      Bought an rca TV from ******* on line right at 2 months later I noticed a pixel line from top to bottom in right side of TV
      Called ******* who gave .e Curtis International number which I called right away
      I received their e mail and I filled it the info they wanted including pictures which were hard to get the ones behind it s a 58 inch TV to get behind it isn't ok
      I had to send the Information several times as they kept telling me they picture wasn't clear which I could see easily on my cheap phone
      Finally they said they wanted pictures of the TV with the electric cord cut ( I wouldn't have ANY TV if I did ) fir probably at least a month
      It takes them at least a week or more to get back to you to start with
      This TV is onlyboight in July 2022
      This is not right
      I ve told them via email to send someone out to fix the TV or replace with a new one as this one is new

      The Curtis International company is not a good customer service, I have bought a refrigerator from Frigidaire and it is making snow and ice in the bottom portion of the fridge, I called several time to find out what is the status on my case, and they keep on telling me that a technician for the guaranty division will contact me, and so far I have not received anything. When I call they keep telling me wait until a technician return your call, we have no control on when they will contact you, this is unacceptable, awful customer service.

      When our RCA microwave started having issues only 6 months after we purchased it, we checked with the store where we purchased it and were informed that we had to deal directly with the company for products under warranty. A month later, it stopped working completely. We have sent at least a dozen emails to Curtis International and provided all the information they requested and still there is no resolution to our case - almost three months after we submitted our complaint. We even called customer service and were promised a return call from a supervisor - which never came. Their customer service is REALLY NON-EXISTENT even though their message claims that our calls are important to them. We are extremely unsatisfied by this company's dealing with their customers.

      Bought a 65” rca tv in April and it broke in July.
      Been going thru the refund process since end of July and was told I would receive a cheque in the mail in 4-6 weeks and it’s now been 10 weeks and still nothing. Every-time I call they tell me that they are going to open a ticket with the warranty department even tho I’ve already gone through this process. I have called 5 times within 3 days and am constantly told I will get a call back within a hour and it never happens. As of October 26th I have yet to receive anything.

      Horrible service , have been back and forth back and forth for an air fryer that stopped working after 6 months of use. Customer service very bad, gave them all the info, cut cord, wrote on it case number number, scratch off the serial number and then i threw it out, now they want me to so scratch off the serial in a specific way. ****** ** **** wasted my time for 3 weeks for a *** **** air fryer. ******

      ** ********* ******** ******* *********** I have had a problem with a brand-new pair of outdoor speakers, and they have never functioned properly. They gave me a case number, but never took any notes, so each time I called back, I had to start from the beginning!!! . I have called a number of times over the past months, ever since I took the speakers out of the box. One of the speakers holds a charge as it should, and the other one will not hold a charge for more than two minutes. I have made numerous calls to customer service, only to be told that the speakers were out of warranty. I bought the speakers in September 2021 (at ******* in Mt. Pleasant MI) and did not even take them out of the box until earlier this spring. You can tell by the data that the speakers were made in 2021, so they are not old. I asked initially for a replacement speaker, but that request was not granted, because they only had a 90 day warranty (which, after speaking with their customer "support" person Russell today, I learned that they know of the problem and that's why thee warranty is so short!!!!!). I then asked for tech-support to call me to see if there was anything that I could do to make this speaker function. I have yet to receive contact from tech-support even though I have been told on numerous occasions to stay by my phone, but they would call within 48 to 72 hours, then that they would call within the next 60 minutes, etc. I have still yet to be able to speak to someone. At this point I have no other option but to throw the speakers away and to throw away my money with them. I would have hoped that the simple, customer friendly solution would have been to just replace one of the speakers.

      My complaint is exactly like the others. I sent in a counter top ice maker that stopped working after a few months. After multiple emails and calls and paying $60 for shipping, the warranty was approved and I was told I would receive a replacement or refund. I sent the item in June. I finally got a response in Aug that it would be taken care of. It is now October and I just called and they now say that they have a new system and it was still being processed and I would hear something in 72 hrs. I doubt it since the lady said she couldn't find my case number but did see all my emails with them. With the case number on it. I will definitely check to see what companies do the warranty on any future purchases because I will not ever buy anything that is backed by Curtis International.

      I brought and RCA TV back in December 2021 and the TV picture has faded out in July 2022. Contact their customer service department. I started my claim in July 2022 sent in ball the required documents. Receive and email say your claim is still I'm the process stage. I receive another email saying don't call just reply to this email for updates. I continue to call and send email. Call saying an manager will call you back. Your claim have been canceled due to the lack of replying to the email. Now I'm still waiting for my claim to be process. Worst customer service ever.

      Curtis International Customer Service should be called Customer DISSERVICE. When you call them there is a long wait and you are often disconnected. After about 5 Phone call attempts I was finally told that the missing remote for the DVD was not available. They would order one and it would take about 2 months. The DVD cannot be used without the remote. Lots of B.S. I returned the item to *******. * ***** *** ****** ****** ** *** ***** * ***** **** **** ** **** ******

      I agree with all these reviews. The worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have been dealing with them since July 1st on my countertop ice maker. I have gotten nothing but the run around. Anytime I talk to someone I'm told I'll hear back in 48 business hours, ****, and that they'll "escalate this to a supervisor". ****** *** ****.
      At this point I feel like they're dragging this out until we reach the year date from my purchase and they then have no warranty responsibility. ** **** ** *** **** **** **** *** ******* From now on, before I purchase anything, I will do my research. And if the company is in any way linked to curtis international I will stay away!! Far far away! ******* * **** **** ******* ** ***** *** * ***** **** ** *** **** ** **** * ***** ******* **** ***** **** *** ********* ***** ** *** ** ***** *** **** **** ********** ********
