      Bought a Frigidaire Freezer from them this month (Jan.2023). It came damaged from the factory, but Curtis International website states it will not cover the damage. **** **** ***** ** ******* ********* **** **** **** **** *******.       Company is a joke. Broken ice maker after 4 months. They wont do anything unless i ship it back at my expense. Would cost me more to ship it back to them then to huy a new one. They wont reimburse and clearly dont back their products. Sadly ********** contracted with them to make this unit. Will not buy any of their products ever again. They do not stand behind their products nor honor the warranty.

      This is the worst company I ever had to deal with about a defective product. It took 6 months to get them to refund my money for a broken product and that is after I jumped through hoops to get it…
      The questioned my intelligence are you sure you plugged it in try unplugging for an hour now two three and can you send me pictures along the way ok now cut the cord write on it and send more pictures as proof and 3 months later here you go your refund… we will mail it so I guess I should have that in another 3 months…* ******* **** ******* ** *** ****

      **** * ***** **** * ***** I have been in contact with this company about a warranty claim for 8 months on a 12 month warranty. No resolution has been met. Calling it customer service would be an honest to god joke.

      Had a wonderful experience working with the customer service people and email customer support people, all were prompt and polite. Bought a upright freezer, worked perfect for almost a year, then had a issue. I called them 10/11/2022, they gave me a case #, said I would receive a email with instructions, I did within minutes of hanging up the phone. (Let me add that this call was made 3 days before the 1 year warranty expired.) I did what the email asked me to do, and always got a fairly prompt response. Pictures of unit, model#, cut cord, etc. After each email I would wait till I heard from them again, usually at 5-10 days intervals between emails. As others said, did exactly what was asked of me in each email. (I'm a senior) If I had a question, I called or emailed and always got a very polite and quick response, with the answer to my question. I received a full refund on 12/9/2022, so less than 2 months from start to finish. Curtis International did right by me and I thank them. I am flabbergasted to see these reviews when I came on here to write one, what you all are describing is NOT the company I worked with to resolve my problem.

      All my communication with Curtis International Customer Service has been on line.
      On Nov 2 I submitted an email request for refund for a Frigiddaire Digital Air Fryer Oven that no longer turned on. I described in detail the make, model and serial number as well as the steps I had taken to confirm and identify the defect. On Nov 3 I received confirmation of my request and detailed instructions as to what I had to do to proceed with my request. I submitted the required information. On Nov 7 I received an email confirming the receipt of my information and that I would receive further warranty instructions within 3 to 5 working days. On Nov 12 I was told that I had not correctly removed the model number tag. I did this. Nov 17 I was told all necessary information on my part had been received and that my request for a refund was being processed and that the standard processing time for a refund is 4 to 6 weeks.
      December 6 I was told that a refund cheque had been issued. The cheque was received in the mail Dec 12.
      Although there were a considerable number of hoops to jump I do appreciate that they are meant to assure that after receipt of the refund I could not sell or repair the fryer. All communication with the service centre was timely and professional. I will not hesitate to purchase a product supported by Curtis International.

      Since august been trying to get my refund for a ********** counter top ice maker I have supplied them with video and picture of the machine showing the problem that it goes in but nothing happens and I bought this machine in November 2021 and it died on me end of
      July 2022 for no reason! It’s now November 17 2022 and I am still wait gift updates from them and no refund as of yet and they keep telling me they migrated their ticket system so someone will call me back and I have escalated to speak with a supervisor which they tell me a supervisor will call me back after 24 hours and it’s over 2 months that I keep calling them back because NOONE calls me back! ********** why do you have this company as your customer support!?!?! It’s disgusting I won’t buy another ********** product again!

      I purchased a mini fridge and it malfunctioned. Still very much under factory warranty, I contacted this company via email on June 13th. I provided the receipt, pictures, and video as requested. With no word from them, I contacted them again. This time I was asked to scratch off the serial number, model number, cut the cord, and to send more pictures which I did. August 22 I received an email stating they would send a refund in 6-8 weeks. Beginning early October they needed more time. Now in November they want me to package the unit up and return it to them. This is the worst company to deal with. The factory warranty expires on November 27th. Absolutely unacceptable!
