they are sitting in India and don't have a clue. Now I am awaiting for the supplier to refund that amount.Payment was made to Walmart. Walmart needs to take responsibility as the item was bought on their on line website & payment made to them. * **** ***** ***** ********* ******* ** **** ** ** ****** **** * **** ** ***

      Same as other customers below, WORST experience I had ever. I spent thousands of $$ since I began to buy online, I start in the year 2000 +/-..... BAD BAD experience, they lost the package, can't find anymore (it is kitty anti-worm liquid) nothing fancy....******** they wrote me, Voilà never again;

      Walmart will not refund me for an online order placed November 04/22. States needs to have item delivered to store before item can be cancelled issued States once item cancelled will take 5 to 7 business days to refund my funds. Will not reimburse sooner very unhelpful

      Shopped at Walmart Woodstock Ontario. Did not find what I was looking for and wanted to leave the store. There was no exit, told to go through open line filled with shopping carts and kids. Either have to wait in line or push past everyone. Not sure what you do if you have disabilities. Guess they only cater to able people who spent money. Have not shopped there in two years and won.t be back again.

      Received my fridge all damaged! What a disgrace! And nobody cares!!!
